I normally don't like Burger King restaurants not even a little bit! Episode after episode of cold Whoppers and fries; I'd had enough! It wasn't my decision to stop here but as I was traveling with company I had to yield and go with the flow! To my surprise, the food here was hot and freshly made! Stopped in after church with my friend to have a quick bite, and there was a little crowd which was fine. Got up there to order and they were out of coffee and refused to make anymore. The manager, a blonde lady was standing back there, bagging food. Got our cups, went over to get some Coke and everything was out except for Fanta. Ask them at the counter if they would give us Coke and they did, the manager did. She was not doing a very good job of moving things along and making sure everything was ready for Sunday. Lunch rush. We had to explain and reorder our order FOUR times. It wasn't even complicated. Hamburger, Cheeseburgers and fries. The young lady who took our order had a terrible attitude and acted like it was our fault she couldn't get it straight. We asked for extra ketchup three times and still didn't get it. I came in and placed a big order for a kids event. I was greeted with a smile. Shelly and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate the order and were very efficient. The day before I'd visited a competitor down the street and placed a big food order for a kids event. Even though I'd done a mobile order and was the only one in line, it took a while for someone to assist me. In my time there, I witnessed an employee get mad at a customer for not using the kiosk to order (even though there were no signs instructing him to do so). All that to say, you've got a repeat customer and I will gladly give you my business for kids events after today's experience! read more

I was going from Virginia to Atlanta with 9 kids and had to stop and get something to eat and the kids decided they wanted Burger King so while being frazzled I drove forward to Burger King. I had my hands full but Shelly understood everyone there was so efficient and professional I have the utmost respect for the whole team and what they do. They made my experience there a pleasant one and I would highly recommend them .The food was fabulous ,hot,fresh and fast it was just plain out good .I know it is supposed to be fast but my experience was a whole new level there. This place loves to serve cold burgers and fries at night. There's no management in place here at night and you can definitely tell with the poor food quality and the lack of urgency the employees here have when it comes to taking care of customer. My visit was on 10/27/2020 around 9:55 pm and if I would have warmed a can of dog food up it would have been better than the food this location is trying to serve up. Just terrible. read more

I've been to this place a handful of times and I always have a bad experience. Rude employees, and they don't ever get my order right, and you can forget getting sauce. But this last time I went there I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from my chicken fries. And I didn't get sauce so they was dry, cold, and nasty. Would not recommend read more

It's fast food, in a gas station, so nothing special. This BK is alright though. I'd kind of ignore that past review because it was posted over a year ago, but I must ask--what the hell was that on her English Muffin? Looks like mold Why the hell would they give her a moldy sandwich? That's piss-poor customer service right there!! I had a coupon of 10 chicken nuggets and a large fry for $3 which isn't bad. I tried these nuggets and boy I'm surprised how good they are. They are crispy and golden like McDonald's. The fries at this location are a little soggy, I've had better fries at other BK's before. Service was okay, nothing shabby or rude. It's Burger King, so go for it! But if you're near the one in Lyman, you're better off going to that one. ;) read more

So on further inspection it is not the cooks fault it's the person who took. The order through the drive through they where either new as in just started today or lazy the put in the info wrong and we got only half our order right. Instead of the Bk king burger we got a single stack rodeo burger. Instead of onion rings we got fries. While food we did get was good (props to the the fry cook) half the order was wrong read more
