It appeared just one person was handling all aspects of the restaurant she was our hostess. She was our server and our cashier. For what she handled , she did an amazing job. But people did have to wait. The restaurant looked its age. But it certainly came across as family dining. They just do each other and we were welcome as well. We stayed in a cottage years ago but this time stayed in a corner room in the main inn. Wonderful setting, amazing breakfast, and an entirely great team supporting the guests. The new owners have maintained the place amazing well, from the new terrace extension to the restaurant (heated!), to the paths, Tesla wall batteries in case of emergencies, coffee service.
