UPDATE! when we went this last time acouple months ago my fries and hamburger had short facial hair in it as the guys didn't not have anything on their faces! They gave us free clean fire to replace them but still! Now 2 stars! So this location gets three stars because first thing I notice when we walked in was my boots are sticking to the floor and you can hear the stickiness of the floors, then we decide to sit at a table to wait and the table is nasty so we decided from there to eat in the car. The bathroom wasn't clean either! Staff was very nice and the food was really good but they definitely need to work on cleanliness. Same great value and taste as all five guys I've been to so far! I was in last evening (Oct. 14th). my wife an I have always been pleased with our meals there. the consistency with the quality of preparation of the food is why we keep coming back. however this review isn't of the food, but of the staff. unfortunately for me due to having a 1yr old son who I'm typically enamored with, I didn't catch any names of the folks working but I just have to say that every single one of them were fantastic. even as they were cooking the burgers for a literal packed house, they interacted with me, my wife, and my son in every step of our experience there. they were very personable, very helpful, and all of them made sure our evening there was enjoyable. the staff there is always pleasant, but last night this group of folks went above and beyond to make mine, and all the other patrons experiences top notch. this experience last night was worth this 5 star review. again, the food was good. the food is always good. nothing noteworthy there. read more

Where oh where has my little review gone? Well I am to guess it was asked to be taken down due to it's less than flattering nature. Although it wasn't totally bad. Just my honest opinion of my visits to the restaurant. I will now try to recap my past experience. I use to stop here quit frequently when my fiance was still in school. She worked up the road, and on the weekends we would go out to lunch on her break. Having limited options for a quick Saturday/Sunday meal, we stopped by Five Guys often. This is a burger joint, so there are no high expectations of service or food quality to be had. The first few visits were great, fast good freshly cooked food, ample amount of french fries, and just the right amount of volume on the classic rock. I think you can see where this is going from here. The initially made the burgers correctly then this would begin to drop off and be missing a condiment here or added something there. All acceptable, as the food as made to order and the portions were large and left the tummy feeling happy afterwards. Being a chain burger joint, the turn over rate is quit frequent, and the guilty of management is... well not there at all. There went from being an average age ratio of 26 to about 18. And I am talking mangers as well as cooks and counter staff. With the drop in "adult supervision," of course the volume went up on the classic rock (at least it stayed classic rock and didn't turn to Hoobastank or any of that crap). The inevitable more mess ups of the simple orders, the extreme lack of counter service and zero dining room clean up and restocking of the condiments. So we filtered out Five Guys from our lunch roster and ended up just getting MTO from Sheetz and eating in the car. I can't speak for any of the other local Five Guy's chains, as I only hit a few of them up once or twice. So I can't really comment on the power of persuasion they have on me to come back for more or not. But I will say, I don't plan any return trips to this location. At least it will not be my idea to swing in for a burger and some fries. read more

Add whatever you want to top your burger, don't forget to get an order of fries--they are great too. Grab some peanuts, sit at a table, and wait for a brown paper bag full of splendor. They are superb, but be warned; a regular burger is a double quarter-pounder. I'm a pretty big dude, and I have a hard time getting through a large fry...do the math. If you walk in there and order two regular burgers and a large fry (not a totally crazy thing to do at McD's) be prepared to be wheeled out of the restaurant as your knees buckle under the weight of the food you have eaten. Not the kind of meal you can (or should) eat every day, but certainly worth treating yourself every once in a while. read more

Best burgers in the area. Somewhat expensive, but you get what you pay for. If you're a single person only order the small French fries - its more than enough for one person. The portions are huge! The restaurant itself is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is open so you can watch while the cooks prepare your burger and make sure they're taking the correct sanitary measures when it comes to food preparation. I've worked at five guys before. I love five guys. The burgers are amazing but the experience is ruined when the staff decides to be rude and unpleasant. The cashier, a short white man, was the very definition of rude. He didn't address me when I walked in and he was all but glaring at me throughout our whole exchange and when my food was done he handed me the bad and said here take it. This place reminds me of a cheezy, late-night infomercial called Greasy Burgers Gone Wild. Loud music with young, somewhat novice staff, and greasy, low-quality burgers that ain't necessarily cheap. Ordered the double-cheese with bacon and out came a double-cheese with no bacon. Simple mistake if the place was slammed, but the place was slow. Perhaps Junior was plugged into his device? Ok, move on. A few minutes go by before the dining area was overcome with industrial strength bathroom deodorizer. What now? A customer upon exiting lit up a smoke and some smoke blew into the dining area. Little Miss decided to do right by the diners by liberally spraying the room with deodorizer. Barf. This is the smallest FiveGuys I've ever been to. There is not enough room to move if they are even slightly busy. Also, grab a seat as soon as you get there. There might not be one by the time you get your food. They need a bigger space. The food was prepared as ordered. The burger was a mess. There was more sauce on the outside than the inside. I have always had an enjoyable experience here. Surprisingly good value for the Little Bacon Cheeseburger (LBC) and a large fry. However, after a recent trip here on a slow rainy night, I begin to question the consistency of quality they provide. I received a very overcooked order of fries and a dry burger with a stale bun. I most assuredly would have faired better at Wendys this night and wouldn't have had to wait twenty minutes. Wow, they give you a lot for what they charge. I just got a basic cheeseburger, fries and a soda. I watched the guy start putting the stuff in the bag. He put in the burger and then filled the rest of it with fries. Never have i seen that happen before. The burger was good, nice flavor, good size. There were sooo many fries. I can eat like a slob but this was pushing my boundries. This place also serves milkshakes. I'm glad i din't order one, i would have popped! I've only been here once because it's really not close to my house. I wouldn't call this fast food because it was a little wait but absolutely worth the wait. read more

It's a great burger, what can I say. No frills, real basic layout. The normal burger is actually a double. They have peanuts in the shell that you can help yourself to while you wait for your order. THe burgers are fairly thick but they only come well done. The fries are fresh cut daily. This place is a chain but it's good. It's not cheap for burgers and fries but it's worth it when you need that greasy fix. I've been to several locations in different cities. It's consistently good, although you're at the mercy of your local burger crew. It's one of my 15-year old's favorite places to eat and has been for years. read more
