The meat was so tender and the grilled whole onion was delicious. My ceviche rocked. Crunchy veggies and well seasoned and marinated fish and shrimp, lots of avocado and a surprise! Tender bites of octopus at the edges of this enormous serving of Ceviche. It was perfection. Next time I want to try the Aguachile. My only problem will be which one? I opted to take half the ceviche home and jump into a fish taco. There was so much fish, it barely fit into the tortilla. My husband had one too. There were two delicious creamy sauces, Pico de Gallo and purple cabbage. Crunchy enough to stand up to everything, it was SO good. I took the other two home of course.
