The workers are very rude. I asked one to repeat what they said because I didn't hear them and they yelled their response at me. Then I had to drive around a car that was directly in from of the drive thru with the hazards on and I sat at the window for 10 minutes while she didn't say anything. Can't speak to the staff/ customer service but I recommend not depending on this restaurant for breakfast if you're time constrained. They open at 6:30 am yet it's hit or miss by 7:15 whether they "have their computers working" and can take orders. Then again it probably is a staff problem. Sad! read more

My husband and I stopped in one evening for dinner. There were no customers in the dining room, and only one or two cars in the drive thru. We stood at the counter for several minutes waiting to be served. Every employee looked at us, then went right back to what they were doing without acknowledging our presence. Finally, a woman who appeared to be either a shift lead or manager came to take our order. But first, she had to get someone's fingerprint to unlock the register. A young man who was behind the counter, but not in uniform, sauntered over and unlocked the register. I was asked if the order was for dine in or take out, and asked again after we placed our order. The soda machine had very few options as almost all the choices were out. And the island where napkins, sauces etc are kept was empty. The dining room was dirty, there were fries on the floor and in some chairs. This is not the first time we had such poor service at this location, but it's certainly the last. We were treated as if providing service to us was an inconvenience. This used to be a great location. But not anymore. read more

The service was not bad, but they seemed to be out of everything. No salad dressing, potatoes, few of the drinks in the machine were available. the bathroom was out of toilet paper and absolutely filthy with over flowing trash cans, brown smears on the wall and muddy footprints on the door. The muddy clumps tracked all over the restaurant. Only three people seemed to be working at what used to be a busy Wendy's near the biggest hospital in north Georgia. used to be the best service and food. now prices are up food quality is way down as well as service and they removed all the Value items for budget customers also no Family packs like other Wendy's have. stay away from these owner operated Wendy's in Gainesville they don't care about customers only profit. read more

They out of pretty much everything and I couldn't even taste the cheese on my croissant. Service was ok but she had keep checking if they had it or not. The presentation was ok it looked a little run down and was in a Radom spot. Overall I would not recommend this specific Wendy's. read more

In the past was one of the best Wendy's. Over past six months drive through times have risen to a minimum of 15 minutes at off hours. If I see more than a few cars in the line I don't bother stopping. Staff is nice. I suspect, like other businesses, they cannot find enough willing workers to hire. I never had to ask for my money back at a drive-thru before, but there is always a first time. This Wendy's gets slower and slower, but this time it was at Stop. We ordered and paid, and there was one customer at the pickup window. We waited--and waited--and waited. We saw a bag being passed to the customer and thought that relief was near, but we waited--and waited--and waited. Finally we couldn't wait anymore, and saw that there were two other customer cars behind us and just knew that they would want to wait--and wait--and wait. So we asked for our money back, and the manager said it was OK--because she knew that we had waited--and waited--and waited. Service here has been terrible lately, and it is not because they are busy--just Very, very slow. I give 2 stars because the food is actually decent; I just don't have the time or patience to wait for it! read more

interesting place, as there are no 'doors' that are obvious here. the doors are both located on the sides, but there is no 'main entrance' from the front. The location is relatively clean with a 'host' who walks around and helps to maintain the facility. There seemed to a lack of communication between the staff, as the people working the register would put the order in...it would go to the big screen where the people preparing the food would prepare the food...however.... it didn't look like they were signing off on the orders after preparing them. you would hear a person yelling 'is this done yet', then another yelling yes. then he would go down the line until it was the most present one. The food was good though and quick, as the cashiers helped get the food. after we finished the food, the 'host' quickly picked up our trays to throw them away. overall, a good experience. would have been nicer if the communication was better. (or just not as obvious to the customer) read more

If I could rate this place no stars I would. Fries were cold, nuggets were super overcooked, my husband ordered one drink and they gave him like 5 straws. We ordered a big and small fry and only received one. His burger was greasy and nasty and so was mine. I used to work for Wendy's before (not this one), and just because you work for a fast food, does not mean you have to do a shitty job. It just makes no sense to me how people can fuck up an order when I used to do burgers, fries and the grill when we used to not have anyone come in into the shift. Mind you, Wendy's would hire ANYBODY regardless of drug issues and either the cashier on the drive thru was high on something or idk because she was really slow in an unusual way. read more

The food here is good and the service is always fast at this location. However, they often forget to put my sauces in the bag in the drive thru. Today they didn't put in the honey mustard sauce for my nuggets. It's not a big issue but it's annoying to come home without the sauce. And a hassle to drive back. I guess it's the same issue with all drive thru places though. read more

Welcome to Nightmare at Wendy's. There night time crew needs a happy pill, because they never, ever seemed happy to work. Not that fast food is a happy place to work but at least act like it. Then you might get greeted when you pull up to the window or maybe they'll just hand you the food without saying a word and shut the window. read more

The employees here are completely incompetent. They're never sure what to do when a problem arises. They run around like roaches trying to figure something out. They always forget the straw in the bag or the condiments. You have to repeat what you need to them because for some reason they're not able to hear. It's always the night crew that I have the most issues with. Rudeness all over. read more

Been to this Wendy's a few times and today was a bad experience the food was awful I ordered a chicken sandwich spicy chicken and grilled chicken and all was over cooked and dry fries was not fresh either sure there was also a issue the girl logging into the cash register but I didn't mind that aslong as the food was good but it wasnt last time there was a different crew and everything was good read more
