Went for breakfast this morning. I asked if they were still serving breakfast? The said in a nasty tone we are on breakfast. I replied I only asked because the menus are on the lunch/dinner she cuts me off and says yeah I know they are frozen again in a nasty tone. You would think she would mention that in the beginning or even instruct customers to come inside to view the menu but NO! It's the big light skin manager ( unprofessional). I have come to understand that they are trying to do a good job here. i have gotten to know some of the staff. our location suffers from having a difficult time staffing, so sometimes the doors are simply locked, when they're supposed to be open. its a disaster when i order on the app for pickup inside and find a locked door and long drive through line. i would often have trouble delivering doordash from here. but the food is good. so are the people. and they're open really late. Walked in at 2:50PM - the floors were very dirty and slippery to move on. I waited in line until 3:17 until ordering, and used a coupon from the app to get BOGO Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers. Had to ask for a drink cup, and was only given a single Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers. Unfortunately staff was not friendly and treated me like an inconvenience. Not one to leave reviews but hands down worst fast food place in the area. Staff is very rude. I have waited in the line for almost 45 minutes and it is becoming a reoccurring issue. The first time I waited for 30 minutes only to find out there machine is broken. Not sure if this place has a manager because I've been here multiple times in the past month and it's the same story. Best place to go if you just want fast food without the fast. They legitimately only take 1 drive thru order at a time. Like you cant order until the one car at the pick up window gets their food. I arrived to this Wendy's with only 1 car in front of me. I pulled up to the window and the manager said that their system was down and I asked does that typically take 45 minutes. He used an extremely rude tone and I asked his name. He said he didn't have a name and closed the window and walked away. I went to the next window and asked the woman what her supervisors name. She was instructed to close the window by her supervisor and they closed the window and walked away and left me sitting there. Very rude service. Wendy's did not care about this customer. The fries were very brown and had a burnt taste. PIcked up my Sprite and top popped off and lost entire Spite in passenger seat..ice and all..not even a taste. Called manager and was told that the grease was old and then said it wad VERY old and wouldn't be changed till tomorow and she cannot do anything about it till her boss says so.She then said they also have faulty tops.
