Taco Bell is Taco Bell. The guilty pleasure many won't admit to loving. This location is in the middle of Garfield. Right near all of the people here. After a certain hour, there's not many other places to get a hot meal. The doors are usually always open here. The staff are underappreciated and probably underpaid. I appreciate them and wish they could all have a raise. But then again, that would mean we would have to pay even higher menu prices. E-gad!! How high prices have gotten! Service with a smile. Fresh enough, hot food. I love our town, which means I love our Taco Bell! There's not much else to say. Please be patient with the staff. They work hard enough without having to deal with your BS and complaints. If you disagree, meet me inside Taco Bell for a debate, lol. PS: A near tragedy struck our fine Taco Stand! Just a couple of days ago, a local 8 year old was doing after school stuff and as he skipped along after school, an unlicenced driver hit the youngster and fled the scene!!! The boy survived and the 16 year old driver was caught! Please, please be careful! We have lost children to pedestrian accidents in this town, and we almost lost another one. Thankfully, it sounds as though the young man should make a full recovery. At least his family reported to the staff that he is stable, and breathing. His poor mother nearly had to face any mother's worst fear. There are too many senseless deaths in our fair city. Be safe out there! And enjoy Taco Bell responsibly. read more

I was informed that their main menu items were unavailable, despite those same items being clearly displayed on the screen directly in front of me. I was then instructed to pull forward and wait until I decided what I wanted to order, with staff stating they "did not have time" for me. This occurred while I was the only customer in line and the inside of the establishment was closed. The lack of professionalism, clarity, and basic customer courtesy was unacceptable. Worst service ever! I see people on their phones, others have been waiting over 20 minutes on orders. Everyone in here is slow as hell and too busy yapping at each other and goofing off! I've even seen outside people coming in behind the counter and yapping with the employees. This place needs a corporate ass kicking! Seriously! I have stopped at this Taco Bell a few times because it is close to my work. And I love it! My first time stopping was on my 35 minute lunch break (I'm a nurse so I get very little time to enjoy a lunch break) I drove down Turney where there is also a Wendy's and McDonald's that both had lines out to the street. I saw Taco Bell with a very short line and barely waited, was greeted by very friendly staff and had great food that was hot and fresh with all the sauces I asked for ( come on, you know that's a big deal). I rarely try to go to this particular Taco Bell because of how ridiculously long the lines and how long the wait time is. It's the closest to my home so when I do I kid you not the wait time is collectively at LEAST 30 minutes or more. I'm not even over exaggerating unfortunately. This taco bell is pretty good, fairly clean and relatively quick. I stop in often on my lunch hour. I usually get a few items and devour my lunch in 15 minutes. Normally no problems at all. It doesn't usually get very busy. I have to also extend a kudos for Taco Bell offering the employment opportunities to the developmentally disabled. There's a young man who helps out at lunch for a few hours. I think that is wonderful. It provides an inclusive environment and encourages self sufficiency. That says a lot about the company and the integrity of the local franchisee!! read more

I have been here several times. My husband used to work very near here, and I would meet him for lunch. I have had only one good experience here, and the staff made that one passable. If you don't want anything you ordered, but want to pay for it, this is your one stop shop. I normally order a quesadilla, but at this location, my last one had a chemical taste. I wanted to leave less than 1 star, because our experience here was rediculous. Placed the order online and paid already, they gave us our food 20 minutes later, and forgot half of the order. The person that gave us our food was making herself coffee, saying how she didn't care to other customers while taking their order. When we called to see what could be done, they said it was OUR fault that things were forgotten, had us wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes again for the rest of it after we already made it home. This Taco Bell I have never had issues with, but today I waited for about 15-20 minutes for the nacho fries, and while I was getting irritated they sent out a young lady to tell me that they were waiting for their fryer to heat up, understandable. I just asked if she could take the fries off my order because I had to be back at work, she came back out gave me cash back for them, a coupon for free fries next time and extra goodies in my bag. The manager is such an awesome person. It also doesn't hurt to be understanding. It's not always their fault. Love this Taco Bell. read more

I visited this Taco Bell a couple months ago; I was starving and it was pretty late at night. I am *so* glad I did! Things have greatly improved, both with service times and order accuracy! It seems like the entire staff is new, they are much faster, polite and my orders have all been accurate (even my requests for no lettuce on tacos!) I'm glad they've improved since they are pretty close to my house, and I love Taco Bell. I have no problems visiting this location anymore, and I hope it stays this way! Nice Job! read more

If I was able to give this Taco Bell negative stars I would! I am disappointed and disgusted. When I was sitting down my jeans got stuck to the seat!
