Worst chipotle we've been to. Staff looks so lost. Second time we tried pick up, but that wasn't any better. They keep the pickup orders behind the counter, but when we asked about grabbing our order the girl just stared at us and walked away. AVOID AVOID AVOID. This is the worst chipotle on the planet. Very rude employee at the front line who seemed like she hated us and everything else. Scoops the absolute SMALLEST portions of every ingredient and then glares when you ask for a little more. She decided not to inform anyone that WHITE RICE, the cheapest and most abundant food on the planet, is suddenly a $1.50 upcharge if you ask for a little more than the miniscule amount she scooped, and then they try to slide the extra charges in at the end when you're paying. They don't tell you in the line - they try to tack it on at the end when you're paying and don't tell you. Scummy!! Has to be the only Chipotle in the USA that charges $1.50 extra for RICE, and a tortilla shell inside your bowl! Not only that, the beans looked like they were days old. Make-line was DISGUSTINGLY filthy, sour cream and stuff everywhere and they were just sliding everyone's bowls through it. Do not go here. This Chipotle flat-out sucks. EDIT: After reaching out with the reply below, the customer care offers no recourse and just confirms that this practice and those charges are left up to the discretion of the store. This chipotle is about the worst, their food look like it's been sitting there for hours. The chicken was all dried up. The beans were dried up and sticking when I asked for new lettuce, they gave me a dirty look. Normally chipotles are always clean and with fresh vegetables and food. Stood in line for 45 minutes to find that they were out of fajita mix. The selection is limited, the ingredients are few. Is it so much to ask that they actually keep adequate products on hand? Beyond horrible. I placed an order using the door dash app for 2 burritos, to include chicken, white rice, pinto beans, salsa, corn, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. So, why did I receive orders with no chicken, no salsa, no sour cream, and no cheese. When I attempted to contact Chipotle, there was no option to speak with an actual person. Next step, contact door dash, which I was initially told that this matter didn't constitute a refund. I entered into a 2nd chat with a door dash rep, who gave a partial credit to use towards my next purchase via door dash. So much, for being reimbursed and doing what's right. Never again. read more

Chipotle has taken a dip recently. It seems as if I am never getting enough food, my order comes out late, or they are out of everything when it comes time to eat. This Chipotle is far different. The staff seems to genuinely enjoy their jobs, you always get great quality+plenty of food, and they always are prepped to fulfill your order. This Chipotle is easily the best amongst the other suburbs of Cleveland, and runs the ones in the area (Independence, Warrensville, Woodmere) in every category. I hope this Chipotle sees this because I am genuinely thanking you for saving a franchise which has seemingly taken a turn for the worst. read more

They were only taking online orders at 8:40pm so I placed my order of 4 items they could have said that they tan out of or don't have certain items not at all. Asked for double protein barley had any protein at all, missing items on the bowls an burrito. Soggy rice like how you do that !! Go online to resolve the issue I get a bot that as we know is No Help at all just angered me even more. Called the store an it was also automated !! It's the dinner rush so I expected the work dirty space but per usual it took 15-20 minutes for a $6. The theory of an in and out experience it was not. Long line due to the wait on fajitas and chips. The meat looks dry because it's out in the open not being stirred or tended to. Not my favorite location by far but it's the closet to home. read more

Very poor staff(one female African American worker). Why is the staff giving miniature amount of toppings, I have to ask 3 times for more cheese, just a damn shame. Her attitude stinks. I work relatively close, so I frequent this location. My review is only going to cover the last 12 months of experiences; I just don't think it's fair to dig back further than that. The staff has been doing a good job as of late. I haven't noticed any attitude issues. It's a busy location, but most days they manage to keep the line at a reasonable length. I have had absolutely zero problems with quality of food or taste - all excellent. Portion size seems to be about average, if you request more, I have never been denied. I'll take away a star if anything changes. read more

Fast, delicious. They had so many people workin the line my order took like 10 seconds during lunch hour. Phenomenal.

I ordered lunch for the staff of 25 people. At least 9 containers of meat and rice were missing. They would not replace anything. It is not their policy. I would have gone to pick it up myself if they would have. Blamed everything on Doordash. I haven't received any resolution. I will never order from them again. We were getting lunch weekly from there. They lost a good customer. read more

I usually go here all the time, today I just so happen to order online because I didn't want to wait so this is what I did and I was not satisfied at all it is usually ok when I go place the order but the online side is horrible. First off my bowl is extra small and I order a salad with extra steak and chicken, fajitas, queso, extra sour cream, extra cheese, and a side of Guacamole. With the exception of the portion being small, I didn't have extra sour cream and there was no cheese in the bowl at all, on top of that a side of Guacamole is $1 and some change and half of it was missing. For me to have spent $13.60 on a bowl I feel like this was a regular portion which is only like $7-$8, I will not be ordering online again and honestly I probably won't eat at this one again. read more

Only one person working behind the counter -- doing everything in food prep for the customers - so there was a long wait. No surprise my food was cold. The chicken was really rubbery and after I spit out two pieces, I decided not to eat the rest. The queso sauce was really watered down a lot (wasn't like that the first time I ordered it). While I was waiting for the rest of my order to get the final toppings (about 5 minutes), I noticed two workers in the backroom preparing a bunch of orders for pick-up. Both of them had masks...on their chins! Neither one had their mouth or nose covered!! I was shocked! Just because they are working in the back room doesn't mean they shouldn't keep their masks on while preparing the food for customers! Disgusting! On top of that, my bill was $15.30 and I paid with a $20 and got $4.00 back. When I questioned the cashier, he mumbled something about the "CDC doesn't allow them to give change!" HUH? Made a DoorDash mobile order for delivery and this location was selected to make my order. My order arrived and the bowl I ordered was completely wrong, even though it had my name on it. After that and not wanting to eat what I was given, all I was left with was my side order of Chips and Queso. To much of my chagrin, the queso was watery, cold (even though my order came to me in 20-30 mins tops, not likely to be cold and when I order it normally is hot), and had chunks of burnt cheese, it looked like, that I had to fish out to determine when it was so chunky today. One of the employees on the line picked rice up off the counter and threw it into the serving bins. The customer asked for new rice because it was now contaminated. The employee ignored him. The customer again asked for new rice and the employee cut him off and said "I heard you". This employee took the now contaminated container of rice and poured it into a brand new tray of rice. Now both trays of rice were ruined because dirty counter rice was poured into it. The employee got an attitude when the customer, for a third time now, pointed out how unsanitary it was. I was standing behind this customer and stepped out of line to report this to the manager. As I stepped out of line I tripped over a rolled up rug laying in the middle of the dining room. I could've fallen and seriously injured myself. I've been coming to this location for years and I have no idea what happened to the service and management. This place is an absolute circus.
