    Hollow.

This was the worst food and service we've ever had. After being asked repeatedly to speak up in the drive thru, our order was wrong and incomplete. I asked for a biscuit, received a dry English muffin. The seasoned potatoes were crunchy and hollow. Probably re-used from the previous day.

Smelly Clogged sink in restroom. Employees must not be washing their hands.

The food was mediocre at best. The customer service was terrible. And the dinning room is very dirty and poorly maintained. The sink is clogged with black water that looks like sewage and smells like human waste. As well the pop machine had no ice. Sad to see this at Wendy's, wishing for improvement.

Nice people. Average food for a Wendy's.

Nice people and average food for a Wendy's. Overall, as expected - fast food is fast food.

The cashier was very nice and sweet, even though my dad and I waltzed on up to the counter at 9:30 pm. He ordered a double patty burger and a baked potato, but since they were out of baked potatoes, he ordered a cup of chili to go with it instead. I ordered the southwest avocado salad with no bacon and no cheese. Weirdly, there was the option to add "no bacon" in the system to my order, but the same could not be said for the cheese (which would be thought to be more commonly requested due to intolerance). The cashier assured me that she would make sure to tell the employees to leave out the cheese, so we paid and helped ourselves to the fountain drinks while we waited. I had overheard the cashier reiterating the request for no cheese to my salad, as well as overheard the words "lactose" thrown in as well. Low and behold, my salad was void of bacon and cheese as promised. HOWEVER, upon further inspection I had found a a few strands of the cheese that had mistakenly made it into the salad, making me realize that the employee had originally began topping the salad with cheese, but then hastily took it off. This was fine for me, but for people who are truly lactose intolerant or have allergies, I would either relay the need to keep dairy separate for safety reasons, or else not order here at all. Overall, the food was acceptable, and a generous amount of ketchup packets were given when asked. Just keep an eye out for the workers actually making the food; seems like most food could be assembled with little thought.

Store front, don't let that car fool you :-)

Really awful - overcharged for wrong thing didn't want to take time to get it corrected - as bad as "fast food" ever gets.

Got the Grilled Chicken Sandwich at the drive thru and it was a juicy chicken patty with some fancy lettuce and tomato and just enough honey mayo.

After contacting the restaurant, I was told the missing items would be remade and ready in about 20 minutes. It ultimately took closer to 45 minutes, and I had to drive to the restaurant myself to pick up food that should have arrived correctly the first time. That said, what changed my opinion was how the team handled the situation afterward. The General Manager personally came out, apologized sincerely, gave me her card, and told me to contact her directly so she could make things right. She took ownership of the mistake rather than making excuses, which I genuinely appreciated. Nobody likes dealing with a missing order, and there is definitely room for improvement in their Uber Eats process. However, mistakes happen in every business. What matters is how a company responds when things go wrong, and Stella's showed they care about their customers and reputation. Not a perfect experience, but the recovery effort and customer service earned back a lot of goodwill. We'll give them another chance.

At first I was hesitant because of the price, and it being biscuits, but they made me eat those words and more. It was like a large biscuit muffin top with jalapeño, cheese and honey glaze (I think) and it came with a white cheddar cheese sauce to dip it in that was outrageously delicious. For a guy who hates cheddar biscuits, I've got to say I'm blown away. My wife ordered the steak with fingerling potatoes and carrots. It was on the pricier side, but yet again well worth it. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the veggies were pretty good too. They had live music playing as well tonight. It was a jazzy kind of vibe and it didn't over power anyone talking or anything. The guy had some serious skill too. To top it off, we had some pretty killer service from everyone there. From the hostess taking our names, random servers walking around, and our fantastic server (I forget her name but she was blonde and worked upstairs and had a a really great attitude. The expo or food runner dropping our food off anticipated us possibly needing an extra plate and brought one without asking which was super awesome and ended up coming in handy ( I knew my wife wouldn't finish that steak alone) and she brought it without asking and was ready with a smile to get more. I used to be a GM (I hate when people use this saying but...) truly I know how hard it is to find good workers and the folks running it here seem to have it down. I come from a place where you have to drive 100 mi or more for average service. So seeing exceptional service is really almost too good to be true. I'd definitely stop in for a bite. It's worth every penny. We'll be back for dessert, they have seasonal crème brûlées!

I dined at TOG today for a business lunch and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing…read more At the end of our meal, I asked for a to-go box because I had barely touched my food. My guest and I spent most of our lunch talking, and I left with nearly an entire meal. About 20 minutes after leaving, I realized I had forgotten my box and immediately called the restaurant to see if it was still there. The young lady who answered the phone asked where I had been seated. I explained that I was at the very first table at the front of the restaurant. Within seconds, she told me there was nothing there. Her tone made it clear that assisting me was not a priority. Given that the hostess stand is located at the back of the restaurant and I was seated at the front, I do not believe there was enough time for her to actually check before dismissing my concern. After I sent an email regarding the situation, the hostess responded that she had walked through the restaurant looking for the box. Based on the timing of our phone conversation, I find that difficult to believe. In her response, she also stated that she checked with the servers after our call had ended, which suggests that no real effort was made while I was on the phone. What is most disappointing is that I am a regular customer. Today, I paid $56.00 for lunch for myself and my business guest. Between a server who was largely absent throughout the meal and the dismissive interaction when I called about my forgotten food, the level of service fell far below what I have come to expect. Everyone has an occasional bad day, but customer service is often defined by how issues are handled after something goes wrong. In this case, I felt dismissed rather than helped. Unfortunately, after today's experience, I do not plan to return.

The menu is extensive and filled with delicious, comfort meals... including the TV dinners. I saw this and felt like I had to try it! I just got the chicken fingers version and their fried chicken, mac and cheese were sooo good. I even loved the little veggie mix! But the winner, which got me to even order it, was the little brownie that came along with it. A full meal with dessert for such a small amount of $$. I look forward to trying their brunch sometime or coming back to try more of their items again!

We got the pickle tickle as well as the Southern raw fries (more like deep fried spiral cut potatoes) which were both good. I got the nachos since I tend to get them whenever I go and all were very good. My daughter is vegetarian and they had lots of vegetarian options. Service was good and quick. All 5 stars. They even have their own canned root beer. How cool is that. Unfortunately it was a little too sweet with maple syrup/molasses taste for me (to be fair the waitress forewarned me about the fair. But why not try their signature root beer. I don't regret it one bit). My only issue, which is out of their control was that the parking lot was packed on a Saturday 6pm, so we had to find street parking down the road.
