I hate when I forget my lunch and the only other person who needs to go get something a) has to drive and b) hates most places I would want to go...so we end up at places like Wendy's. I also don't review a ton of fast food places, but this experience requires it... I generally like Wendy's MUCH more that McDonald's or BK (I, in fact, refuse to eat at Burger King anymore) so I can usually live with it. However, I won't be "living with it" at this location any more. How can I keep this simple? Got to the place and it was empty so we stepped right up to order. Unfortunately, the woman taking our orders understood very little English so the manager was there to translate. Anyway, we placed our orders and waited...and waited...and waited-just brutally slow for a fast food place. Orders come up one at a time and my one co-worker didn't get his drink...that took another 2 minutes-seriously??? At least they got the food portion of the orders correct. Get our food back to the office and I discover that the baked potatoes they USED to serve, which were long, full-sized, and filled the container have become smaller than a baseball-and the cheese they put on didn't cut it. The bacon bits they used to put on the potato also used to be plentiful, but this one looked like they had hand-crumbled a single slice. We all also discovered that the Wendy's fries that we all like very much were a soggy pile of cold potatoes. I can't be wasting my time, calories, and money in a place like this again. The only reason for the second star is that the manager was pleasant and the place was very clean. Should really be 1 1/2 stars at best. read more

This is the best Wendy's around. I've been a regular drive through customer in the morning for 1.5 years. The team is fast, friendly, and competent. They always get my order right, even with custom requests (such as grated cheddar cheese in place of American). They have nice solid ice cubes that last AND their CokeZero on fountain has always been bubbly, cold and mixed right. Shall I mention that it's hard to find CokeZero elsewhere so the fact they carry it and it's reliable has been priceless. Knowing I can expect a great experience from this Harrison location helps me motivate to do my one hour commute. Thank you for the fantastic drive through service. read more

HOOOOOD manger is rude we asked for a second while in drive thru and he replied "one second is up" like whatttttt ???? How rude we literally was there for 30 seconds and started to order. We kept it cool so they wouldn't spit in our food. Our fries where super soggy and nuggets aswell honestly it's not hard to make fries and nuggets n I actually use to work there so they just plain lazy for not putting in fresh fresh fries once their old ones get soggy. They even seemed to be double fried that's how Much oil they had on them. read more

I have to preface every fast food review with I know I shouldn't be eating fast food for a slew of reasons. Wish I could take credit for this, but I read it on a vegan blog somewhere. Amazing vegan option: order a "veggie sandwich" hold the mayo and cheese, order a side of fries and make yourself a "fry-wich" Amazing! Best part is that the veggie sandwich is only $1 Also, add chives to a plain baked potato! Oh man! ....it's the little things! Employees not paying attention to what they're bagging, got home missing food, not the first time.

Totally agree with Tommy's review. I had gotten coupons all the time but this place refuses to accept coupons or fights with you to try to avoid accepting them. When they finally concede, they input the wrong coupon code to make you get a lesser deal. Just skip this Wendy's and go elsewhere. I haven't been there recently, but it'd take new ownership to change what's evidently a deliberate practice on their part. The food's still good, so I gave them two stars because of that. read more

Looking for fast food service? This is it! Every single time I come, regardless of the time of day, by the time I drive up to the window to pay my food is ready. Not sure how their system works behind closed doors but that's complete cooperation with one another. Payment transactions are just as quick. My orders are always accurate. The food tastes good. It's your average fast food burgers fries etc. Parking is always available. Besides my last time there in which an employee didn't greet me nor say you're welcome, employees are friendly. read more

Wendy's absolutely is not gourmet fast food or anything like that, but it is a quick-fix to your hunger pangs and it is cheap. I really did not like their fish sandwich even though they boast real cod fillets. It simply was not well-made and they totally got a little too happy squirting with the tartar sauce. Slowest Wendy's I have ever experienced, bar none. People 'working' there really don't seem to give a crap. They constantly leave things out of the order, even when they are reminded, and promise to include it. Easily 3 out of 4 times, you can order a Sour Cream and Chives potato at the drive-thru, and get no sour cream (or butter). After the 3rd or 4th time this happened and I was particularly annoyed, I called to speak to a manager. Her answer left me near speechless (it's OK, I recovered :-) "You have to ask for sour cream". Come on, you actually have the balls to say that what is part of the name is not included? Terrible service! I went thru the drive-thru today at 1:30 in the afternoon and you'd think that they'd be polite seeing as tho thru couldn't have been open more than two hours to the public. I don't come here for fine dining, I come here for a quick bite sometimes on my way to work. I almost always get a spicy chicken sandwich. The line moves fast, the chicken isn't over fried, but sometimes the lettuce looks horrible and the tomato slice has a lot of the core in it which isn't pleasant. At the end he gave me two regular sodas, my wife asked him to switch the sodas and he said we had to pay like getting new sodas. This is literally the best Wendys I've ever been too. The staff are so hospitable snd very friendly, they smile at their customers and treat everyone with the same respect. I'm usually there twice a week and I watch how the staff engages with people and I am very impressed. One of the managers I notice makes sure he goes out of his way to help his employees, he jumps on the register just as if he was a cashier and that's what I'm talking about! His position doesn't take him away from morals or respect for his employees. Coodos to the managers there! Not to mention that it is beautiful in there! I've never came across a Wendys that looks like a hotel or a fancy restaurant lol, they have nice lounge chairs and a flat screen tv! That's a great look in itself. The absolute WORST Wendy's I ever had. The burger was burnt, black on the bottom. The fries were cold. The nuggets I didn't even try because I could feel they were cold. The barbeque sauce had a little tear in the top so it was dark red almost black...ugh. This was a nightmare. I usually wouldn't review a Wendy's... I mean, it's Wendy's. You know you're not getting a gourmet meal but you get in, you get a half-decent meal and you get out. I went in tonight and there were about 4 groups ahead of me (2 of them small families). I almost left because it might take a while and QuikCheck is right next door. It took them about 25 minutes to take my order (no exaggeration). There seemed to be plenty of people working (I counted at least 5) but I'm not sure what they were doing. Maybe taking the drive-thru orders? I dunno. But it would have been quicker to buy something frozen at QuikCheck, walk home and cook it. By the time I ordered there were like 8 groups in line. I almost told them to leave as I walked past to eat my food. It shouldn't take me half an hour to get a #10 meal. On top of this I'm reasonably sure my 10 piece nugget was a nugget or 2 short but I wasn't counting. My sweet tea tasted so bad I didn't drink it. The fries? Slow, slower, slowest "fast food" place I have EVER experienced. Stopping in at dinner time can frequently result in waiting 10 min to just place an order, and 15 to 20 min from the time I came in to actually getting my food (sometimes even longer). Filling in the store provided feedback cards resulted in no change, and going online to express concerns to corporate (with a request for a response) brought no change, and no response. Apparently the franchise owner and corporate have little care that this is such a poorly run store. Too bad that such a convenient location is ruined by poor service. read more
