1 star is 1 too many. Just went through the drive through for breakfast. Order was $10. Attempted to pay with a $50 bill. Was rudely told they couldn't break it. How does a business not have $40 in cash to give change. It's no wonder why the ownership group that owns this location is closing more and more stores at this point. What a joke. read more

there was so much wrong with this experience i might as well make a list 1. lady taking our order suddenly cut out and was silent for a few minutes. we didnt even know if she had taken our order or not. ugh! talk about bad service 2. who's their gardener??!! i just wanna talk. on our way to the pickup window in the drive through, the branches of the bushes were sticking so far out, that they were poking into the car!! seems like a bit of a hazard to me, it almost poked my eye out!!!! 3. drove up to the window and was appalled to see that both workers there didn't have hair nets on. i don't know about you, but i'd rather not find stray hair in my food, thank you very much!!! i'm tempted to call the health department, this just seems unsanitary!! i'm disgusted the food was great though, fries were a little soggy but we still loved them. wendy's is my favorite restaurant!! i gave five stars only for the food quality, the rest could be vastly improved. i hope whoever the manager of this dump is will see this review and take my suggestions into consideration. have a nice day!! #wendyslyfe #iheartwendys read more

Contrary to other's reviews, I found that the service inside the restaurant and in the drive through was pretty fast the last few times I've been there. However, the food is subpar. I tried eating it in my car, but there was so much sauce and it was everywhere! There was only cheese on half the burger, and a couple tiny shreds of lettuce. The only thing they didn't skimp on was soggy bread and an excessive amount of onions. All things considered, this fast food is average. My husband, granddaughter and I went into Wendy's. We ordered food and was never told that we could not dine in the restaurant. 2 other tables were already there eating inside. There was no sign on the main parking lot entrance door stating the dining room was closed nor were there any types of roping or barriers to keep you from going into the dining room. We had just started to eat when the manager started yelling at all of us from behind her counter that we were not allowed to be eating inside and we had to leave. My granddaughter left very upset being made to think she had done something terrible. I went up to the counter and ask to speak to the woman that had yelled at all of us. she could hear me but she would not come to the counter. I explained to another worker that there was not a sign on the entrance door by the main parking lot and the worker that took our order never said anything about take out only. In fact I had to come up to the counter two times after sitting down to my table, first for a fogotten water and then because we never got ketchup. When the manager finally did talk to me she continued to be rude. There was no apology for the way she had treated us as customers and there is no excuse for her behavior. This place is so unprofessional, their store hours say they are open till 11pm. I went there tonight at 9:55pm, and they didn't come to the window. A girl was standing at the cash register and saw me sitting there. She and some guy were RIGHT NEXT to the window and looked at us. Neither of them felt the need to open the window and say anything to us, so I called and I proceed to tell them I was outside waiting for someone to take my order and she goes "were closed." They could've had the decency to at least come to the window and let us know and it would've been fine, but instead decided to look at me and run away. If your going to switch your hours at least change it online and on the sticker you guys put on the window, very unprofessional. read more

A few days ago I was craving a Wendy's chicken sandwich and I love the fries too so that's what I wanted to get. I am a huge Wendy's fan so this was a huge disappointment, I usually love their sandwiches. I arrived around 7pm (on a weekday), so I blame the staff that were working during this time. I order the homestyle chicken sandwich with fries. I was so excited I didn't check the sandwich before I went home to eat. When I unwrapped my sandwich, I saw that it was extremely greasy, to the point where it was soggy and there were about 4 tablespoons of mayo leaking around the sides. I pulled the bun off of the sandwich and saw I was missing a tomato, and I had one tiny piece of lettuce hidden in the mounds of mayo. The meat was absolutely disgusting, the breading was soft and soggy as if it had been dunked in water, and the meat tasted as if it hadn't even been cooked. I couldn't get the sandwich down, it made me feel nauseous. It really sucks that this Wendy's has let its quality go like this, because I use to love coming here for food. It's ruined for me now, I'm going to Burger King next time. read more
