I was curious if wendy answers her phone on Monday and she did. manager said if I drove to the store for the sixth time and showed her my online visa account they could cancel the sale of $11.87 which I did not make. that is not the correct answer. the C answer is we'll talk to the employee who rang up this sale on my card, he obviously did something wrong. the B answer is we'll look at our register tape, you don't need to see my personal account for your mistake. the winning A answer is we'll look at the video, voila! we can see what happened. Lord I've gone to this Wendy's for years, decades. I took mom here yesterday and was happy the dining room was open on this beautiful Sunday. However we opted for the drive through. I have not been getting fast food much lately and ordered her a children's meal cheeseburger and coke. I said "no ketchup please" which apparently translates to "nothing but meat and cheese on bun." Poor Mom's burger was pitiful. So dry and ugh. I got a grilled chicken sandwich with mustard only as a condiment and it was fine. Drive through moved slowly. Between the two of our meals mom was able to get a semi decent lunch. I'm thinking I just need to amp up my fast food drive through game and order more succinctly and check the bag before driving off. Regardless, it was better than BK. read more

I decided to drive through and grab a bite to eat this evening at roughly 6:25pm.There were 2 cars in front of me.I ordered a biggie bag with a bacon double stack and Diet Coke and two regular double stacks separately. I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes, fries and nuggets were cold, there was no bacon on any of the double stacks and I was given a Dr. Pepper to drink. One thing I can overlook but they really missed the mark completely. read more

Last week hubs and I were running errands on South Parkway and decided to stop at Wendy's. The business was running a sale on Dave's Singles with Cheese at 2 for $6. It was 11:30 and the restaurant and drive thru were full. There is a lot of new construction next to this Wendy's and the workers and their vehicles were swarming around the restaurant. We ordered at the drive thru and proceeded to the window to pay. The line was long but moved quickly. Before we knew it we were at the pick up window waiting for our order. This store did a great job moving the food and cars thru the drive thru. Our burgers and fries were hot when we returned home. Both of the burgers were moist and cooked thru. The fries were hot and seasoned well as in not too much salt for a change. : ). To our surprise we were given packets of ketchup without asking for them. We have high praise for this fast food restaurant. It is the best Wendy's south of Governor's Drive in south Huntsville. read more

My final visit to this location. First, there were 4 or 5 employees in sight, but I still had to wait to order. When my order was ready, they just set it on the counter and I had to ask if it was mine. When I did get my Single with Cheese, there was so much mayo and ketchup, I could have spread it in three burgers. I ordered a burger and tea, and had to remind them to give me a cup for the tea. The bathroom floor was a "greasy" kind of slick, so I had to brace myself while using the urinal. Certainly not my only bad encounter at this location, but will be the last. read more

Wendy's use to be good. 10 minute wait to take order. The baconator hamburger tasted like it was made 6 hours before, and sat under a heat lamp, but was greasy, meat was dry and tasteless. read more

Easy to see why this place has 2 stars. Attitude at drive through. Not friendly at all. Both the order taker and the pick up window. They said "here" when they handed me my order. That's it ! Burger was a piss poor example of what Wendy's is. Just moved here from So Cal. The Wendy's there really care about the product they put out. A completely different experience. As well, they are friendly and happy to take your order. I'll try another location and hope for the best. Won't be coming back to this one. read more

To be very understaffed, they get their work done pretty well. Very rarely did they ever mess up but the food has always been good.

I am actually a fan of Wendy's, just not this location when I was getting food I watched the cook person just reach in his mouth with his hands and take out a chew he had in then continued to cook, the lady wouldn't stop laughing and couldn't take my Order then would keep telling me to hold on and walk off and just kept laughing and laughing. When I watched the cook do that I also seen him keep trying to spit the left over chew out of his mouth. When They gave me my food I just threw it in the trash cause all I could think about was this guys chewing tobacco in my food. Would not recommend this location to anybody. read more

Great Wendy's, been to drive thru and ate inside...very friendly staff both times I have visited.

I'm not sure who is taking orders at this location, but she has the worst attitude. Try being a little friendly.

Their system crashed and over a dozen cars left cause they couldn't take anymore orders. :| That sucks for all those people. The fries were cold and they forgot my friends doctor pepper, she had to ask them for it. To top it off the service was slow before and after the crash! read more

They do not listen to what you need. Always forget food you order. Messes up something everytine. The worst customer service.

Terrible service and worse food. I used the drive thru and when we drove up the guy handed me the bags first, never told me the total just looked at me, so I handed him a twenty, he gave me change and shut the window. The burgers were cold, overcooked and dry. The cheese wasn't even melted and lettuce was wilted and gross so I took it off. My boyfriend's chili was watery and full of beans, no meat. This Wendy's sucks and they either need to provide more training or hire new people. read more

Even though we repeated our order to the young woman at the counter several times the sandwiches had incorrect toppings and the sodas were not what we ordered. The shift manager was rude and spoke to team members and customers in a brusque and demeaning manner. read more
