My daughters friend was going there and asked me if I wanted anything and I said maybe a bacon double cheeseburger. So he got me one. First of all it wasn't a double and the single hamburger was only 1/10 of an inch thick. They could make 20 of them out of a pound. I quit going to Wendy's 25 years ago and only recently started going there in the mornings for French toast. That hamburger tonight seals the deal I will never go back to Wendy's for anything except their French toast. That was the WORST hamburger I ever had. I'd call it a bun sandwich except it had two pieces of lettuce which was bigger than the hamburger so I guess I could call it a bun sandwich with lettuce! read more

I ordered using the Wendy's app - and when I arrived at the window to pickup my order - they asked questions about if I really wanted what I had put on my order (extra cheese on a salad and ranch instead of Caesar dressing). Once I confirmed that I did indeed want what I ordered I had to pull up and wait - for 8 minutes - For a cold salad and a bowl of chili. I finally got out of my car and walked inside. My order wasn't ready and there was already someone else who had had to do the same because her order had not come outside. When I got my order, and went back to my car I realized there was no silverware (remember I ordered a salad and chili), not one napkin, and no crackers. So - I went back to work hungry - wishing I kept silverware in my glovebox. Today when I went to reheat the chili it was only 2/3 full. Very disappointing! read more

I'm not sure what's happened, this used to really be one of our favorite places to grab some food. It seems to keep going downhill, I'm sure they don't have enough employees for one thing. There can be no one in line but you and they'll tell you to please wait for a moment and look at the menu, but no one ever comes back. Was on an 8 hour drive from Ohio to North Carolina and stopped here for lunch. I want to first start by saying the customer service was great! The double stack I ordered was also cooked really nice. HOWEVER the pinnacle of my Wendy's meal is always the strawberry frosty. There was a very long noticeable hair inside the cup and it was beyond salvaging the frosty. Never has chili and other various food products available, staff and management was rude.

Made us wait in the drive through for 15 minutes and we didn't even get a food. It's the worst customer service I've ever seen.

Service has been awful the last three times. New manager is clueless. The manager needs additional training or needs replaced! The staff are not customer friendly. Manager, please wear a mask and insist that your staff wear a mask! Wear the mask to cover your mouth and nose. Maybe a phone call to the Health Department is needed? The line inside is made to wait and wait for their food & drinks. I waited for the unsweetened tea dispenser to be refilled for more than 15 minutes. I finally had to go up to the counter and get my tea from the Drive Thru dispenser. The staff have a Very Negative attitude. If you the staff and manager don't want to work, quit! I was a few miles down the road waiting on someone at adena hospital so decided to get Wendy's. I ordered and drove all the way back to adena parking lot before I opened the food up. I got a Dave single and the hamburger was raw! Not just a little either. It was straight up pink. This is not a cheap sandwich so I drove all the way back to get another one made and told them what happened. They made a new one and I drove all the way back to adena assuming they fixed the mistake. I took a bite and this one was just as raw as the last one! At this point I had completely lost my appetite and felt like I was going to be sick so I did not return for another. I will NOT be going back to that location ever! read more

The only reason i am giving one star is because i have to. Brought my family here for dinner and when we received the food the fries were cold and one sandwich we requested with extra lettuce and no tomato and they put tomato on and no lettuce. When we took the items up to get it fixed and the workers walked by numerous times just staring at us for about 10 minutes. When the man at the sandwich station finally came to talk to us he said, hatefully, "what do you need?" And when we told about the sandwich he shrugged his shoulders and walked back. The cashier then came and asked what we needed and we told them and he got it fixed after 5 minutes and then when he came up he brought a sandwich and it was a spicy sandwich. I have been to three different Wendy's in three different towns they all three say they're not going to put lettuce on the stuff because wendy's refused to buy healthy lettuce apparently you think that we should have a non-nutritional-based iceberg lettuce only and you're too cheap of a an operation to buy good lettuce also when somebody says no cheese for dietary reasons and they get home and you got cheese smothered all over just a plain burger because you can't have anything else I have no intention of ever using you again and I'm going to badmouth you at every opportunity I get thank you have a nice f'd up day like I had read more

I love to go to Wendy's for that late night bite. But the last couple times I've been there my baconator fries are soggy and definitely not enough bacon. The bacon that is on it is very greasy. The service is always nice but the food not so much. read more

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE COUNTER OR THE DRIVE-THRU ! Ordered 1 large chili, 1 small chili, 2 burgers - no cheese, no mayo. Did hubby check the order before he left the counter? Of course not. When we opened the bag of Wendy's to sit down for dinner, what do we find? 1 large chili - NO small chili - and the 2 burgers WITH cheese and swimming in Southeastern Ohio's favoring of more mayo than any other topping on a burger. In my case? That's an immediate appetite suppressant. Which is why our order was placed for two burgers with NO mayo! To add insult to injury, the counter person did NOT give hubby a receipt nor attach it to the bag. So, I can't very well post a complaint to Wendy's, can I? Can't prove location, date, nor time of day the order was purchased since I don't have a receipt. The saying is "caveat emptor" (buyer beware). If you are ordering from ANY fast food emporium in Jackson OH, these are words to the wise.
