I wish I could give this place negative stars. Staff is rude and incompetent they can't even make food correctly after 4 tries they still fail. Ordered a bacon quarter pounder deluxe with lettuce tomato onion ketchup mustard and mayo and I got no lettuce and my condiments was on the the side of the sandwich literally. I asked it to be remade and the lady takes it and asks the guy in the back if he can remake it and he huffs and puffs and says I guess and he complains the entire time he's remaking it and it's still incorrect, again today we went there and we got a quarter pounder deluxe and they put no lettuce on it and we ask for lettuce to be put on the sandwich and they bring it back in a bag and put lettuce onions and pickles in a little white container instead of putting it on the sandwich and we ask them again to please fix it and put it on the sandwich, also to add we got a spicy mcchicken with light mayo and they put extra mayo on it and barely any lettuce, these workers all need replaced they should not be this incompetent and disrespectful it's not welcoming it's disgusting and their disrespectful... read more

Me and my family was there the other day I used to work there as a manager, and new employees are supposed to start out at the back but they had her up front. And the manager is not doing what she should so I know what I'm talking about. Not to mention that the food was cold and messed up. I would not recommend worming there or eating there. read more

Clean, quick and friendly. We stopped by on the way to Athens Ohio. This is an updated and remodeled McDonald's with both self service ordering kiosks, and cashiers. As with most restaurants post pandemic, they seemed a little understaffed. However, the dining spaces, restrooms, and kitchen all appeared to be clean. read more

Our car was a little bit loud in the speaker and the lady smarted off saying in a very sassy way you're going to have to shut your car off or pull up. And we shut it off still had an attitude didn't give me my sauce after I asked multiple times to make sure. And the fries had so much salt on them it was nasty. Yesterday morning I was in a hurry to get to Athens to help my daughter out and stopped at the McDonalds in Wellston and ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin. I don't know what they gave me but it was wrong. I got really pissed because I was in a hurry. I showed the woman the receipt and she came back with a sandwich that the wrwpper said sausage egg McMuffin. So I took it and headed to the car When I unwrapped it, no egg. I went back in and told if they couldn't get it right just give me a refund. So the grandson wanted to go to the McDonalds here in Jackson today and he got chicken nuggets and I got a bacon mcdouble. It was the worse sandwich I have ever had. The mcdonalds in our area has really gone down hill in the past several months and I think I'll only go there when the kids are wanting nuggets. read more

Well we stopped at Mickey D's for a little breakfast before our adventure. Tony got a sausage mcmuffin, white milk and strawberry pie and I got a coke and sausage mcmuffin..nothing special our usual. The store was clean, the staff friendly and you could tell that this particular location was recently redecorated. This seems to be the norm, a lot of them are getting redone. More people should really check this place out! This place should be world renown. The cheeseburgers are so consistent and the french fries are incredible!!! It's almost addicting it's so good. I really recommend the breakfast here too! YES they do serve breakfast and I love the sausage gravy and biscuits with a hash brown. Someone should really think about franchising this place. We stopped as a family of six for breakfast while on our roadtrip. The staff was super kind even as we were placing a large order on a busy Saturday morning. The food was out so quickly, i was shocked. As we were trying to accommodate bags and grabbing condiments and straws, the staff saw us struggling and came to give us an extra hand. Terrible! They said there would be a Pokémon toy in the happy meals, and I have been telling my daughter for weeks she could get one when she met her reading goal. Typical McDonalds. Clean and fast with a bland faintly cardboard taste.

I have eaten enough McDonalds to put a corporate executives kid through collage. This location is an embarrassment to the company. 1. They are consistently slow, unbelievably slow for a McDonalds. It's seriously unconscionable how slow they are, there is no expedition whatsoever. 2. I have witnessed the staff yelling at customers and being overtly rude. It is a consistent problem at this location. 3. The counter staff is woefully undertrained. While I understand turnover there is a decided lack of training for these people. 4. Special order items, like extra pickle, or cheese on the side seem to be extraordinarily difficult to get correct. I'd hate to see what happens for an actual special order. 5. The management seems to be all ownership of the franchise or nepotistic hires. The reason I say this is, I have repeatedly witnessed terminable offenses by the managers. They are setting the tone of rude behavior. Many times acting as though they are somehow doing the customer a favor by ringing up your order. Consistency acting as if you are bothering them if you have to ask a question or request something they keep in the back like a fork. Yelling at customers, refusing to fix issues. (I once saw a woman with two bottom buns in a child's cheeseburger ask them to fix it. The manager refused until I stepped in. For those of you without kids. Some kids won't eat the food if it's not right.) 6. I have on three separate occasions now witnessed the staff steal from the customers. All three times I have said something to the manager on duty. Not once have I seen a termination. Stealing is absolutely one of the top three terminable offenses at a fast food restaurant. The fact that there is no visible to the customer action for theft is concerning. 7. The food is basic McDonalds food, and they get it wrong about 20% of the time. Wrong Item, not made correctly, special requests done wrong. For instance no pickle instead of extra pickle. You'd be surprised how many times that has happened at this location. 8. The bathrooms and tables are always in need of cleaning. This is surprising as whenever we go in there are at least 8 or ten people working. You would think someone could check the dinning room every hour or so. 9. Amazingly, I have also witnessed on numerous occasions customers, including myself having to wait or being ignored because a staff member was on their phone. This should never happen. Especially from a manger. One of whom I have had the displeasure of having do this to me and witnessed her do it to others on multiple occasions. I believe she is the daughter or wife of the son of the owner. She is to young to own the place herself, and has on numerous occasions committed immediate terminable offenses and somehow is still not only employees,but still employees as a manager. Honestly, it's McDonalds. You follow the corporate policies. You use your head and you make money. This location does little in the way of using their head. Pathetic. And yes, I can do way better, I just don't have over a Million dollars to buy a franchise. read more

We ordered 3 sweet teas got 1 sweet and 2 unsweetened then went back through asked for 2 more sweet teas then received 1 sweet tea and another unsweetened then we preceded to go inside and dump out the other unsweetened tea and got myself a sweet tea that to me is not expectable you shouldn't have to go through a place 3 times for only three sweet teas read more

McDONALDS - JACKSON OH: Worst BREAKFAST BURRITO in the State of Ohio. Don't believe everything you see - particularly the new visual menu that scrolls above the ordering desk inside Jackson's McDonald's. A menu which BTW shows NO prices. Customer is supposed to purchase a menu selection cost unseen at McDonald's? Yes, sir! That aside, a great looking pic of McDonald's breakfast burrito scrolls by - egg, cheese, nice diced red and green bell peppers. Did I see diced onion, too? Nah, wasn't any onion in what I got - BUT you get 2 of them. Looks nice and hearty on that visual menu. A burrito that'll fill your hand. This is something you'd like to try. So, I did. You know what comes next. The 2 itty-bitty burritos served to me were absolutely nothing like the picture advertisement that prompted me to purchase in the first place. The order came with two packets of Picante. Well, guess what, McDonald's? I don't like picante. So your Breakfast Burrito has to stand on its own merits. I gotta tell y'all. Doesn't happen. DO NOT buy McDonald's Breakfast Burrito unless the Picante sauce you squeeze over it is all you want to taste. On its own, the McDonald's Breakfast Burrito is ABSOLUTELY TASTELESS. 'Course lack of seasoning in food beloved by Jackson OH residents is typical - unless it's sugar, mind you. Jackson is no longer the "apple capitol" of the State but it could be a contender for the title of "promoting diabetes" capitol of the State.
