Wendys in Brimfield is a hit or miss. Best fries in the area, clean dining areas, nice staff. But sometimes the chilli doesn't have meat in it. But I guess when push comes to shove its and okay place. Still prefure Pizza Hut or Brimfield Family Resterant. read more

I refuse to eat here because in May. The guy at the counter, who was not good at his job even before the incident, had to get his manager because the app coupon was not working. She yelled at him and was inexcusable rude to me and he walked away to let her handle it, and then she stormed off leaving no one at the counter and all other employees were looking afraid to get involved in the conflict and were as far away from the counter as possible. I calmly told the closest person to cancel my order and left. I was embarrassed by the situation as there were customers behind me. I had never had to walk out of a restaurant like that, but the unprofessionalism of the staff warranted it. read more

This is the dirtiest wendys I have ever been to. Bathrooms had dried soap all over the sink. Ice maker didn't have tray under so there was standing water. pop machine sprayed pop all over your hand. Knats all over the ketchup pumps. Tables were covered in crumbs. Floor was sticky. And the door had fingerprints all over it. Looked like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. This is the worst Wendy's I've been to in my entire life. First they had us waiting in line for like 20 minutes when we were the only car there. Then my baconator fry only had cheese on a part of it, and it was chunky and cold. They also made my junior bacon cheeseburger completely wrong! It was like a combination of a junior bacon cheeseburger and a double stack cheeseburger. It had pickles, unions, tomato's, ketchup, and Mayo on it. Zero stars. This place is ridiculously incapable of being open to serve the public. How about they do not answer the dang phone for starters. THIS WENCO WENDY'S IS ON THE OTHER LINE, TRY BACK ANOTHER Time... And another time must mean never. In 20 minutes, at 6pm universal dinner time, they never answered. If the screw up, they won't even let you talk to a manager about it.... I ordered 3 things. You got 1 correct. Wtf? No sour cream for my "sour cream and chive potato". Hate to write negative reviews, but this is a must. Undercooked chicken at Route 43, Kent, Ohio location. Spicy chicken sandwich. Bought between 10 and 11 pm I. May 5th, 2018. Never worked fast food, but thought they would have safeguards preventing employees from undercooking food; something that monitors time and temperature? The drive through workers were VERY nice 1/29/18 and enthusiastic and wished me a pleasant day. The fries were fresh, although a little to well done (very crunchy and darker brown than they usually are). The drink had the right amount of ice to keep it cold, but didn't take up all of the room of the container. The chicken nuggets were fine with temperature and taste. I had stopped going to Wendy's, when they pulled their taco salad. Now that it's back, I thought I would give them another try. I arrived ahead of the lunch hour, but still waited about 15 minutes in line (4 customers). The cashier had difficulty in ringing me up, and didn't offer, nor provide a receipt with my change. When the food was promptly presented, I grabbed napkins and silverware, and was out the door to get back to work. What a disappointment!!! The food quality was poor. I wouldn't call it a taco salad; the supplied chili was a soup of red kidney beans and diced onions, with little, to no meat. The cold greens contained the stem ends of two tomatoes. I called the manager to relate my experience, but she did not demonstrate the customer service skills to resolve the less than satisfactory experience. I will not return to this location, and, I will have to rethink about trying Wendy's again. read more
