He gave me the wrong drink and gets upset when HE messed it up even though he says the right drink when he's repeating the order. Terrible Wendy's. I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru tonight. Payed at the first window and I get to the second window for my food and the cashier asks me to pay again. Are you serious? Then she gives me the wrong drink order and I have to ask her to correct it. I waited 10 more minutes at the second window and get all the way home just to discover they got my cheeseburger order wrong. So I waited 40 minutes in that drive thru just for them to get two thirds of my order wrong. These workers can't even follow the orders correctly on the screens right in front of them. I mean honestly you're going to ask me to pay for my order twice??? They have teenagers working here who obviously can't do their jobs correctly. I always loved... stopping by a Wendy's Restaurant, they are always friendly & have great service. However, after eating there for year's...and trying to make excuses to myself for there french fries. I come to a decision to STOP Wasting Mmy Money on them. Even after asking for a fresh drop of fries... they are always a disappointing every since they changed their oil. I didn't want to complain about this problem, but then #Wendys wouldn't know and/or do anything about the pour quality of #frenchfries .Many restaurant's have changed their oil, but have somehow have fixed the problem, and now even though the fries are healthier then they use to be, in year's past...taste great. I really don't want to go to another fast food restaurant, but it looks like they aren't going to do anything about it, and I've tried many #WendysResturants across Denver & the Western slope... it's the same everywhere. I hope someone reads this & revisit the type of oil used.. It's not an employee problem, this is a quality control problem. Their wait times are beyond ridiculous. The staff seems to care less about it. I went inside thinking that it might cut down the twenty minute wait time that you usually experience using the drive through. It made no difference. In the thirty minutes it took me to get my number 10 two customers had complained about getting charged the wrong amount of money and their food being cold. Wow!!!! Unreal! This is the second time I have come to this location and the wait is unreal slow. The manager seems to be working himself to the bone while his staff is playing. One of the women on staff is whining and pouting and dragging herself around like a character on the Walking Dead. I doubt I will ever come back to this location. I could have gone to Red Robin, ordered and ate in the time I have waited just to order. Got home with the food and it was in no way worth the wait. I tried calling the store when I got home but NOBODY answered the phone. I since then have called the 1800 Customer Service Center and NOBODY has responded to me either. If this is how service is going to be then I'm done with Wendy's Restaurants. Morning world. For those of us who happen to enjoy a great Wendy's breakfast sandwich you may not wanna do so here 6995 W Alameda in Denver. I generally eat at Wendy's 2 to 3 mornings a week and have no favorite store over the other so as long as it a Wendy's I'm there. My mistake this morning stopping here and asking for fresh seasoned potatoes. In which the manager Leslie serving me at the window assured me they were. After i asked her did she need me to pull up and wait because I had asked for them fresh. She stated that wasn't necessary that she had fresh ones available. I retrieved my food and headed out. Reaching into my bag and feeling the warmth of the what I thought was going to be a delicious bite. Completely destroyed the work of my orthodontist on the back three teeth of the right side of my mouth. when I returned and spoke with the manager the very same Leslie who helped me at the window. She clearly thought it was funny and could not provide me with her General Managers contact info store number or Corporates number for customer care. Waiting for a resolution i noticed only one employee out of the 6 people there actually was wearing gloves while preparing food for the drive through. Generally I'm very forgiving when using the drive through in busier situations, but I was one of two cars in the line total. So it hard for me to excuse this one to start let alone have my teeth ruined for someone else's pleasure. This is totally unacceptable and needs to be resolved. For the hardworking customers that choose to spend heir money with this establishment in particular. I honestly enjoy Wendy's as a whole. I think the breakfast is the best actually as far as fast food breakfast goes. But for this location to be a representation of what Wendy's stands for. This is my favorite Wendy's in the area, the manager with red hair is super nice and friendly and gave me a free drink after waiting in line for a while! The only issue I had here is to do with other customers, always b******* about the wait time when it's clearly a lunch rush, if you're going somewhere during your lunch break prepare to wait because you're not the only person on lunch duh! People seriously need to be more understanding, especially if they (obviously) look a little understaffed, what I have to say is "then why don't you come work here and help them out?" Get a life! This is the worst Wendy's I have every been to. I manage a store in Bel-Mar and every now and then I will treat myself to "Fast Food." Fast is definitely far from this food establishment. My whole lunch Break (30 minutes) is spent waiting in line for my food. Inside or drive through. They often forget straws and anything extra you have asked for. The lack of urgency when people are obviously in a hurry is beyond frustrating. I only go there for the Salads. Maybe management needs to teach their employees how to hustle and not just move like turtles. read more

Burgers/Wraps/Fries are always warm/hot and fresh... that's saying quite a bit considering the degree of variance found at 95% of other fast food chains, we all know how that can go. I have been stuck in the middle of nowhere all day. Exhausted. Haven't eaten since 2pm. I just went through the drive thru. Ordered a double, med fry, and a small lemonade. 9$ and change. I hear them offer the guy in front of me a free drink for the wait. Meanwhile when I get to the window and get my food, no receipt unfortunately, single patty of meat, small fry, and this overpriced lemonade that was merely an add on. The service at this Wendy's is so substandard, I wish I could give it zero stars. In the past 3 months, we've had 4 orders that were incomplete. Usually I check before continuing on. Tonight, however, I did not. I got home and realized we were missing half our order. I called the store and talked to the manager (Brandon). I told him the situation and that I was very upset about it. Further, I said that by the time I got back to the restaurant and home again, my husband's dinner would be cold if we wanted to eat together. He said he would remake the entire meal. I asked for compensation since I was having to drive back up there. He said he'd talk to his GM. Well, I got there and all he would offer was to reimburse me for the "missed" item. What a crock!
