We love having this place in the neighborhood and being able to walk to it! It always has a fun, rustic atmosphere and lots of activity. If you arrive after 5 or 5:30pm, you might have a short wait before you're seated. The food is always reliable and reasonably priced. Service is friendly too

You gotta try this place! I came here for a solo meal post-hike in the area. I sat at the bar and watched the Broncos game with some regulars. The Alaskan Brewing Co (which The 49th has on draft in a variety of options) has a killer Pale Ale! I happened to arrive during HH (2-6pm every day) - they have phenomenal deals. I ordered Fish and Chips as an entree and was not disappointed! The tartar sauce had a slight kick and was flavorful, the fries are super crispy and yummy, and the cod was lights out! It was relatively tame for a Sunday evening; I bet this place gets packed during the week! Awesome vibe!

This is the order and the Parmesan was all in the bottom. | ARTICHOKES |

I ordered the artichokes for almost $20.00 on Uber. It was less than a container of French fries.

Great service and delicious food. The burger of the month was exactly what was needed after a morning hike and the coffee/hot chocolate cocktails were warm and delish. Would get again.

I've never seen an Alaskan restaurant before, so I was immediately intrigued by this spot. We arrived just before 3 on a Saturday and I was surprised how busy it was. We got the only available table and it remained busy until we left. My husband and I shared: - Fried Calamari (special) - Alcan Poutine Burger - Prosciutto in a Pear Tree Burger (special) They're busy for a reason - the food is delicious! I absolutely loved the citrus sauce on the calamari. Between the burgers, I preferred the poutine burger because it was saucier. We ordered our burgers medium and they came medium well which was a bit disappointing, but they were still delicious.

Ours were slightly overdone, but still tasty. The ranch had a strong dill flavor, which I loved. I had the chicken Caesar pita with sweet potato fries and my husband had the club sandwich. Both were fantastic. The chicken was grilled perfectly and the Caesar dressing was bold and sharp. Our server was fantastic. She had just been sat with a table of ten but still took great care of us. She was attentive and somehow always had another soda ready for my husband before he even had to ask. The view from the back deck is beautiful. We saw several cranes and a huge red tailed hawk while we ate. Definitely worth the drive from Parker

I was very skeptical at that point if I was going to really like this place. Next, we got seated quite quickly although there were 5 couples ahead of us. All the staff members I encountered were very friendly, nice and attentive which was a huge plus, especially considering how busy it was that day. We ordered our food and noticed they had very good prices and cheaper than our go-to seafood boil place so that's a win! The food came out hot, our server emptied out the bags for us which was very nice. I ordered the shrimp with head on xxtra hot and It was the perfect spice level for my latina taste buds, absolutely loved it even with just the garlic butter sauce. My husband got snow crab and he was very pleased with how tasty and easy it was to crack them open and get the crab out. If you have leftovers they will pack it up for you which is another plus for me! Lastly, I got a beautiful rose to end the night when we were heading out which was a nice touch! Overall, I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant. It was delicious and cooked perfectly! I am excited to try out their other sauces and look forward to it!

After we were seated in a booth, we waited about 15 minutes without any acknowledgment from a server. Eventually, I had to get up and go find the hostess to let her know we hadn't been helped yet. To make matters worse, I realized after getting home that I had been overcharged for a drink. Sigh. So frustrated. Unfortunately, I didn't catch it at the time, but it added to the frustration of the overall experience. It's frustrating to see such a decline from a place we used to really enjoy. Hoping this was just an off night, but it definitely left a bad impression of overcharging

It is priced at market value, so I imagine this could vary over time, but they had three tiers for omakase, which I thought were all fairly priced for the amount of food included. We opted for the highest tier, which was $120 pp, and it was incredibly filling with high quality cuts of fish and a thoughtfully curated menu.
