The only reason why i didn't do one star it's because the other staff is normally nice and polite and gets my order right but today, before I ordered, I asked for a bathroom code and the older Mexican lady already gave me attitude. When I came back I was standing at the register waiting for my order to be taken and she asked me if I'm going to order something or what rudely and it's just like no shi I'm at the register for a reason, but I said yes. I wanted a Jr bacon cheeseburger biggie bag, with everything on the burger add pickles, onions, and jalapeños and instead of the regular nuggets when I was in the middle of asking her if I can switch for spicy ones she cut me off and said she can't switch them rudely. I said I was just gonna ask if I can do spicy ones, and she said "oh" yea don't cut me off and you would have known that. I said I wanted honey mustard but she gave me bbq. And I asked if I can do the baconator fries as well and she said "okay that's gonna be extra" and gave me a look. Like no shi and I wanted to get another thing but she was rushing me and already getting mad so I just said that's all. She yelled and was getting upset because I couldn't hear her and asked what she had said. Everything was just thrown in the bag, the fries are burnt and hard, and there wasn't bacon on my bacon cheeseburger. I took my son in for a frosty which he really enjoyed and it was pretty good. It had been a long time since I've had a frosty that said we were hit up on the way in by somebody looking for us to buy them a meal and had to wait a long time to get a code to the bathroom, which is rough when you are with two young children. all that said well, the frosty was pretty good. Wendy's USED to be pretty good but now it's horrific. I can't believe they're asking people to pay for the quality of food they're serving. I grabbed a quick breakfast in the morning before I moving that day, there was one close by so it was mainly convenience that brought me. My sandwich was literally SOGGY and there was some sort of unknown sauce on bacon egg croissant sandwich- no cheese just two really sad small pieces of bacon. It was inedible. The seasoned potatoes that came with my meal were no good either. Thankfully the meal cost me less than $10 all together but good god was this the grossest food I've ever gotten from Wendy's in my life. Not to mention their TERRIBLE AI ORDERING SYSTEM! The AI ordering is dystopian, creepy, unnecessary and AI uses OUR drinking water to operate. For about 2 years now this location has an issue with coke freestyle (drink machines). Today was my first time coming to this franchise location. As my coworkers and I walked in, we were greeted with a long lunch line. The line moved very slowly and took almost 30minutes from wait to delivery of food. The rest interior was pretty clean and looked sanitary. The restaurant is definitely understaffed which resulted in our excessive wait at a "fast food" restaurant. Tsk tsk! Get it together Wendy's! Even the drivethru line was long. My lunch was okay and my fries were warm. The customer service was okay. They have WiFi which is a plus! There's a lot of room left to improve though! This location generally seems to have some issues in the morning during breakfast service. I've worked in the fast food industry before (several years worth), and I know that things can go wrong and oddities occur that throw off the general throw of things. But these guys seem to have more debilitating problems more often than one would probably expect upon a cursory glance. One morning I came in and sat in the drive-through line for a few minutes, then finally got up to the speaker as the car in front of me finally pulled forward. I was told that they couldn't currently process cash payments, but could accept cards. I said that was fine, and began to order. Then I was told that they couldn't currently accept orders because their system was down and rebooting. They were trying to get it back online and didn't know how long it would take, if it would only be a few minutes, or if it would be longer. I'm not sure at what point it's possible to take a card without the actual point-of-sale system being online at all, and if the system is down, then that's fine. But they shouldn't have led with "we can't take cash" when they actually, at that time, could not take ANY orders at all. Other issues at this location are usually minor but frequent. Asking for meat on the side of a sandwich ends up with the patties being wrapped in a burger wrapper instead of put in a container, and no utensils will be included either. Orders are sometimes slow because the person at the window also seems to be the person taking the orders and handing out the food, and accepting payments. I don't have a problem when people aren't able to divide their attention in that many directions at once, as that comes with time and experience, but it's important to at least *greet* the car at the speaker and let them know it'll be a moment (also this notifies them that you're able to accept orders because your system is actually running today). Depending on traffic I may swing through here for breakfast once a week or so, but it's getting to the point where I may just try re-routing more regularly and go to a more reliable Wendy's for their dollar breakfast sandwiches. read more

The lady went on the microphone and said they are closed even though there hours online said they are open until 1 am and the car in front of us was getting food. Whoever was working the Drive Through April 4th at 10:30pm is a terrible representation of the company. She was rude. Short. And made it abundantly clear, that I was an inconvenience to her day. And it's not bc they were busy - I was the only car in the Drive Through. I understand Customer Service can be a drag. But if you can't at least fake-polite your way through a 30 second interaction, it may not be the gig for you. She also told me they were done serving Frostys for the night. Credit card machines out (3 separate visits), frosty machine broke, soda machine broken... so weird that one location has so many issues. Tonight was the last straw. I waited in line for 20 min. for a frosty. Their card machine was down, which was fine because I had enough cash for a single frosty. I finally get up to the speaker box to order and the woman informs me the frosty machine is also broken. Seriously?! If I could give a zero... I came in with my Family and was not aware that I needed to bring my own ketchup and chili hot sauce. When we asked for chili hot sauce they said they were out, okay I can let that go. When we informed them that their ketchup units were both empty, the young girl at the counter said that the order did not get placed in the computer and when they called it in the phone person forgot it, push blame to someone else. You should have just said that you forgot to place the order on time. When you are out of an item that is used by most customers then you either A) drive to the distributor center in town and get the items you are out of or B) go to the store and buy the product you need. This is poor Management and is not looking out for the customer. I have an Autistic son, routine and available of certain food items are a must. When I managed my store in Wyoming if we ran out of food items we would get what we could at the grocery store or drive up to 100 miles to the closest franchise that had what we needed. read more

This Wendy's NEVER FAILS to get my dang order wrong! Every single time I go there it seems as if there's a new person at the window not doing their job correctly. It's been 4 times that I go to this Wendy's and they give me someone else's order, they give me the wrong drink, they forget to give me the ketchup and mayonnaise I asked for. No one says hello. I watched an employee drop a chicken nugget on the floor, pick it up and place it in the salad I ordered. I watched from the drive through window and when they brought me that item along with the rest of my order I told the employee I saw what they just did and that I no longer wanted the salad and wanted a refund on that item, just that item. The person running the cash register told me they could not process a refund but that they could make me another salad. I told them I was no longer interested in having one of their salads. They gave me a number to call to request a refund that says the voicemail is full and has no option to reach a real person or contact anyone. So I have payed for a salad I did not accept and as of right now have spent over an hour trying to obtain a refund for it. read more
