I'm a dasher sent to this store at 1:35 am on Sunday morning 11/10 . I know the store closes at 2 or 3 am because I used to work there yet nobody answered the box and two employees even walked near the window as I tapped my horn respectfully. They then began to laugh and joke about how they weren't answering the window. One of them was even a manager (light blue shirt light skinned lady) the other a slim dark complexion female who continued working as I wanted and signaled. Closing early is automatic termination with Calhoun Management and I pray they don't allow shift leads to just pass on money like that. Bad business kids read more

The service was unbelievably awful. We arrived at the drive-thru window at 5:23 pm with 3 cars in front of us. We placed an order at 5:31. We did not receive our order, biggie bag, 2 orders of nuggets, two fries and two drinks at 6:03 pm. To add insult to injury, some of the food was cold. I have tried this location a couple of times and the customer service is severely lacking. The last and final time I went was thre worst. I ordered through the drive through and noticed that the order was not right on the screen. I advised the person taking the order and she was so put out like it was my fault the wrong button was pushed. She corrected it but didn't tell the staff at the next window so I had to tell them again, still having the same response as the woman at the first window. I moved away from the drive through lane and checked the food ordered. The fries were cold, limp, and disgusting. So all and all, not worth going back. read more

On January 26, 2020 at 9:30 PM, I went to this Wendy's located at 6156 Covington Hwy, Lithonia, GA 30058. And I the worst experience. I ordered my food and while I was attempting to order my food, the person kept rushing me. Once I received my food, my order was all wrong. I then was told that in order for them to correct my order, I will have to pay an upcharge. I asked why do I have to pay an upcharge on a mistake that they made. I then requested a refund, and that's when several employees came to the window, rolling their eyes and mumbling. Once the closed the door, they started laughing. The manager never addressed my concern or never asked me what was the problem. The customer service is terrible here. This location needs to close ASAP. I'm not too keen on going to fast food joints, but if I do it will always be either Chick-fil-A, Popeyes or Wendy's...in that order. I am only writing this review to commend the service I experienced here last night. Usually, the places around here lack good service, but I have to say that last night exceeded my expectations. The line inside was very long, but that mostly had to do with a hot spirited elderly woman who was making demands of both the cashier and the Manager. And when I say she was a spit-fire-she definitely was! However, the Manager Mike was very pleasant and met her every demand with a smile and a 'yes, ma'am'. He was attentive to every customer after the fact too, even me. It was great to witness the kindness and excellent service. I will definitely keep coming back as long as the service remains. read more

This location was recently renovated so I was eager to come inside. It's beautiful on the outside But messy and dirty on the inside. There was flys and nats around the drink station. Trash on the floor and we had to clean a table to seat down . New building , same old habits. We won't be back. read more

Good evening, I went through the drive-through and ordered two 4 for 4 meals. I asked for "Sparkling Water" (which the Coke master machine does offer) and the lady says "a bottle water is extra"----(Know Your Products) The speed is fairly slow for a Wendy's. It was 3 cars ahead of me and I was in line for more than 10 minutes. (About 4 songs played on my playlist avg. At the window, a cashier (female) was on automatic response and she opened the window, held my bags as she took another order, and made me wait till that was done. AS SHE HELD MY BAGS.----- Multitasking is NOT something everyone can do. The food was ok. (As long as it took, it would have been super hot and fresh). Is seems like the food was fresh when I had the idea to go there but by the time I went through the line, it was no longer fresh. RECOMMENDATION Drive a little further down Panola Rd toward i20 and go to any other burger joint. read more

This location is the worst i ever seen. They drive thru line is always wrapped around the building. The service is so slow its ridiculous. I think they need new management because this is a busy location and if i was a secret shopper I would have really low graded this location. For several weeks my condiments has been missing from my always buying apple pecan salad. Today at LUNCH time I sent my husband for full salad. I could not finish the salad ...this time they sent sunflower seeds instead of pecans! So, this evening while I had a chance spoke to an associate over the phone to explain my disappointment...she in turn gave the phone to, I did not then, nor introduced herself, I had to ask, as Ms Avery- manager. I explained over, & told her even as I would sit out in my car to enjoy my salad I would have to go back to counter for the condiments & today I was frustrated. Constant issues and problems here every other time I visit. Folks talking on their cell phones as they take your order.. You name it.., you might see it.. Fast food is no secret. You know exactly what to expect from a particular restaurant. Service is far more important. I was at the drive through today, ordered a fish sandwich with NO TARTAR. I don't simply dislike it, it makes me sick. I opened the sandwich in the parking lot to find - you guessed it - tartar sauce. I was already frustrated and was in no mood to wait for another and I realized that I was not given a receipt. So I waited again in line inside and put the bag down and told them I just wanted them to take it back, and that I wasn't there to be poisoned (I was angry, not diplomatic). As I left NO ONE tried to stop me and rectify the issue. Instead I heard laughter. As I said, in fast food customer service is what you are selling.
