Just a terrible experience. Ordered a salad yesterday that was missing items. Called and made mention to the manager and they told me to come back and get another one. I went today and the Salad was good but the amount of old lettuce was unnerving. See pic for reference. Half the salad had to be picked through. Not happy! Went through drive through and asked cashier for a split payment (for personal reasons I don't have to explain why I needed it split but I did) and instead he charged my card the full payment instead of half. When I called and told them just to make sure they train him in learning how to split a payment, I was then told rudely on the phone that it was my fault because I was supposed to ask for a manager to do so. That is incorrect. I used to be an assistant manager for the company and ALL cashiers know how to or should know how to do split payments. So I proceeded to tell her it's not my job to inconvenience a manager and that her employees should be properly trained. She then told me to have a nice day and hung up the phone. The food was ok but otherwise horrible customer service, attitudes and horrible problem solving skills. read more

Haven't been doing fast food lately. Rough day though and decided to run by Wendy's. They were super busy and maybe a little short handed. But everyone working was professional and really friendly. Our order was made fresh, was hot and was also totally correct. I have to say that this was the best customer service and fast food experience we've had since moving here from Texas last year. I just visited this location after many years of not going and I am glad I did. The woman that took my order was surprisingly pleasant and even made sure I didn't want the minutes maid lemonade. The person that handed me. My food was also very pleasant and had a smile on her face. I will definitely be back to this location. My french fries were hot, the sandwich had a crunch to it and the food tasted great. It was nice to see a fast food place outside of Chick Fil A where the employees seem to want to help. I've been to this Wendy's 3 times in 3 years and it is clearly apparent the hiring manager only hires incompetent employees. I just came out the drive thru during lunch time. They didn't seem to have a lunch rush like most fast food places during lunchtime so I'm guessing the rest of the community has already caught on. I was the only person in the drive thru so I expected and quick in and out. I ended up being there for around 15 minutes waiting for them to grill chicken for the salad I ordered and prepare a couple kids meals. After all that waiting they still managed to get the order wrong. Hamburger instead of nuggets and no drinks. Then the dude working the drive thru window acted like he had an attitude. As if he was the one having to deal with his own incompetence. But at the end of the day I don't blame the incompetent employees. Incompetent people need jobs too and working fast food is a great job for them. I blame the Hiring Manager for concentrating all of the incompetent people at that one store. I'd advise you spread them out amongst the stores so they don't have as much of a negative impact. Everything in moderation. read more

Ordered through GRUBHUB and it was terrible. I ordered 2 burgers, some nuggets, fries and a chocolate frosty and when it was delivered I had 1 burger, cold fries and nuggets and a vanilla frosty. I contacted grub hub and they said I could get a refund for the wrong portion. So I had to reorder my food and waited an hour for my food since there were no drivers around. WENDY'S needs to make sure they are sending out the right order. Haven't had any issues ordering from other restaurants. Wont be ordering from them again. read more

If your workers don't want to be there, please get someone who does. Pulled in @ 12:30 to get food & the workers were running away from the window. Could've spoke up and said you guys were closed. I've given up on this place. Every time I go through the drive thru, they screw up my order. They forget something (condiments, spoon for the chili) or add cheese to my chili (which I hate and do not order). The worst? I order my first item and before I can order something else, they ask "would you like anything else"? You know, it would be helpful if you wait 10 or so seconds before asking that. And if I am ordering 3 items, they ask after every single item. Every time. I always end my order with "And that will be all" and they will still ask about 75% of the time "Would you like anything else?". They are super convenient because they are on the way home, but I would rather drive a little out of the way than deal with these folks any more. And as someone else reviewed, the wait times can sometimes be ridiculous. read more

Today I went through the drive through to grab something quick for lunch while doing other errands in the area. Saw the new gouda burger and decided it looked like my next yummy victim. They were out of everything except sweet and unsweetened tea and lemonade. After I placed my order I inched up in line to pay at the first window. Woman who took payment was very nice and courteous. I was however in line for a lot longer than normal. First world problems I know! But when taco bell and McDonald's along the same street move quicker than you then there might be some room for improvement. Finally I got my order and it was wrong. Didn't have time and didn't feel like going back to get it fixed. Boo. read more

Not understanding why at this location as a customer I am charged the price of a medium combo but receive small size fries. Also the $4 junior bacon meals are $4 still but now recently there are the junior size fries?? Today I went through the drive thru. This lady who took my order I don't know her name but she green hair. I wanted a bowl of chili! This girl told me they was out. Went to pay for my order. After paying for my order. The nice young man in the second told me they DO have chili!!! So here I am mad at the fact someone who worked at Wendy's lied to me about not having the food I wanted in the first place. So I went up in the place, got my chili. Horrible customer service!! Girl with red hair doesn't greet you just takes your money. Walked away from the window so assumed I needed to go to the next window just to then be told to go back to the first ! Like wtf do you guys train customer service or just don't care that you have a 1 star rating! Girl with long braids just throws arm with food out of window! No hello no have a nice day just here and slams door! Ask for bbq she rolls her eyes throws arm back out the window!! Doesn't fill my drink all the way and gives it to me without a straw!!!
