I guess it's time to cancel chipotle.. I had a bad experience last week and decided to give them another chance. Yet again they have ticked me off. Why are we paying for double meat and I can't find any on my burrito bowl? Why am I getting meat with a side of burnt coals in my bowl? Second time.. when it happened the first time we asked them to replace it bc we were hungry. This time my husband ordered online and the black char is in my food again. I saw that it comes from the grill when they'll grilling and they're not cleaning the grill off in between cooking. I didn't call corporate or health department but I will this time. This location is literally always out of staples needed for their dishes. A simple request for onions and peppers (vegetables) will require a 10-15 minute addition wait while they cook them. Why not have them available during business hours? Staff is extremely rude and inefficient and portion size small. I won't waste my time or money for a $10 bowl the size of a side salad. My very first, and probably last time visiting this Chipotle location. I order just a side of guacamole with chips on the app which was easy of course. The wait for the drive-thru line for mobile pick up took forever. When I finally got up to the window it took another 5 plus minutes to be asked if anyone came to the window yet and I advised no I've been waiting. My order was ready once I was greeted at the window. As much as the side of guacamole cost, you would think they would at least fill the small container up but unfortunately I got a half filled "side" of guacamole. I didn't have the time or patience to go inside to even ask for them to fill it up. It was very bland compared to the other Chipotle's I've been to. My overall experience wasn't the best. 1 out of 10 I do not recommend! My family and I visited this location. It appeared to be short staff, and the few employees seemed to be frustrated because the line was somewhat long. I was rushed with placing my orders and the manager appeared to be throwing 5 items into one bag. The bag look like it was about to burst. Our food was smashed. We asked for another bag and as why he smashed everything in one bag? The guy, (manager) refused to give us an extra bag. I ask for his name and the phone number to corporate; he refuse to give either and told me and my children to go to hell. So unprofessional and several witnesses. I ask him not to use profanity towards my children and that I would call corporate and he reply, call hell and go to hell. This is unacceptable behavior and he needs to be reprimanded for his actions. I am a major social media influencer and will cascade this issue on all platforms. Walked in at 10:30, this man makes direct eye contact with me walking all the way up to him, and then turns his back and leaves me waiting for 5 minutes, STARING AT HIS BACK, for someone else to come up and tell me they have no rice, pico, sour cream, lettuce and some other stuff, even though i just sat there and watched them fill up a pan of rice. This location is struggling likely with being understaffed. My meals were prepared appropriately but it took an hour in the drive thru line which wrapped around the building to get my food. If I hadn't already paid, I would have left. And there's no in store pick up option although it is listed as such on the site. After ordering and once in line I received a notice of long wait times but nothing prior to ordering. A notice with possible wait times would prove helpful to the consumer. This chipotle needs a floor manager. There's a lot of people floating around, the service is super slow. Even the pickup area is slow, and there are 2 people back there. I sat here and watched the door dash guy wait 14 minutes for a bowl of food that was pre-ordered! All of the food inventory runs completely out before they holler about replenishment. It's worst than a "just in time" inventory function. It's more like a "just ran out" shop. . In 1 hour, no one ever came out to wipe the tables. We've visited this location several times before and during pandemic. They are consistent in service and the food is always exactly what you ordered. The website works like a charm - order online, you receive a pickup time, when you arrive at the drive thru at your designated time, your bag is ready with your order. No hassle! In addition, we order the same thing every time and the site saves the previous order so now we just reorder and it saves us time - winning! This location, like many chipotles, had long lines to get in, but it's nice to know that we can order using this contact free method. I LOVE chipotle, so I get it often. Ever since moving here, I steer clear from this place. I would rather drive 10 mins more to a different location than come here. I've had multiple occasions where my food was wrong, and usually it's through door dash so I'll come up to this establishment and get the right food after I paid 20 extra bucks for someone to deliver it to me. I mean one time, I got someone else's whole order with my name on the boxes. Not a single thing was correct. Then there's the service. These people are BEYOND rude. I'm never one to judge people in the food industry (I've been a server most of my life) but dear god, the only time I didn't have someone mouth off to me was when their manager was there and breathing down their neck. - the manager is very friendly and I love when he's behind the counter. Today, I got it door dashed to me. They forgot my corn so I came up AGAIN to the store and ordered the corn through the app. I arrived at 7:49 for corn... CORN. I roll up to the window and the lady who was staffing the window asked if I knew when I placed it for pickup. I said 8pm. She proceeds to tell me "well then your order isn't ready until 8. So that means you don't get it until 8. It isn't 8." In the most condescending way, and also raising her voice. Rolling her eyes, the whole works. Although this Chipotle location opened up not too long ago, I was left disappointed. I order the steak bowl and seemed like I waited forever in line just to order my food. While waiting in line I was able to notice how much this place has changed since it was a former Pollo Tropical. If I had read the other reviews before I went I probably would not have. But I went and I was fully satisfied with what I got I wanted to come in for the new plant based chorizo. So i got a vegan bowl with that I went inside so they made it exactly how I asked and there was zero wait at about 530p. So on prompt service, excellent I am not a regular at chipotle. So when they started asking me what I wanted I was sure what I was doing. The help instead of recognizing i had no clue, and being more helpful, they just peppering me with fast questions. That could be better I also didn't know what all the choices were. Maybe this is a chipotle thing but if it were me I'd have little signs that said what end was The value is great For only $11 I got something so big any person would have a hard time eating it. I know most of the time reviews for fast food restaurants are only given when there's a bad experience so thought I would give props for a good experience. Placed an order through the app and picked it up in the chipotlane. Got home to eat and was impressed by how well made my bowl was and they actually filled the Guac container to the top. My husband said his burrito was one of the best he has ever gotten from chipotle. Keep it up and we will continue to drive a bit farther to come to this location (rather than the one closer to us on S. Cobb that sucks!) read more

First and last time at this location. Horrible customer service. The young woman and I'm assuming a new employee (male) were too busy arguing to even listen to what I was adding on to my bowls. It's pretty impressive to mess up while being told the order directly. Asked for sour cream - totally skipped over it. Asked for red salsa - got tomatoes. BEFORE AND AFTER It's been 11 months since my last review. Has anything changed? Yes. They finally got their act together. When they first opened, it was a mess. Nobody knew what they were doing. Their stations were dirty with food everywhere. They were slow. It looked like chaos. Before, when I ordered online, the food wouldn't be ready. Sometimes, they got the orders wrong. One time, they forgot my barbacoa in my burrito. How can you forget a major ingredient in a burrito? It was a frustrating experience. Because their food was never ready on time, their drive through pick-up line would be backed up. Waiting in the drive through was like trying to get through rush hour traffic on I-285. It was not moving. Now, the drive through is streamlined. You don't wait long. There is never a long line. You're in an out with your pick-up order--like it should be. After almost a year, they're running like clockwork. I can confidently place an order online, and it's ready on time. FOOD The food taste good as any other Chipotle out there. Chipotle is my favorite, fast-casual burrito chain. Their best feature, compared to the other Burrito chains, is their guacamole and tortilla. I'm not sure how they make their tortilla. I researched online and couldn't find information on it. My homemade tortillas never come out as fluffy, thin, and stretchy. It seems like a combination of chemistry and technique. I can never replicate the texture. Sure, some might say it's not authentic and is a bastardization of their Abuela's homemade tortilla. But I like it. Their guacamole is also the best. It is chunky, tasty, and simple. Sure, it's overpriced. They only give you a tiny amount. But which place doesn't? Even though I can make a bomb guacamole at home, I still order it at Chipotle. PEOPLE Their staff seems more friendly than before. Before I considered them stressed and rude (probably due to their stress). Now with more confidence in their work, they seem more pleasant to deal with. When I'm feeling lazy and need a high-calorie giant burrito, I'm glad Chipotle is around the corner. Thanks to its drive through pick up and getting their act together, it's a good place for lunch or dinner. read more

It's uncanny how every single time I place a to-go order at this location, it is wrong. It's become a running joke in our home, but now we've had enough. Something is always missing in one or more bowls ordered; they are skimpy on the amount of toppings (my husband literally only had 6 small cubes of meat in his last order and our bowls were half full); the food is typically cold (including the queso, which makes it gross). To make matters worse, this last order gave my family upset stomachs. I do not have issues with other locations; and am shocked that this one is not comparable to the quality of service and food that you expect from Chipotle. #1. They're always missing main ingredients! I've only been to this location 4 times and 3 out of 4 of those visits they didn't have either hard shell tacos, chicken, or fajita veggies. If I could give zero I would, what a mess today was, so placed a mobile order at 11:15, said it we be ready at 11:45, as I arrived notice cones blocking drive through so went around to park in the online order spots, and noticed folks all standing outside so I approached the entrance and door was locked with a sign that said closed, no entrance so a staff came out with a scrap piece of paper and was taking names so I asked if I needed to give him mine for a mobile order, at first he didn't seem to know but decided to take it anyway, FYI never saw him again, tons of time passed crowd continued to grow with more confusion happening. Now a different employee came out with a clip board and took names and also didn't explain, apologize or give anyone any information other then asking for your order or name. Then a bunch more time passed with nothing just the crowd getting annoyed and confused. At some point a lady arrives tries the door and it's locked so she knocks and they let her in, so yay! Maybe another staffer can help get this situation in order, well no So every once in a long while a guy would bring one bag out and try and find who ordered it. ‍ so as you can imagine it's now well into peak lunch time and more people are showing up, still nothing, so since I had somewhere to be and I'm now well over 45 minutes of waiting around and just thinking I need to go in and help these employees out, because they obviously are new, or don't have problem solving training, or even care, I decide to go on my mobile app and try and see if it shows anything about my order, ‍‍‍ so that somehow got me in a robot conversation that wasn't helpful and possibly canceled my order, ugh.. at this point the guy comes back out with one bag again and a lady asked him why are you caring only one order out I see several bags ready on the table, .... wait for it.. his answer was those orders are for people who aren't here yet to pick up, ‍‍‍‍ so we all say how would you know that since you haven't taken names for 35 minutes plus, and the bigger question is how could those orders be ready not the ones for people who had been there for hour plus.. well he just turned around and walked back inside. ‍‍‍‍ next thing he comes out with two bags, miracle and calls out 2 names, finally one is mine, so grab bag and rush off only to discover my overpriced chips, yup not in there, and got them because it was free for my birthday then the food was terrible not only did I sit around well over an hour, still not sure why, because no employee cared to explain I got old, cold, gross meat on my bowl, no chips and I'm now late. I'm very patient and understanding person but this was so bad, so many tiny things could of helped in this situation and we all have days that make running a business struggle but at least explain, apologize, show empathy and train staff on how to carry more then one bag out from the 10 orders sitting there ready. I really hope that whatever was happening at this chipotle today is fixed quickly because I'm not planning on going back, it was beyond. They got my order completly wrong, I asked for Chicken, BROWN rice, LETTUCE, sour cream, and SHREDDED CHEESE. We ordered online so that way they couldnt mess up because it was written out for them. This chipotle was built only 5 minutes away and it everything in our area is being refined so we thought it was good, plus, I didnt't wanna judge it so soon.
