Hot mess, employees walking around in stupor, 40 minutes to get food, keep driving and avoid

Most lackadaisical, slow, poorly managed Wendy's I have ever been to. They didn't open their dining room until an hour after they should have. Their drive through took about 10 minutes per person, so when we were finally able to enter the dining room we were standing waiting for a cashier for so long I had to raise my voice to get someone to take our order. After they took the order, which was a simple biscuit and potatoes, it took over 15 minutes for them to even start making the order. This place is an absolute mess. Stay away. read more

I don't normally review fast food. We all know exactly what we're getting into when we pull up to the drive through. Except here, you don't. This is the gamble Wendy's. Want a spicy chicken? You might get it. Or you might get a bacon cheeseburger. Hope you don't keep kosher! Want onions and cheese added to that chicken sandwich you might be getting? Surprise! Pickles and ketchup. The order mistake rate here outstrips every other fast food place I've ever been to, anywhere, in multiple states. It boggles the mind. read more

Stay away! They are so slow.Food was okay,but not worth the wait.The workers that were there were friendly though!

First off, this is the first experience I've ever had like this anywhere. I got in the drive thru line to place a quick order but it turned out to be anything but quick. I weighted 25 minutes to reach the menu at which point I finally placed my order. At this point, the same 5 cars that had been in front of me when I pulled in, we're still in line waiting for their food, however the line behind me had grown out to the road with 9 cars behind me. At this point, people were getting impatient. The car in front of me and one behind me left. I continued to wait, thinking it would start moving anytime. I'd already waited this long, I wanted to at least finish what I had come for. About 15 minutes late, a man comes out and starts approaching cars still waiting to place orders. They promptly leave after speaking to him. There were only 4 of us remaining that had already placed orders. We'd all been waiting almost 45 minutes by this point. We wait another 15 minutes. No movement. That's when the same man comes out and starts approaching our vehicles individually. He comes to me and says that the manager had walked out and they could not function without them. It was clear that customers were irate at this point. Why make those who'd waited the longest be the last to know this? They obviously started turning people away nearly 20 minutes before they told us so I don't understand that. Also, HOW CAN YOU NOT FUNCTION?! Over an hour of waiting with nothing to show for it and the worst, most unprofessional excuse I've ever heard. How is this place still in business? No more for me. Unacceptable. read more

How does this place even stay open? We went into order and they told us they are too backed up and couldn't take anymore orders So we waited another 20 minutes and eventually someone did take our order. Then of course it was not correct and the correction to our order took another 20 minutes. It's time to shut this place down. Why even bother if you have 6 people and still can't keep up with orders. I've been to many Wendy's without any of these problems. Yet, they think if they make 15$ an hour they will be better employees. HIGHLY DOUBT IT. Shut it down. read more

Phyllis was our server/cashier. She saw my wife using a walker and mother-in-law using a cane. There were no customers in line and she came running to hold the door for us. She also helped us when we left after our meal. Phyllis was extremely friendly and helpful. She got our order right and was patient with my mother-in-law. The food was hot and fresh as well. Fries as limp as over cooked spaghetti. A bacon cheeseburger that looked like someone had sat on it. The managers and staff should be ashamed of serving sub standard food. And no receipt given. My first time at a Wendys and it will be my last. I tried to communicate with corporate via their web site chat and that was a joke being asked the same questions over and over. Food was fixed like it was supposed to be. The staff were all nice, and patient. The only bad thing is that it takes a while to get your food. Drive thru is pretty quick, but for some reason, inside takes quite a while. read more
