Not always the most consistent but still very good! The food is almost always in point and tastes delicious and fresh! The service is friendly but sometimes a little slow, especially in the drive-thru at times. Usually worth the wait though! As far as the inside goes, bathrooms are a little dirty but I've seen way worse just down the street at McDonald's. The lobby area is always clean when I go in though! read more

Walked in an asked the miserable looking cashier if they had breakfast still which he shortly responded with "No" in a monotone voice. He was rude while I was taking my order with his unfriendly body language. The weirdo then refused to take my 100 dollar bill because he "didn't" have change right now" Absolute LAZY DORK and should reevaluate his life decisions if he's that miserable working at wendy's. While I was eating my meal at this shitty establishment, I couldn't disregard the water leak coming out of the speaker from the ceiling. Wendy's - Health Hazard. - Fast Food Near Me - Mason, Michigan

First, I went through the drive through. I should have checked the order but alas I did not. I got all the way home and lo and behold it's wrong ! So I call. And the manager is the rudest person I've spoken with in a long time. As in..."what to you need. I'm busy. I gotta go! " What? Ok so I just went through the drive through and my order is wrong AND my garlic sauce on my nuggets was spilled all over the bottom of the bag and my fries were covered with it. Yummm! NOT! I ordered 10 piece nuggets and I got 6 my husband got same. Why? My meal was ruined as well as his fries were ruined as well. I ordered Coke Zero we got regular coke. Nice Wendy's. I was told come back up we will fix it. I'm all the way home. 15 miles. I'm not coming back today. I've been to mason once. I can't come back. He then told me he doesn't keep names in the restaurant. What? You screwed up not me. I'm not spending gas at $3:50 a gallon to come back so you can fix your mistake. I'll come back when I come back to mason without making another trip. I expect my entire meal replaced or give me back my entire cost plus gas. read more

I ordered a regular frosty and got it home and ate three quarters of it and it had a fly in it, I literally bit into it, how does that happen, and all the manager had to say was, sorry, but that does happen, but it shouldn't ever happen not inside the Frosty. Not ever. read more

Me and a friend went to Wendy's tonight at about 8:30pm. They were super welcoming and friendly staff. We waited about 5 minutes for our food and within that time there was a lady in the drivethrough who came in yelling at them that they were too slow and she's calling Sandy (who I'm assuming is the manager.) Im actually so tired of this place if I want Wendy's I drive out of my way to the one in Lansing or Okemos. First of all let's just start with EVERY time I've ordered the hot honey sandwich I haven't gotten the hot honey on it. (probably about 5-7 times now) Why call the sandwich the hot honey sandwich is you dont give me the sauce...? I have called and gotten 2 free meals over it and both times for my free meals THEY STILL FORGOT IT. One of the times the kind girl at the window asked the guy making sandwiches why he didnt put the sauce on the sandwich and he said "oh yeah I always forget it" then laughed about it. I have just started asking for the hot honey on the side and I sit at the window until I see everything in the bag. Secondly I wanna say that their grilled chicken sandwich the last 2 times I have ordered it was still completely cold in the middle almost as if they set it on the grill for 30 seconds. Not to mention I pay extra for them to add a slice of cheese and they always forget it. Their cheese sauce is always crusted over the least they could do is mix it before they serve it to customers. Their mango pineapple lemonade is normally good but the last two times I've gotten this as well it has tasted so gross like the syrup was expired or something was really off about it. Lastly I would like to say the customer service here is horrible here. The only person ive had here that was nice was the lady this day and Gage. There was a girl named faith who worked there for a minute I dont know that she still does but she always had a snobby and rude attitude with me and a couple family members which leads me to assume it was multiple customers. They need to put people on the window who actually know how to do customer service. 10/10 recommend going to any Wendy's besides this one. read more

My wife and I (and several of our friends) have always enjoyed eating at this Wendy's. The food was good and the staff was very friendly. In the past year things have degenerated significantly. The tables and floors are very dirty, and the food preparation area has many flies. The staff makes only minimal efforts to be cooperative. For instance, they had a sign next to the cash register indicating that a coupon book was available for 5 junior Frosties for $1, but ignored my request to purchase one. We had a coupon good for a free deluxe sandwich, but only received a small discount on a burger instead. My most recent drive up order lacked the fries, and I had to make an additional trip to get them. Help wanted signs have been displayed for months, and the place does appear to be understaffed. I am willing to experience long wait times, but the lack of cleanliness poses a serious concern. read more

Wendy's in Mason has a cleanliness problem. I'm here on a Saturday around 1 pm. The floor is filthy. There are at least 4 flies battling it out for king of the throne at the counter. Some brown substance is spilled to the left of the lemonade dispenser. A worker named Anthony kept me waiting and did not greet me or even look at me. However, he was courteous and apologized for the wait to the couple *behind me*. Ashlyn, however, was polite and apologized for the wait in a friendly manner. This is a small, bare-bones, highway-exit restaurant but they can really try harder. While I ate my properly prepared order of mediocre food, Ashlyn came out and swept the floor. She's running food to customers, saying "you're welcome" and other statements of common courtesy that we are supposed to learn as children. Ashlyn is a Rock Star and deserves a raise. read more

Mobile ordering is awesome and everyone should do it. I got a large fry for free and my food was reaady within two minutes of me walking through the door. I order my drinks when I arrive normally so I can get it without ice and they gave it to me for FREE. The young man at the counter was very polite and service was very quick. read more

I understand issues during a pandemic but two workera didnt have masks on. One man with it down on his beard. They took 10+ minutes to get to me at the window. My burger is usually wrong. Fries cold. Woman had nails which is against regulations. Not good experience. read more

6/19/18 at roughly 120pm I had the displeasure of experiencing the negative attitude by the older women at the drive through window. This is not the first time I have had an issue with her. In the past usually, it's an eye roll or some sort of gesture to how she was irritated by my question (can I have salt?) or something along those lines and generally I pass it off as must have been a bad day. Well today I realized that either A. everyday is a bad day for her or B. she has a horrible attitude and no business being in customer service. To explain what exactly happened was I made my order and waited in line, the line moved quickly and when I made it to the window I reached for my wallet. When I did this, I could clearly hear this woman tell her co-worker "look he didn't even have his money ready" when I looked at her I could tell how irritated she was. I was completely floored by her smart comment and will with out any question NEVER go there again and I will let everybody I know or encounter the same thing. What bothers me more than anything is this was an older woman - I would have assumed to be an adult. This person I believe is somehow a manager and should be teaching the youth she is working with customer service and how to interact with customers. What I witnessed today was the opposite, I'm extremely disappointed in the Wendy in Mason, mi off cedar street as well in the Wendy Corporation - you can do better than that!
