The drive-thru was kept flowing of course, but the team there were apparently getting THEIR orders wrong too because people kept coming in with missing items or items that needed correcting. Even delivery drivers were having to wait. Finally some red-headded manager or somebody comes in supposedly to try to get the kitchen caught up, but things didn't improve much. After about 21 minutes, I got my food- my fries were cold. My mom, who ordered only about a minute after me, still had to wait more than 20 minutes for her food. I took it back up to the counter, and when I began to express my displeasure to said manager person over taking twenty minutes to still get an order wrong, he cut me off immediately and rushed back into the kitchen. What I can judge is the outside which looks to be in rough shape and noticeably outdated compared to the one a few miles down the road. Lastly, as far as service goes, I honestly can't say I've had a bad experience. I've heard about a lot of others having bad experiences but I guess I'm lucky.
