One of my go to fast food restaurants in Ridgewood! I always order a 4 for $4 but this time I ordered a $5 biggie meal which I didn't get to take a photo of...and first time getting a salad from Wendy's. The only downside are the long lines they have for drive through but I def enjoyed the salad and will be asking for extra chicken the next time I go lol. read more

Wendy location is decent, it is fast food but good food. No indoor dining as the chairs and tables are piled up. While there are lines at certain times ( especially during lunch time ), I highly recommend that you order on the Wendy's phone app for pickup. All the meals and deals are available on the app for customization and once ordered, the food will be available for pickup within 10 minutes. I ordered two of the $5 baconator meals. So good, good amount of food ( bacon cheeseburger, small fries and 4 piece nuggets ) with a fountain small drink! Open until 2am each night. You cannot go wrong. I don't have any interior pictures but I can assure you that it looks like every other Wendy's. Nonetheless, if you care about the decor or ambience of fast food restaurants, this isn't the place for you. read more

Went to the drive-thru today and they screwed up my order as usual. What ticked me off this time is the drive-thru. It was a 20-30 minute wait and I was forced to pull to the side because there was a huge line of cars they wanted to take care of first.. Anywho, I placed a mobile order for pick up and they didn't have my order and they canceled it and tried to make me pay again that was more than the original purchase price. They also forgot to give me my frosty even though I showed them my receipt. They took my receipt and refused to give me my frosty along with my receipt. It's these particular disgusting cashiers that makes me feel like an animal. Other than that, I often patron here when I see the mature people at the counter because there isn't much fast food options in this neighborhood. Anywho, the drive-thru is a disaster and I don't know why it isn't shut down during the pandemic or at least allow pick up at the counter like most restaurants that are open. I love how high class this Wendy's look! This place has a large parking lot with a good drive through, usually there's no line for a drive through. There's a mock fireplace with a TV overhead, and comfortable couches! The line is long sometimes, but usually moves quickly. However, especially during times when it is not busy-- the fries can become a little stale. Make sure to counter this by asking for fries that are UNSALTED and then add your own salt to it! The food taste consistent with the other Wendys. Sometimes they miscount the number of chicken nuggets, so make sure to always check your order before you leave-- if you're getting it for take out. The drink selection is huge!! It's one of those machines that's a touch screen and dispenses the type of soda that you want, though they have many options I find a couple of them are usually unavailable so that's quite disappointing. You have to ask them for sauces such as ranch, creamy sirarcha and etc. It's the same with the sour cream and chive baked potato, they will sometimes only give me sour cream or butter, but it usually comes with both! This place has amazing potential to be a place for kids to hang out after school, or just to grab quick lunch because of the amazing job done in renovation but the service itself is quite lacking!! read more

This location stays open late, has a parking lot, and a drive through. Place is pretty clean and the interior has been nicely updated. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but I found the service to be quick and there were plenty of seats available. I mean, it's a Wendy's! What more do you want from a fast food joint? They have the fancy drink machines (touch screen) where you can choose from a vast selection of sodas. I recommend the ghost pepper fries (limited time promotion), chili, and small salad. read more

I went today and had the quickest, freshest, friendliest Wendy's experience ever. Pretzel bacon cheeseburger with chili cheese fries and a chocolate frosty was perfection! Bun was soft, food was hot and it was ready before I had time to grab a straw. They even have a huge TV and an employee came to ask if everything was ok with my food. I highly recommend! Delicious. Citing transmission of COVID, a if they do not have cleaning products on hand to sanitize surfaces that they are already required to have on hand. To echo what Jimbo said, this Wendy's location definitely has slow counter service. I dropped by to pick up lunch after visiting a nearby vet. The line was long and it took them forever to get the order out. Seeing that, I aborted my plan for a "sit down" lunch and instead went for their drive-thru. What a difference! There was 1 car in front of us and after getting our orders in, we pull to the window and took us less than 5 minutes to get out food (I counted it). So, yea ... do the drive-thru if you're short on time. read more
