The place is going from bad to worse and it's time to send Health Department there, notify Consumer Department Affairs and Wendy's corporate headquarters. I was there last night and not only that the place is filthy, dirty and disorganized, the staff which used to be "only" slow and lazy is now getting rude and nasty, especially if you try to complain. Last night I politely waited in a long half hour+ line, and when reached window was asked by the staff to move my car over to the parking lot as my food wasn't ready. I politely did so (big mistake), just to realize few minutes later that they continued serving other customers who were behind me and not preparing my food. When I returned to the window to complain the staff first told me to go back to the line (which they asked me to leave few minutes earlier), and when I confronted them and complained they became rude and nasty and started yelling at me. Avoid this place at all costs, there are other great fast food places at (e.g. McDonalds at Myrtle Ave) and Wendy's elsewhere (Northern Blvd, etc), it's not worth midnight arguments. read more

I'm a bit biased but wendys is my favorite of the burger chains. This location does the standard fare. Service is a bit slow but not too bad. I usually get the double and nuggets and they are both usually good. The fries on the other hand at times comes out as if they've been sitting for awhile read more

Unfortunately I live in this area so I have visited this disgusting Wendys many times. Today though I think was the worst and also will be my last time coming here. I'd rather drive 45 minutes to a different Wendys than deal with the rude and nasty people that they hire to work here. At the drive through window, the woman working here had a huge attitude with me. She did not tell me my total. She did not even tell me to go to the window or that she got my order. When I got to the window she rolled her eyes at me and told me that it's exact change only. Oh how I just love when people tell me this without telling me my total! So I proceeded to go in my bag to get exact change. She continued to be nasty, did not say thank you, or have a nice day, just continued with the eye rolling and miserable attitude. How do these people get jobs? I will never know. But I do indeed know that I'm done with this establishment until they decide to be more professional and treat people with manners that are supposed to be learned in Kindergarten. read more

I came here and ordered a #1 combo, taco salad and baked potato. There were no other customers in the drive thru. I was told to pull over to the side because they needed to prepare "some things". I wait for 30 min, while other cars came and went with their orders. I go inside to see about my order, the lady gets a NASTY attitude talking about she was trying to wave for me to WALK back to the drive thru window, to get my order (which I didn't see and I was watching the drive thru). I told her I didn't work for Wendy's, she did. I'm a paying customer. Also, not my job nor is it safe to walk to the drive thru window in front of active cars to get an order. I tell the lady that they need to bring my food out since that's what she said originally. Also, she saw that we didn't see her waving to us, so why would she just let the food sit there and not let us know. This place sucks. Drive the extra 5 min to another Wendys. I went in to order 2 number 10s medium with a drink and ended up getting 2 orders of chicken nuggets because the cashier somehow thought that's what I was talking about. I was annoyed but then a manager walked in clarifies the situation and made my order in a fast manner. The solution was handled well. The issue isn't with the workers but perhaps upper management. It seems more training and leadership from management is needed. They need to fix that damn gap in the floor of the drive way when you pull in..not fun. read more

I just love wendys- My fav, is the homestyle and the spicy chicken- you can never go wrong.

Slow service. Poor management. I order my food took me nearly 20 min. I grabbed my food and then when I sat down another lady starts calling my name then my order and it was the same what I order. No one never claimed, and realized that the made my order twice. My friend had to wait for 35 min for a 10 pice nuggets meal and son of Baconnadior meal. Lady talks mad shit about customers and fellow employees. Recommend better options in the area like that Pizza Hut KFC combo cross the street. read more

This was my first visit after living in the area for so long. I've been through the drive through before but never as a walk in customer. It's the prettiest fast food chain that I've ever been in before. Leather booth seating. Fireplace. Places just to sit, lounge, hang out and use the free WiFi. I like that aspect a lot. Lines are really long and they go really slow! The whole menu isn't fully visible unless you are standing right in front of the registers. They have a good deal going on now. 4 for $4 bucks. A junior bacon cheeseburger, 4 piece chicken nuggets, fries and a drink. Obviously not too many vegetarian items since it's a fast food joint, but they have a few. They have to get with the times since Burger King and White Castle both have veggie/vegan burgers. I got the sour cream and chive baked potato and a garden salad. I have fond memories as a child having a delicious sour cream potato at Wendy's. This potato did not meet those memories!! Ugh, so bland and flavorless. How can sour cream be flavorless?? Burned, barely warm and gross russet potato. Would help it they'd step up their game and use a Yukon Gold potato that has substance. The garden salad was a big surprise. Very delicous!! No iceberg or Romaine lettuce here. Fresh red leaf lettuce, spinach and other greens. Fresh red bell pepper, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, etc. The service here is lacking!! The guy taking my order looked like it was his first day and didn't know what he was doing! Didn't ask what kind of sauce I wanted for the chicken nuggets or dressing for salad. Just automatically put down honey mustard and balsamic dressing. Thanks for assuming that's what I wanted when it wasn't! I asked for an iced green tea and the guy looked at me like he didn't know what I was talking about! He questioned me, "On the side???" Uhh...DUH!!! What a moron that guy was. Slow as hell, too. The other guy putting my order together asked if I wanted ice in my iced tea. What???!!! Isn't ice what makes the iced tea??? Jeez! Make sure you ask for LOTS of ice in the iced green tea because he put so little in that I was drinking a medium HOT green tea through a straw. The green tea by the way is pretty delicious. I loved the computerized soda machines. Very cool. I guess I'd come back here again. Not any time soon though. Make sure you come here with patience because you need a lot of it to deal with the moronic associates. read more

So here is the one thing you can count on when ordering through the drive thru. They rush you. They have a so called efficiency program that is suppose to be the fastest drive thru service in the country. This awful program has been highlighted on shows that air on cable tv. Everytime I visit this place, the fries are soggy, cold, and less then half full. My most recent visit, the fries were 1/4 full and the meat in the burger was sitting too long on the grill and extremely well done. Something I never do, but it was just such bad service, I took pictures and was going to sent them to corporate via twitter, but twitter was down. The following day, I went back and I saw the drive thru was 10 cars deep, so I went inside to order. I was next in line. 20 minutes later, I was like, is there a manager, like whats up there are at least 10 people standing here? The manager said they are doing only mobile orders and not serving walk ins. I told her if that was the case, then why not just tell me to use the drive thru and why can the drive thru be serviced but not walk-ins. She said that is was a different crew taking care of drivie thru, and her crew only takes care of mobile orders. I dont understand how they prioritized customers as drive thru and mobile orders, but ignore walkins regardless of the order of when people arrived. Im sorry but If I am standing there for 20 minutes and someone puts in a mobile order, that doesnt mean they were there first because the order was placed before mine, but that is how they think. The line just to order food are no less then 30 mins. The longest I've waiting just to order food is 40 mins. I got my food home today and it wasn't even edible. The fact I am posting here shows how pi$$ed off I am. The only thing they got right was coke no ice. I always ask them to make sure food is hot. Fries were all half fry pieces with hard one thrown in. Either nuked or scrap fries fried twice but they were hot! Double cheese burger was an abomination! Dried out burgers that looked and tasted as if it was yesterdays cold leftovers barely reheated or maybe laying under a heat lamp to give a hint of warmth. One leaf of wilted lettuce and one small slice of wilted tomato to prove it was nuked. Cheese was a glop of something like cheeze whiz in a can! My fault for going there at 11:30 am I guess. My mistake was taking it home, which was 5 minutes away, without checking my order first! I've had this happen too many times to count. Called up once and manager did call back to make good on another stale burger where I had to peel bun off burger to look inside it. Bun was so hard. Maybe you get crap food if you use a coupon like I often do. Rule #1, do not leave parking lot without checking your food! Rule #2, go back and look at Rule #1. It should not be Russian Roulette when it comes to the quality of your food. Save yourself this Wendy's hit or miss food lottery and try a different one. The staff here is inattentive, or maybe just not caring, to the quality of food they are serving to customers. Sorry Wendys but I am done with this location no matter how close you are to my house. I used to come to this Wendy's location everyday after school with my friends some ten years ago! I'm glad it is still there. They have recently just revamped the entire place and it looks really nice and up-to-date. It is a typical fast food restaurant and the food quality is hit or miss. It is definitely an acquired taste. The drive-through staff are quick and get the orders correct more often than not. They are open late so that is a definite plus! It has it's own parking lot and a number of seats within the restaurant. If you can get the fries done fresh, you are in the money! read more

This Wendy's location is unprofessional and sloppy. I ordered through the drive through, and when I reached for the coffee cup, the cap was not on right, and it spilled all over my hand, coat sleeve, and inside of my car. It was scalding hot and it burned my hand. I understand they are trying to be fast, but it shouldn't be at the customer's expense. It takes 1 second to properly put on a coffee cup. I had to pay $$$$ to clean the deep stains off my expensive jacket and car. Management was very unprofessional about it. Won't ever eat there again. read more

Went to this Wendy's on 8/8/15. They had one cashier and he had only been working there for 2 days. He told me this himself. He couldn't get the order right. He was not getting any of the orders right. The manager had to void it and redo it. After waiting about 10 minutes they told me that they had no baked potatoes. Why they would wait for 10 minutes after giving me the rest of my food to tell me this I do not know. After I got annoyed they told me the potatoes are going to be done in 5 minutes. Well they were but of course by that time the rest of the food was cold. In all fairness the manager did try to pacify me by giving me 2 free packs of chicken nuggets. All in all I was in that store for 23 minutes from start to finish. I did not eat in the restaurant. 23 minutes for fast food? Come on seriously. How about having more than one person working the register and more than one person cooking. I will not be going back there. read more
