I ordered a simple Honey Buddy Chicken Biscuit Combo through the mobile app. I was the only person in the drive thru and there appeared to be no one inside. I had to wait a good while for my order and in the meantime I noticed another car pull up behind me. I finally receive my order and I drive to work. Don't order a specialty sandwich. Only order the predetermined sandwich with picture to go by . I have tried this place 5 times over the past year. After asking CLEARLY for no sauce on my burger, stating an allergy... surprise, I got sauces anyway. The MGR on duty tells us we asked for it "on the side" (they did include a side of the sauce as well). I simply explained that I have an allergy and didn't want the sauce at all, and was told "what so it you want me to do?" I've discovered why this Wendy's has such crappy reviews. I am currently sitting in the drive through after being told rudely there is a $10 limit because they are closed? According to the website and google they are open until 1am. Service is terrible, people were rude and it is ridiculous! I am from out of town visiting my Mom who is dying at Helen Keller Hospital! I do not appreciate being treated like crap! Ashley was the name of one of the rude employees.There are zero signs saying they close early. When I pulled up I was one of 3 cars with no one behind me. Just terrible! unfortunately This hasn't been the first nor second time this has occurred but every visit we have had with this company. last night around 12am we was in the drive thru waiting patiently to order our food. Me personally being someone who has worked fast food an has a servsafe certificate clearly understands about the worker shortage an how a lot of food businesses are hurting desperately for help so therefore the long wait in the line was clearly one of those reasons. 3 woman were working to the bone to do the best they could to keep things running an I praised them for that when I got to the window due to a rude customer that was in front of me. Well after the laugh an what not me an my fiancé get home with our meal an we literally took one bite of our burgers that were the #8 & #9 an we had bitten into RAW MEAT. Now we took the order back the next day an they happily remade it but once again gave us raw meat. at this point i returned with the order an got a refund. the manager that was working assured me all the meat comes a little pink an have to order well done on our next visit she did politely tell me this but at the same time me working with fast food for over 17 yrs I even know that's not right! I will not be returning back to this location unless proper training on food safety has been done or they learn to check the meat before sending the product out .this is unacceptable especially in a food environment an can cause people to get severely sick. foodborne illness is no joke an something needs to be done ASAP Or the business is looking at major fines or worse shut down if they see fit. I hope this will be an eye opener to the employees an they pay very close attention to what there handing out. but Wendy's on Woodward Ave will not be getting my business again until further action is taking. read more

This place is awful. Never had such a bad experience trying to get a late night bite at any other Wendy's. They have multiple times turned off lights and not answered when you try to order. They always close earlier than 1 when they're supposed to be open purely out of laziness from what I've gathered. read more
