Super clean. Friendly and efficient service. Food was as good as any Wendy's gets. The restrooms were very, very clean.

I was enjoying my meal, so happy that I finally got the food that I have been craving all day. When I get home to sit down and enjoy my meal, I come to find an interesting ingredient they decided to add in my sauces nuggets. As I bit into one of my chicken nuggets it comes to reveal a mid-length black hair in my chicken. After finding and removing the hair my meal was destroyed and wasted with me only eating one chicken nugget out of ten. read more

AVOID THE NAPOLEON WENDY'S AT ALL COSTS. Arrived at the drive thru around 6:45pm Friday night and placed my small order within three minutes. Thought no problem. Two cars ahead of me in line. After FIFTEEN minutes of sitting still behind the SAME two cars NOT moving, I began to get quite frustrated. There was no activity to be seen at the payment window during any of this time. I decided to CALL the establishment on the phone (still obviously sitting in line) and voice my feelings. The girl who answered was the rudest, most clueless, and unsympathetic individual you can imagine. This is a CUSTOMER SERVICE BUSINESS? Telling me they are "short staffed," "no one made you come here," and "if you don't like waiting, you can just leave." Are you JOKING? Dave Thomas must be rolling over in his grave. This Wendy's is a JOKE. So they are "short staffed" and doing a "shift change" at 7pm on a Friday night? Who the heck is managing this joint???? I was so pissed, I couldn't think straight. TOTAL AMATEUR HOUR. Had to wait ANOTHER three minutes to leave because I was boxed in with the car in front of and behind me. Once the guy behind me pulled out of line, I could go. NEVER seen so many cars pulling out and leaving. Smart. Complete incompetence and every employee here should either be fired or re-trained. Total disregard for customer service and care. Very good service at the Burger King across the street though. Never again. P.S. Too many chances already. Thin, weak, and cold chili, stale burger buns, and dry nuggets. Normally I wouldn't bother rating fast food because it is what it is, but this place is just gross. If it was cheaper, I'd not bother writing a review, but Wendy's is definitely the more expensive fast food so I figured I'd write one just incase it helps save a family a 20 dollar bill. The food is definitely not made fresh. The burger I got was inedible it was so old and dry and the fries are always cold and gross. We retry it about once or twice a year in hopes it's gotten better, but we have regretted it the last 3-4 years. I miss the old Wendy's! This place is just a complete waste. read more

I've never been treated so poorly as I was in the Wendys Napoleon. The cashier would not smile even smile as she rudely asked what we wanted. Every table was dirty so I asked them if they could clean our table. they cleaned every table but ours! Then it took 15 minutes to receive our meal while everyone around us received there's. I spoke with the manager who was just as rude! NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

This location had the best customer service that I can recall from any Wendy's location I have visited. The person taking the orders was actually engaged with the customers and actually asked me for clarification on something I had ordered. That specific clarification request showed the order person was paying attention and thinking ahead. The food itself was as expected. Nothing negative about that. During a long road trip, this particular Wendy's location stood out as above average. P.S. This was a drive-through experience. read more

The experience was awful, although the food was normal. The line was held up, we only had 3 people in front of us and waited for at least 30 mins. The lady who took the order had to ask us to repeat ourselves many times. When we got to the window they were acting really immature and not really focusing on getting people their food. read more

Vastly improved over the last 6 mo. Food is more fresh and leadership is evident. Before, the lettuce was suspect and the fries were always hours old. Now, the food is consistently fresh to order and really good. read more

This was the absolute worst fast food I've ever had in my life. I ordered two double stacks and a four piece nuggets. The buns and both the double stacks were rockhard, Both burgers and the nuggets were all cold as if they've been sitting around for hours. I would have returned the food had I not been traveling on Route 24. I don't think I'll ever be able to eat at Wendy's again, which was previously my favorite fast food restaurant. read more

Bad place. Worst customer service I have ever had. I hate going to any Wendy's but it had been a while. We ordered an apple pecan chicken salad (asked for no blue cheese on it), a peach mango drink, a coke, Dave's double cheese burger, and baconator fries. The food they gave us had blue cheese on the salad, didn't come with pecans, we had to ask to get the peach mango drink, my coke was diet, they did not give us straws. I have had numerous problems with this place in the past. Poor management, poor customer service, food is mediocre and badly prepared. I would not recommend this place to eat to anyone I know at all. I would sooner tell you to go eat from the roller grill at a gas station. read more

Not as bad as McDonalds in Napoleon but very close! Dining area was empty...no one in drive thru...5 people in lobby waiting for orders. One guy left after his order was taken...the cashier literally walked away from cash register before collecting payment. This gentleman waited, cash in hand, for 8 minutes and when no one came back to complete the sale, he left. Another woman, standing AT the counter, was told that her food had been sent back because no one grabbed the food when set out for the customer. This woman never left the counter!!! She got a refund but the staff mocked her after she left!! ( red headed manager with a pony tail). Another couple had to return a sandwich twice for improperly made and fries because they were cold. I saw three different cars stop and bring orders back in for messed up meals also during this visit. And guess what...every mistake won the customer a mocking by staff. Did they mess up my order? First time trying the breakfast sandwich (Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant and I didn't get any bacon.. so just spent 10$ to basically get ripped off. My croissant was also cold. Pretty disappointed will probably not go back to this Wendy's read more

Stopped in for a quick to-go order. The staff didn't seem interested in moving anything along very quickly. The only person I saw actively doing their job was the young lady making the sandwiches. It took over 15 minutes to place and get my order. There were only two customers in front of me in line. I ended up being late to my afternoon appointment. Stopped here on our road trip from Indiana back to Michigan. First of all, the kitchen is disgusting. Food everywhere all over the floor. Then they got every single part of our order wrong, twice. When we asked for the medium fry they forgot, the girl looked at me as if I was inconveniencing her! She handed us our burger and fry and didn't even give us a bag to put it in. No apologies for the inconvenience, just a snarky look, as she turned around and walked away. We finally got everything, got in the car to eat it and it's cold. The fries are not only cold but greasy and wet. Ick! Definitely do not recommend this Wendy's. Wait until another exit rolls around for sure!! read more

Well, its Wendy so it gets the three stars for its consistent food and fast service. They recently added some new items, one of which is chili cheese fries. I had to try them. I live in south Florida, so the first thing I notice is the difference in the value menu. The double stack is $1.99! Really? The McDouble at McDs is half the price and basically the same burger. Even in SoFla, the DS is only $1.29. Sorry, this sandwich does not warrant the price in comparison to competitor's equivalents. Now, on to the chili fries. I guess I should have known what to expect. I have had the chili. Its ok, but a little too sweet and green pepper heavy for me. The fries were luke warm and a little undercooked. (I thought theses fast food places used timers for their fries?) The cheese seemed to be a mixture of real and a cheese sauce. It was a little thin. Overall, they were mediocre. Checkers has a much better version for 50 cents less. With BK, McD and DQ being all within a nine iron shot, Wendy's. Is not my usual spot. Let's face it, in fast food price is a determining factor. Quality is pretty equal among them. I do like the option of a baked potato at Wendy's. That is usually what steers me here. Sometimes I just don't want fries. The issue at all Wendy's is that you never know what the potato will be like: undercooked and a little hard, old with tan colored flesh and wrinkled skin or just right. Its a crap shoot. The burgers ARE always fresh and hot and they have been awarded the fastest drive-thru the last two years. Both huge pluses. I'm not a fan of the new fries, but that's personal taste. read more

I enjoy eating here yes they have great food. It is all personal taste but Wendy's is a good choice. I like it.

Not sure if I just expect more from Wendy's or maybe I've been spoiled by much nicer franchises in my area? But this Wendy's was terrible. Was there at 4:00 pm on 6/27/17.... found even the parking lot to be filthy. Trash can overflowing, butts, trash around the pavement. Inside wasn't much cleaner. I had serious doubts as to when was the last time the table had been wiped, or the carpet swept. Duct tape patches on booth seats. And the bathroom was absolutely rank and disgusting. Do yourself a favor and keep driving! read more
