Dirty dirty dirty. Guy running register was more worried about his personal phone charging right there in front of customers. Bathroom was gross and my feet stuck every where I stepped. It's gross, literally got my food and wasn't sure I should even eat. There were plenty of employees there, and not incredibly busy for lunch time, just no employees could clean? The food is good, but they get one star because my partner drove off and left his credit card after paying for our food in the drive-thru and in the couple of days his card was in someone else's possession, someone ordered pizza (yes, pizza) using the card. We called to ask if they had found his card and an employee was like "Uhhhhh...hold on." and after a few minutes, gave the phone to the manager who confirmed they had the card there at the store. We cancelled the card upon picking it up from the restaurant and had the bank re-issue another card. I think it was very irresponsible of the manager to not have locked the card up in a safe place. I'm a former food service manager and we'd lock forgotten credit/debit cards in the safe or in some cases turn it in to the bank. I guess we're lucky pizza was all that this thief had on his mind and that he or she didn't decide to pay some online bills or go on an Amazon spending spree. I still eat there because it's literally 1 minute from my job but my partner absolutely refuses because he feels the staff wasn't trustworthy or honest so that pretty much did it for him. Good food at good prices, just expect for dinner or shopping to be on YOU should you happen to drive off and leave your bank card or credit card there by accident. read more

I order most of the same thing every time I go and it's always good. Worker could be more professional -- not sure if being a regular - and being able to tell by appearance is supposed to funny - so for this i won't rate them very high. If i could rate this Wendy's a zero i would've. Girl at the front was nasty let me stand there for 2 minutes and didn't even acknowledge my presence. This store is always dirty and the employees are rude and take forever to wait on you. They stand and talk to each other and on their cell phones while you stand and wait. Parking lot always has trash in it. Terrible to get in and out if parking lot.. Maybe that's why the store is always empty! read more

Don't go to this Wendy's!!! I was sick for 3 days after eating here! I was getting ready for a trip so I was too busy to eat. I decided to stop by Wendy's. Wendy's is the only thing I ate that day. The next morning around 8, I was doing last minute packing & started to fill sick! Within an hour I was curled up on the bed, couldn't move. A few hours passed so we got on the road after taking medicine. My husband had to pull over several times during our trip. 5 hours later, made it to my Mom's & just stayed in bed for 3 days! Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru only to have food missing from my bag. Went inside with my son and the girl behind the counter was rude, acted like I bothering her by requesting the food I paid for and then continued to yell at me saying i was rude to her. No. She told her co worker "ill slap that bitch and her baby" .. the manager just stood there and watched until i demanded my money back. Disgusting place and people. read more

Dear lord...the service was absolutely terrible. I'm usually the kind of person to complain as I used to work in food service...but oh my gosh. Food was fine, but the attitudes!! Waited at least 10 minutes in the drive thru at 6pm with two cars in front. At first I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking that maybe someone ordered ice cream and it was taking a bit or someone was complaining about their order. But when I got to the window, it was just all of the employees talking and goofing off! Now, normally I'm all for a little fun in your job, but when the girl took my card, she said nothing but stuck her hand out and gave me the rudest look like I had inconvenienced her greatly...but coming at SIX PM. I was cordial and smiled, said thank you when she handed me my card, aaaaaand nothing. (It also took too long of a time for my to get my card back for my liking...) Literally said nothing except gave me a rude look and slammed the window shut. When I received my food I experienced this same occurrence. I couldn't believe how horrible the service was today. The cashier Diana had a chip on her shoulder she clearly did not want to be there. My Single cheese combo add bacon was not made right, bacon that was paid for was not on there, the make line female acted like I was trying to get something free even though the receipt was present with the words ADD bacon. This place is by far the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. I literally found a dead spider in my vanilla frosty. Should be zero stars, because I never got my order. I ordered one sandwich and a small fries twenty minutes before close from a female employee. Three other people were in line.. I waited for my meal for ten minutes in the drive through while being ignored and had a car behind me leave. I finally gave up 8 minutes to close and drove to the second window to find the employee that took my order sweeping. A guy walks up and I tell him that I'm waiting on my order and repeat what it is. He lied to my face so I asked him why the girl took my order and then ignored my presence. She said that she was waiting for the system to reboot... I'd love to know the reality of that situation. Or if it was just two lazy employees that don't deserve jobs in a service industry. They couldn't even serve.. what failures. Wendy's needs to address their employee requirements policies. read more
