OK, 1 bad experience may not be representative. The bathroom was clean, even the sign saying if it wasn't contact the manager, etc. Well, I hope the sign was clean when it cut me as I staggered and balanced on the wall. I'll add a line if my fingers get infected. The owner should be thankful my Christmas spirit is telling me to not sue. Oh, it was only a paper cut but it drew blood. The new (as of 12/2015) renovation is stupid. No, I'm not just being an old fogey complaining about change. The old layout was clear about where the line started. This is the opposite. People come in what used to be the main door and get in the end of the line and wait a few minutes before they realize they are not in line. That is time they can ill afford. After 10 minutes in line I got to the one cashier. (I have a watch and I was pissed to see a line.) After I ordered it only took five minutes to get my food. The bottleneck was not the cook. I saw my burger was up after a minute. The one employee taking it two feet to the counter had to deal with all the customers telling her there were no napkins, ketchup, etc. (After those customers got through the people who came in the now wrong door.) I guess technically if I could quickly eat then sprint to the bus stop I'd make the bus, but my sprinting days are done. Like I said, maybe this was just 1 bad experience. Maybe they were training new people to take care of the one cashier and lack of napkins, etc. Maybe my review is colored by my throbbing fingers. The burger was good. Not as good as, say 5 guys, but good. But if you want FAST fast food, there is a McDonalds and a Burger King nearby. read more

Total waste of time, money and appetite. I ordered the Baconator combo. Meat was tough, seemed old, and tasted like cardboard. It had two very thin pieces of bacon cut in half. The fries were also hard and old. One bright spot was the strawberry lemonade. I'm glad they didn't screw that up. Tried the honey butter chicken breakfast sandwich. It was good ... but ... if I get it again I'll ask that they put more of the honey butter sauce on it. It was slightly dry and the hint of the sauce tasted good, but definitely needed MORE. read more

This is the best Wendy's in the whole New Bedford area. I drive 10 miles just to come to this one almost everyday. Burgers are always fresh , French fries are always hot and crispy just like the sign says outside. The one in fair haven commons is disgusting and very poorly ran. read more

Food is good. This place closes at 3am but good luck getting food past midnight. The workers don't want to make anything late so they'll make you wait for the food for an hour and then cancel it, or they'll lie and say they are "out of food". Wish they would hire people that would continue making food until they are closed. Cuz MULTIPLE times now I've ordered 2 hours before they closed and they refuse to make anything. Even if the food was amazing, the staff need an attitude check or proper etiquette class, if you hate your job quit, but don't take it out on a paying customer, esp when that customer is being Xtra nice bc I've worked with the public for many years and know how it can be, everyone has bad days but this was two different girls, at different visits, just no manners or personality, when you represent a business your attitude reflects upon that business, not everyone is meant to work with the public, but lately this is becoming more and more common and they get away with it bc businesses are hurting, it's really not that hard to say thank you or your welcome when someone is thanking you , it's just rude and makes a customer not want to visit your establishment, and you definitely don't give them back their debit card by shoving it out the window saying HERE ! And then do it again with the food just shoving at me as if I'm bothering you, or when a customer says thank you, what is so hard about saying your welcome, nope just walk away, people like this will ruin an establishment, I know the difference between a person who is stressed bc it's busy and someone who just had no manners , this is just no care and just rudeness,hope you do better! read more

Last night, terrible experience at this Wendy's. With no other customers in the store, it took over 10 minutes to get our order, a double cheeseburger and a southwest avocado salad with chicken. My girlfriend had to return her salad twic, as it was not correctly prepated. One time there was no chicken on the salad. She ended up taking her correct order to go. After complaining to the manager, who ultimately prepared the order correctly. Also, definitely worth mentioning, in the dining area, the floor and the tabletops were very dirty. I was surprised at the condition of the dining area. My double cheeseburger was good, but, my fries were cold. All in all, a very bad experience, next time we go to BK. read more

Went there for a salad because drive thru was backed up I went inside and there was only one customer ahead of me. By the time I got my salad half hour had passed. From what I see they cater more to the drive thru. It should not take half hour to buy a salad that's already premade. Service is terrible. read more
