Wendy's of course is one of the big three fast food joints. As such its main offerings are burgers, chicken, fish, and salads. It doesn't seem to specialize in one but I do think their fish sandwich is kind of an afterthought. This particular Wendy's does a fine job against serious competition. It's surrounded by countless other chains and it still can be incredibly busy. That says something about what folks think about them. It's had a remodel within the last year or two so it looks nice. Like most Wendy's it has a drive through that's open to an amazing 2 am. It also opens at 10 am for those who like a very early lunch. I found their sandwiches completely as expected. No problems with quality control. My wife enjoys their salads which have always been fresh for her. The people have always been friendly but heck; I'm a friendly guy so they return my attitude. Cleanliness has never been an issue when I've visited. These folks are A-OK in my book. read more

I started using the new order by credit card system and it produced an error about reading my card. I thought the transaction was canceled and I ordered the same food again and paid. I got my food and a crew member told me that I had ordered twice. I just asked if they could delete the second transaction but the manager, a woman, said I had to come back hours later to see the manager, and she could not help me and she just walked away like FU! You have had these machines a matter of days and on one knows anything about how they work? Since I was screwed and do not have the time to go back I asked for the food for the second order. My idea was not the managers since she didn't give a damn. I threw it in the trash since my appetite for Wendys food has turned into a bad experience. Needless to say I am out $10 on the second order and you lost a long term customer. Not surprised that corporate is closing loads of locations with service like this. read more

Strongly suggest you improve the food. I pull up in my car and am immediately asked what I want to order. There is no hello. Welcome to Wendy's... i need to look at the menu. I order a burger fries and a Coke combo for $11. The Coke taste like lemon Coke. It doesn't taste like any Coke I've ever had in my life. I was shocked by the friendliness and customer service. I wasn't able to receive my order ( I didn't have to wait) but the fact that it would have been fresh and the staff was honest goes a long way. I'll try again when I'm needing a quick bite. read more

How hard is it to look at a screen, put the proper item in the bag and double check the order before handing it to the customer? If you can't be bothered to do that, and serve what people pay for with hard-earned money, then you deserve to be fired. Expect the wrong "food" from here. read more

Online app said to go to counter, doors locked, fortunately employee catching a smoke advised have to get in line at drive up. App stated ready in 5 minutes, waited 10 minutes in line. Staff appeared to not understand pick up routine. When started to say app needs updating. With info to get in line with others, staff closed window on me. Burger was overcook an dry. Fries were a mixture of old and new fries, requested no ice in my beverage, see ice in picture. Wendy's just lost a customer. read more

Terrible experience. I came here at 4:30 pm on a Tuesday to get a 4 for 4 through the drive thru. The line was not moving and there were only two cars ahead of me. I thought maybe the cars were placing large orders or were just indecisive about what they wanted. Alas, after 8 minutes of waiting it was my turn to pull up to the speaker. I sat there for 3 minutes and there was silence. I said "hello" after waiting awkwardly at the speaker and the person quipped back "I'll be with you shortly". At that point, I was so pissed off and tired of waiting that I pulled out of the drive through (probably confusing the guy behind me) and went to Chik Fil A and was served within 3 minutes from start to finish with no problems. Where to begin with this craptastic Wendy's. 1. Asked twice for cheese on my sandwich , never got it. 2. Fries were cold and old. 3. Heat was on full blast. Had to be 85 degrees in there. 4. Huge puddle of water by the soda machine. No effort made to clean it up. 5. The napkin/condiments area was a filthy disaster. 6. The men's room was a filthy disaster. Had us pull to side to wait for food, got our food started to drive home at night, all of a sudden my leg started burning. I look with light turned on grease had dripped through paper bag, stained my clothes and burned my leg never strained grease from Fries or burgers. This Wendy's just got renovated! Great, right? WRONG! First the place shuts down for a few weeks, I understand, they need the time to improve their restaurant. So I drive by the closed restaurant several times a day, I am forced to go to all the other fast food places around it for weeks. They have me dying for some Wendy's chicken nuggets. Finally I decide it's Wendy's tonight. I hit the drive thru of my newly transformed Wendy's. I go straight for the classic 10 piece chicken nugget meal, but to my surprise, I was denied with a "I'm sorry sir, we are out of nuggets tonight. Will the spicy ones be okay?" Which I promptly responded with, "No, I'm not eating here anymore tonight." I was flabbergasted that a Wendy's would not have nuggets at 6:30p on a Sunday. I'm sorry to say that I have to give this new Wendy's a one star. It saddens me that I have to give such a low review to an establishment that I have been patronizing for years, but they shut down and came back inferior. This is a pretty nice Wendys. I went here (okay, drove through) for the first time last year when I was just visiting PA and scouting for a potential place to live. Now that I live in the area, I've been back quite a few more times and I haven't had any problems. The food is fresh, the people are polite, and the service is quick (inside or drive through.) The remarkable thing about this place is that the drive-through is open until 2A.M. whereas most places in Audubon/Trooper are closed super early (even McDonald's!) read more

This place is a disaster!! Steer clear. Nobody who works there cares. It is a really dirty Mess. Floor is filthy always condiment area dirty. Waited 10 minutes and line and then gave up and walked out. There were 10 people ahead of me waiting for their Food. Employees apparently cannot keep up and at a very slow speed. Even though they were slammed they had two employees sitting around on break eating. Sears off of shaver skip this place and go to Chick-fil-A or Panera McDonald's. We ended up going to McDonald's. OK...this restaurant just went through the whole makeover thing and you know, it's dump already! Tables and chairs are sticky the last two times we went in and the bathroom is as bad as the Walmart behind it. Let's talk about the food...(if you call it that). The fries have way too much salt that we almost had a heart-attack on the spot. We tried a couple of their sandwiches and they are just OK. I used to love Wendy's and this restaurant totally destroy my love for it. I blame the management! Second visit to this store in two months and walked out both times. Both times, I stood at the counter for several minutes, no acknowledgment, and nobody came over to wait on me, so I left. There were four or five people working each time and nobody in queue inside the restaurant waiting for food and On today's visit I noted 2 cars in the drive thru.
