This is our nearest location. The parking lot is not the best off of a busy street but the drive thru does move pretty quickly. I tend to do mobile order pickups and it's mostly right. The times they have made mistakes they do accommodate and make things right to the best of their abilities. I will say depending on what time you go the staff can be kind of rude. read more

First time ever they got my order wrong! they gave me 2 side salads instead of 2 orders of grilled chicken nuggets (8 Ct) as they gave me 1 count of fried nuggets. So I go back and go inside (I went through drive thru first time) and the manager immediately says well I have to charge you for the 2nd order of 8ct grilled chicken nuggets. Not sorry, my bad, sorry for the inconvenience of having to drive back to get what you ordered. so he charged me and I waited and I just felt dismissed. I have had a great experience in ordering through the store for a later pick up for a graduation party. I was greeted by two folks as I came through the door. first a Gal at the register ready to greet me with polite enthusiasm. Who then referred me to another named Charles. Charles was efficient, knowledgeable, polite, patient, and Professional. Charles, as well as all the staff in this store were refreshing, well dressed, enthusiastic, polite and willing to serve. I am from NH and never have been in a Chick-fil-A store. There is not one in Carroll County, or Stratford County NH. I hope one is being planned. For when I go back to NH I will write Chick-fil-A to encourage them to put a store in Rochester NH on the Market Basket Ridge shopping center. However! Continual mismanagment makes this location one to avoid. Very slow service. Incompetence filling online orders. Food is what you would expect; fried chicken. Often takeout lanes snake around the building as the poorly trained navigate logistical gafs. Could be a gold mine if they could get their act together. Love that Chick-fil-A staff always treats my family well. It doesn't take a lot, just simple acknowledgments, helping out getting to a seat, etc. Went today and it's my sons birthday, they brought him out a small ice dream in a cup. He was elated. :) Real, live flowers on the tables provides a nice, fresh touch! They always have someone sweeping up and cleaning tables. I like that they have a well kept play-place. My wife and I went here on Saturday afternoon. I am so disappointed with this restaurant since the renovation. We placed our order and went thru the drive andwent we got to the pickup we waited for 5 minutes onky to be told we had to pull up to the parking spot for our order. We waited in the car for another 10 minutes before my wife went in to complain. It was so chaotic in there and the manager didn't give us a reason for our order not being ready. They just gave my wife our order and said sorry. We always loved chick fil a because of their values and their food but the service was absoutely horrible. Friendly, helpful service... always pleasant, and I've seen employees run from behind the counter to get the door for elderly patrons. And it's clean and spacious. It does draw quite a crowd during some lunch and dinner rushes which can lead to a wait, but they're reasonably efficient so I don't hold that against them. read more

This is a good Chick Fil A. As you would expect, the food is fresh and good and the location is guaranteed to be packed all times of the day. However, the parking leaves much to be desired. No matter where you park you get the affects of the drive through, and deal with the backed up drive though line (unlike the location near my house it only has one lane). This made backing out of my spot and leaving a pain, we waited at least 5 minutes before we can leave! The actual restuarant itself is great but be prepared to wait no matter where you go, drive through or dining in. read more

This location isn't as good as some other ones I've been to, which is why its only getting four stars. However my last experience there was comparable to the best I've ever had. Now, it has gotten better (since final transactions take place with double lines) upon exit with your order - bringing down total average wait about 2o minutes when packed. First off I ordered a catering order the day prior to be ready by 12:45, got there and 10 people were in pick up /catering/online order . No one came over to explain or expedite orders. So i wait. 30 mins go by I ask the guy again then he told me the truth oh we never did the order they are making it now. Never gave me a discount for waiting over 30 mins because of their mistake. And the manager woman walked around with the speed of a snail. Employees never made eye contact with anyone. Never a hello or thank you to customers. If I could give them a Zero I would. Do not go here they are the worst. Plus the drive thru was ridiculous. You are wasting employees because they walk your drive thru order out to your car. It was a nightmare to watch and trust me having waited over 30 mins for a catering order I got to see the debacle. Management and employees need training on speed and accuracy. I love Chik-fil-A food, but they are always so crowded that I would always avoid going in. But they have such a well oiled Drive Thru experience that even when they are mobbed, it's still a quick pass through the drive through. I've been getting the tenders the last few times here, but my last dinner I got the chicken with Cheese and as always, it was fresh and crispy. They have the best shakes also. This location is not currently running smoothly. The wait for the drive thru with about 6 cars in front of me was about 20 minutes and by the the time I received my items, the food was lukewarm. My guess is that they are short staffed as there were a few large signs advertising hiring and interviewing that I saw while waiting. Hopefully things will improve soon. read more

Food is always fresh and for the most part service is good. I have celiac and tried the grilled chicken sandwich on their new gluten free bun. The manager in training took my order and didnt enter into the computer "gluten allergy" so i asked him to go to the back and communicate that with the staff so they'd change their gloves. I do love the polynesian sauce also...although I heard its loaded with calories. Surprisingly, service has been pretty good most of the times I've gone. They use actual, unpulverized and un-reshaped pieces of breast meat, and a light, flavorful breading, not a thick layer of greasy batter. I probably ruined whatever calories I saved by ordering t]my nuggets here when I asked for extra polynesian sauce but c'est la vie and que sera sera. I may become corpulent but I will be very happy indeed because that combo of sauce, waffle fries, and nuggets is the triumvirate of fast food chicken combos.
