Tonight, the card system was down ( or that's what we were told) and the attitude by the young man delivering the news was just not what you should expect from a place that's suppose to provide customer service. We ordered an Apple Walnut salad with grilled chicken and grilled chicken sandwich. They told us we had to choose which one got grilled chicken because they only had one. We put it on the salad which looks just throwing together when it arrived. Our chicken sandwich ended up breaded instead of grilled. We paid for cheese, did not get it. It's convenient, but quality and service usually suck at those places, which is why I prefer to go off the beaten path to more local establishments. Desperately trying to decide what we wanted to eat we eventually decided on Wendy's. Took a little bit of driving, but we eventually found it. Servers are overwhelmed and under trained in health awareness. One female server wiped her nose with her hand and proceeded to take an order and using the order board with the same hand she wiped her nose with. She then took off her headset and the next guy didn't clean the head set, he just put it on. Neither of the servers bother to sanitized their hands, equipment, or work station. I've never been so grossed out by a Wendy's, it took 10 minutes to even order then another 20 to get my food and leave with my party. The food was squished and the bacon was undercooked on everything and my fries had a weird taste to them and they were covered in salt. The entire crew had no idea how to do anything and were extremely rude. Avoid this place and go to McDonalds or burger king. read more

Just keep driving. This is the worst Wendy's experience I've ever had. Despite signs on 95, it's pretty far off the highway. With two cars in front of us the the drive thru, it took almost 15 minutes to get the food. Not only was it the wrong order, but the food didn't match what was on either of the receipts in the bag (which were for two different orders). Can't get much more wrong than that. All of the sandwiches were drenched in a disgusting amount of mayonnaise. It got all over my hands just trying to unwrap to see what they gave us. So. Gross.
