Attached to a Pilot with a Cinnabon stand inside, this Wendy's is popping! We stopped in on a road trip for gas, rest rooms, and lunch. My children wanted a chicken nugget kids meal and a cheeseburger kids meal with chocolate milks. The restaurant was popping and they were running out of food. There were no nuggets, no chocolate milk, and no cheese. We ended up with two hamburger kids meals with regular milk. My 4yo took the burger patty off and just ate a ketchup sandwich ‍ the backseat was quiet, so it was probably was good. If you have pick eaters and are short on time, maybe skip this restaurant as your meal stop on a busy travel weekend. read more

At 1:34 PM Sept 29, 2025 I ordered a chocolate milk prior to asking about hiring, they said "they weren't hiring" but it's funny because a lot of there night employee definitely say they need people and by the line and the slow service today this store definitely needs a new manager and to actually hire people because as a fast food worker myself that is very embarrassing for you and your store. This Wendy's is in the Pilot truck stop. Typical fast food place, nothing wrong, but nothing great. The staff was adequate. Again, nothing terrible, but nothing great. It is your typical Wendy's and looks like what you would expect from a Wendy's. It has that fast food ambiance that if you been in a Wendy's, you know what I mean. This has to be one of the worst Wendy's the white female employee with glasses is very uninformed about her job. One time I told her I was going to use a coupon and she said we do not accept coupons at this location. I said but the app says you do. She said let me look at my POS system and see if I can pull up the coupon and to her surprise they do accept coupons. She said since this Wendy's is within a gas station combined with a Cinnabon store people come in with all different types of coupons and she gets confused. Still no excuse. The way she interacted with me I think she is on some drugs. Most of there employees looks like they are on something. I had one beg me outside of the gas station for money. While I understand that people do fall onto hard times, this is not a good look for Wendy's. Another incident was when I was ordered my breakfast at 5:00am in the morning after placing my order I drove up behind the a car at the drive through window. I waited 20 minutes and a Wendy's employee walk in drive through lane and got in the car collected a Wendy's bag and the car drove away. So the car was waiting for an Wendy's employee to get off his shift to pick him up in the drive through lane. Also there breakfast sandwiches made me and my family felt upset after eating the sandwiches. read more

Filthiest Wendy's I've ever been to. Coke machine was sticky and had mold. None of the tables were wiped down.

In my 38 years of living, I can finally say this is the filthiest Wendy's/gas stop/bathroom I've ever visited. Upon entrance, you are welcomed with an asbestos level construction maze to the bathroom which hasn't been wiped down since 1997. If you still lack the sanity to order food from the neighboring Wendy's (as I did) you'll observe that the surfaces in that room seem to at least have been wiped at least once in the 21st century. If you try to spy the health rating, let me know what it is. I could not find it. I'm eating the nuggets now and hoping for the best for me and my children. The food does seem fine so I'll lend one star! read more

Every time I come here me and my spouse are always greeted warmly, the food is fresh and Matteo is awesome, he and the crew work well together, the manager is on point and smiles all around love this place. BRI IS A BOSS ! She's wonderful with customers and I feel a raise is in order. She's got this natural light it's refreshing to meet another great human being. read more

So they are super busy. We wait 45 minutes to get to the window to order. They just tell us that they only take cash which we only use cards. So we have to leave. Their is another 3 cars in front of us so now we have no way out and have to wait another 20 minutes just to leave. Horrible management. read more

Absolutely horrible service. Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes with other cars just sitting waiting for whoever was supposed to be taking orders. Two girls we're hanging out the drive through window talking to someone in a vehicle. Not paying attention to the growing line.... After finally getting the opportunity to order, they didn't have half the items we wanted to order... when we finally got to the window to pick up our food, they gave us someone else's order. So we had to go back in line to get our food because the dining area was closed. Currently sitting here in line waiting AGAIN and are unable to get out due to cars in front and behind.
