Best chili for cold days! Hits the spot! Not a big fan of the fries, too much potato n not crispy enough. But the chili makes up for it! I stop in here after doing dog training. I decided to try their breakfast and was really surprised at how good the honey butter chicken biscuit is. First, the biscuits are good. We've been getting Dave's double every Friday for a long time. The last 2 Fridays we ordered the same thing and the burgers were extra small like burgers on the smaller burgers. If the size of the hamburger has changed we'll be going to Culver's from now on. This Wendy's staff needs better training. They have messed up my order at least two times. Wrong type of chicken on salad, wrong dressing, etc. I do however enjoy their Power Mediterranean salad, and some of their limited edition chicken sandwiches. But I hesitate to go back because on one occasion, I ordered homestyle chicken sandwiches. They took my credit card, swiped, and asked me to wait. Then a different staff member came to the window a few minutes later telling me they have to cook the homestyle chicken, and asked if I wanted to change it to a different sandwich, such as spicy chicken. I hesitated, but took the spicy. That night, I was very sick. Terrible customer service. Cashier charged my card and gave it back and waved for me to go park. He then sent another employee to get my card because it didn't go through. I opened my bank account app and showed him that he now charged me twice! The manager got involved and clearly didn't know how to handle the situation. She gave me both receipts and told me to hold on to them and make sure they both post first. So now they have both posted and there's no manager that can refund me. Not to mention I was missing food from my order. While I was waiting to speak to a manager there is an employee making burgers while eating her own food on the job. SO DISGUSTED!!! read more

Horrible experience on 02/23/20 at 1:01am in the drive-through. We pulled up to the speaker and no one said anything. We waited a bit and then asked if they were open. They said they would be with us in just a minute. We waited another 5 minutes and asked if they forgot about us. They said no, it would be another minute. Waited ANOTHER 5 minutes, same story. We waited at the speaker for a total of 15 minutes. After we finally ordered, we waited at the window another 15 minutes for (2) 4 for $4's and 2 baked potatoes. Our fries, nuggets and sandwiches were not even warm...just room temp, almost cold. Our burgers were super soggy from the nasty, watery tomatoes they put on it and the lettuce was wilted. Everything I got was fresh, Inside the resturant looked clean and employees were nice. One of the employees let me know that if I download the Wendys app for my cell phone I can scan the paper bag to go or/and the small to large cups to get FREE Wendys food each time I go back until 1/3/20. We flew in late and wanted something to eat. We looked up fast food that was "open now" I­t­ was midnight. We came to Wendy's because I­t­ was near our hotel. We ordered a frosty- a Wendy's staple. They said I­t­ was down because they were closing at 1:00am. But you're open? So why aren't you serving frosty's if you're open?
