No lines. Friendly service. Order correct. And clean restaurant! The food is typical of a five guys chain location- great hearty burgers with fresh ingredients and crunchy yet soft buns. The Cajun fries are spicy and delicious and they always overflow the cup into the bag which is great! We enjoyed sitting outside at the tables. It was a great experience! read more

The food was great I got a little burger with lettuce, pickle, tomato, mayo, and ketchup and a regular Cajun fries. To drink I had a chocolate milkshake with Oreo! It was delicious and put together well! The restaurant was clean and well organized and the employees were very friendly and helpful! I would recommend this 5 guys to everyone! read more

Let me start off by saying that this is my first time actually having food from Five Guys. I've done DoorDash and UberEats for many locations but never eaten there. I informed the employee that took my order that I've never eaten here before and he was so helpful with my decision making. He was very informative and explained items throughout the menu for me. It was definitely a smooth transition. As I waited for my order I could see the other employees working together to get food prepped, made and expo. Didn't take long for my order to be ready. All the employees were so polite and respectful. My overall experience as a first timer was definitely a good one. I sat in the lobby area to eat my food while I killed time and as I looked around the establishment and things was very well kept and easy to navigate through. The music in the background was nice to listen to. I was able to find everything on my own without having to ask for help which a major key for me. I'll definitely be returning soon. Services overall were great and definitely plays a part in why I'll return. Keep up the good work!! read more

Grilled cheese burger is amazing! They are attentive to customer and food was very fresh!

Five guys is always great food wise. The cost, however, has made it impossible to not eat there often. My wife and I had lunch....cheeseburger, little bacon cheeseburger, 1 regular fry, 2 regular drinks....$32. Thats crazy. We can go to a casual sit down like Olive Garden and be served for that. Sorry guys...too expensive for burgers. read more

They were friendly and efficient. Ate in the store and the food came out pretty quickly which is good. Always great with free peanuts. Had a grilled cheese this time but it was on a circular bread and my child didn't like it. Overall this is a clean store and the burgers are always outstanding with delicious fries made in peanut oil. read more

First time at this particular Five Guys. Have to say this is probably my least favorite one. Small, tables very crowded, no one cleaning tables, took forever to get our fries, and when we did they were over cooked. Burger was ok, I've had better. Worst of all we're the prices. They have risen considerably. $10 for a regular burger and almost $8 for the little burger, large fries were about $7. A bit much for a fast food chain. read more

When I showed up 10 minutes after I asked that it be ready I still waited another 15 and I gave them 30 minutes from time of order to pick up because it's fast food and I wanted it to be ready when I got there. If you know anything about burgers you will love this smashed style fresh burger. It's better than any Mac, king or daughter heck I'm from the west coast and it's almost as good as my good ole inn and out but don't get mad I said almost seriously though no reason for this place to have any less than 4 stars. read more

They never disappoint here. I have ordered to go it was hot and delicious. I used Uber Eats last night and it was very tasty and my order was perfect. I got the regular cheeseburger with lettuce wraps. I still got the regular fries which I made two meals out of. I would order again through Uber Eats or when I am in area to go. One of the best burgers competes if not better than most of your large restaurant chains. Customer service is always great when I get to go. Friendly welcoming staff. read more

Its bad enough that it costs 15.00 for burger and fries, but before I even eat the roll was a soggy mess, had to get another roll, I asked for nothing but cheese got everything but the cheese, of course this took most of lunch hour, so I was only able to eat part, but hey not like its the most expensive place for a burger, I won't be back. read more

Probably the worst Uber eats food I've experienced by far. Burger was so dry, sloppy, wilted lettuce. Fries were even more soggy, & I got my kid a grilled cheese and they used the hamburger bun for the grilled cheese, and so so greasy. Spent $40 and I can't even eat this food it's not edible. read more

5 guys will never received a cent of my money ever again after the complete ass clownery that went down today. I ordered a cheeseburger, small fries, and a drink and the total came up to +$16. I thought, dang that's a bit high, but hey it's 5 guys. I make my drink and wait patiently for my food and when they call my number they hand me a bag with just the burger. I ask about my fries and they say I didn't order any. What?!? $16 for burger and a drink I ask. I look at my receipt and they charged me for a regular drink and a large drink but I was only given the large cup as I ordered. So I ask if they could give me some fries in place of this drink they erroneously charged me for. The attendant takes my receipt and walks over to the register and begins typing and then asks about the drink I ordered... I'm now confused and asked if she was refunding my drink in order to charge me the dollar and some change for a small fry and she said yes. Can't you just give me a small fry? Your counter worker screwed up my order and it's a freaking buck! I don't have time for this, I already waited for my food. What are they teaching our youth about customer satisfaction? Is 5 guys so hard up for a buck? Absolutely pathetic! Never again 5 clowns, never again. read more

I had a very disappointing first time experience with an online takeout order from the 25599 Sierra Center Blvd, Lutz, FL location. I ordered a cheeseburger, and a bacon cheeseburger for my wife and I both with mayo, lettuce and tomato in addition to a large order of fries. I was told a time when the order would be ready for pickup via email. I arrived at that time and nothing was ready. In fact the burgers were not even ready and had to be cooked while I waited. There was no excuse for having to wait for this online take out order as there were no customers in the restaurant and they had ample staff on duty. To make matters worse when I got back home I found that neither burger had cheese and neither burger had the requested mayo. An all around disastrous experience and to think this all happened on my birthday thus ruining my evening. I will never do an online order with them again and will bring my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other options in that area. read more
