The one in Richland, the one just off of 395 in Kennewick, the location near the rd 68 Walmart in Pasco, but, none of them. None of them! Can compete against this location in the same building as the Circle K on Court St. in Pasco. They recognize me whether I'm there every Sunday, or even if I take a break from them for weeks, or even months. The staff there is awesome, they serve up a more consistent product from order to order than I've ever experienced in my sampling of Jack in the Box'es across the US. The employees here are the GOAT (Greatest Of All Time) and they deserve recognition. 5 stars, all the way.

Service was quick, the food came out great, and he made sure everyone had what they needed without us even having to ask. If you order an extra for a menu item, they put the extra in or on the item, as god intended, saving you a step and extra garbage. The staff was nothing, but friendly and professional, and the seating area, bathroom, drink station and everywhere I could see were all immaculately clean. We quickly showed the cashier the credit card receipt with time and date then the manager also, they stated sorry we can't control the money you gave us, you need to take it up with cooperate. You are the fourth customer today with an issue BTW. Let's not shutdown our app lets keep running a broken product. Remember not our problem.... cooperates problem! Let me tell you that I payed your store with your address. To say sorry not our problem go away and spend two hours on the phone trying to recoup your funds, lets me know that you do not want my business or anybody that I share this with business. Nothing pisses me off worse than "It's not my problem it's cooperates problem" response.
