We ordered from the new Kennewick Habit and were quite disappointed. The burgers were small, the onion rings were so over cooked they were solid crunch, the tempura green beans were extremely salty, so much so, the bottom of the tray was full of salty. The portions of the onion rings and green beans were about the size of a small order at any fast food restaurant for a ridiculous price. Hard pass to ever go back. read more

According to online reviews for the Habit's Richland location, the restaurant is said to offer a charbroiled, smoky flavor and high-quality ingredients; however, this is not the case. I ordered a double char burger. The bun was scorched, one of the buns was carcoal black. The hamburger patties were black on one side and mostly scorched on the other and they were the consistency of chewing cardboard. My wife ordered the fish sandwich, and inside the bag there was no sandwich, but a card apologing for missing ingredients and stating they would make up for it next time. AND they charged for the fish sndwich anyway!!! It was an online order, so there was no way, to select another type of sandwich, or get a refund. What kind of criminal enterprise is this restaurant? This was the worst restaurant experience I have ever experienced in 40 years! This place sucks, and the person who made the burger should be ashamed. I will never ever, ever eat at the Habit again! The strawberry shake was excellent, but the BBQ burger I ordered was a bit strange. I think it was the BBQ sauce, which was different than I'd expected and kind of ruined the taste of the "charburger." One of the worst fast food experiences we have had, hands down. We were supposed to receive a text when the order was ready, never did. Eventually went through the drive-thru and proceeded to wait 25 minutes just for the person at the window to tell us that they "just finished our order" as we pulled up. We pulled into the parking lot to eat our food and everything was ice cold, including the fries, and absolutely flavorless. On top of that, multiple of our sandwiches were missing items that we paid to have put on them. With a bill of $73 for four people to have a simple fast food meal, this certainly did not justify the absolute let down that Habit Burger was. We will not be back. read more

Our family orders from The Habit Burger Grill about two times a month. They have excellent employees who know customer service. One evening a patron in front of us in the drive-thru blessed us by paying for our meal. We were so touched by this gift that we paid for the next customer's meal. The cashier didn't complain about the extra work of the transactions at any time. She was an angel who participated in these acts of kindness! The quality of the food is excellent and we've never experienced lower quality in our orders. I prefer extra grilled onions so they provide the serving in a plastic-covered container. I likewise enjoy their Tempura Green beans with their scrumptious ranch sauce. If you enjoy a grilled burger this is the place to go! read more

First time at The Habit Grill. For fast food our food did take quite awhile in the drive thru. However it was all very fresh. Although we didn't get any sauce for the kids chicken that we asked for and my bbq salad that I asked for no tomatoes and bbq on the side had both things still on the salad. For how long it took to get our food it was a little frustrating but the food was very good. Husband enjoyed his double char burger, my daughters new favorite cheeseburger. Place just opened up about two months or so, had to swing by and try it out. Went in dine in because the drive thru was full. Not too much of a wait, about 15-20 min. Only review I have ever left to let you know how good this is. I beg you to try this place, it's the best fast food burger in all of tri-cities. Charburger is a non-greasy great tasting burger that leaves you satisfied, the fries are decent to me but friends really like them. Service is pretty decent, but worth any attitude they rarely give. Plus the inside of the restaurant looks very nice and has a very clean atmosphere. Really should try this at least once. read more

Two burger combos and an extra order of fries came to $36 - so I had high hopes for a top-quality lunch. The burgers were OK. The presentation was wonderful, not squished down and plentiful in toppings! Hubby ordered a double char burger no pickles or tomato and they got his order correct there. Kiddos each had a burger with cheese and applesauce, had cute little gummy burgers for dessert. Taste was on the bland level for me, the char was there but nothing stood out as a "best burger". I actually preferred their fries more than the burger itself. I had some of their fry sauce and it was nice but again, nothing that wowed me. Unfortunately my family did not feel the best after eating there, a lot of bloating and feeling a bit sick from it. No food poisoning but something that stood out as unusual and one we won't go back to due to how much tummy troubles we all had afterwards.
