Went to the launch of the minion meals this morning 6.15.26 at 10:30am. My 3 children were excited and all we got was bad attitudes, snarky replies and bad vibes. The workers were not the proper ones to schedule on this drop. My children were very disappointed and sad and I can imagine how it would've been if I ordered from a person. I didn't even order from someone it was on the kiosk so I wouldn't bother since I'm sure drive thru breakfast is probably busy. Went to ask some questions and even my children noticed how the workers had bad attitudes. I asked if I could purchase toys separately and the worker said no. I understood but I had gone the night prior and I had great service by a lady with braces and a lady with blond hair. Very good customer service from them. Very cheerful. Very customer interactions with several customers. The restaurant sold me toys individually so when the worker said they don't do that I was kinda surprised. I let it go and I took my children and went about our day. Disappointed no decorations and barely having someone draw the paint decals on the windows. Please do better. read more

We have never been to Wendy's but decided to come because our daughter loves the Wednesday show. We came to try the collab meal and we were helped by Charity who was honestly the sweetest woman! She went above and beyond when it came to our order. We did accidentally receive spicy nuggets instead of regular and she replaced our nuggets no problem and again was the sweetest woman! Employee felt bad to let me know that they ran out of chocolate so she gave a large strawberry Frosty instead and didn't pay for the larger size. My son enjoyed the Frosty. My hubby liked the bacon pub fries, but he said it was not really special. I nibbled on the nuggets, but the employee forgot to add the BBQ sauce. My lunch is only 30 minutes, this has to be the most disorganized Wendy's Ive ever been to, it shouldn't take 15 minutes per person, What the hell wendys! I was greeted as I entertained by staff, and this young lady took my order. She was so pleasant (surprising because all these young generations tend to be rude), she was informative about their frosty tags, and she answered my questions about the menu. I believe her name was Jocelyn. Food: I highly recommend the classic chicken sandwich and the pineapple mango lemonade, which are very tasty. There were no cars in the drive thru so I offer to pull forward and back to restart the timer explaining I don't like when they park me because it's always 10 min or longer. The lady walked away. Before I give a negative review I have to go at least twice and experience the same situation. With that being said this Wendy's in Perris is a no go for me. The service was at a decent pace. The inside was clean but the food on the other hand is not good. The fires were cold the burger was cold and looked nothing like its advertised.
