I rarely leave negative reviews because I genuinely appreciate the quality and customer service that In-N-Out is known for. Unfortunately, my experiences at this particular location have been consistently disappointing. I live within walking distance of this restaurant, and nearly every visit has involved some type of issue -- either my order is prepared incorrectly or the shake machine is unavailable. Most notably, the shake machine has reportedly been "down" during my last three consecutive visits, which has become increasingly frustrating. What makes this especially disappointing is that In-N-Out has built such a strong reputation for excellent service, attentive staff, and operational consistency. Sadly, this location has not reflected those standards in my experience. And I hate to say this but, its the demographics of this location. I say this eith the upmost respect but its TRUE. At this point, I have chosen to drive approximately 30 minutes to the Menifee location instead, simply because I no longer feel confident visiting this one. I truly hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works toward improving the reliability and overall experience at this location. read more

If only I can add a 0 review, I WILL!! I ordered a hamburger with two patties and spread ON A BUN no veggies and no cheese for my niece, and they gave us two patties with spread on a separate box it's ridiculous. I came back to ask nicely that my order was wrong and they charge me again for the bun, they didn't even fix the problem and they didn't even put the patties in the bun. They just handed me the bun and made me do it myself. They didn't even let me explain my whole problem. Stopped by on the way home to San Diego from the UCR Battle of the Bands olto grab a bite to eat for our rockstars. We went through the drive thru which as usual, was super long but the line moves really fast. The staff was super nice from the moment our order was taken to the time we paid and picked up our food. This was a nicely sized In and Out and the drive thru was easy to get in and out of. Fairly easy to get to as well (although there was work being done on the freeway this evening so we had to go up an exit and turn around but still fairly easy). Our attendant, Natalie, gave us our order, and when my pregnant wife politely asked if they could toss a small empty cup for us -- just so she could make room to fit our extra drink in the cup holder -- Natalie gave us an attitude and said "no" with a rude expression on her face. We asked again after getting our food, thinking maybe she didn't hear us right, and she responded with even more attitude. As we drove off, I saw her make a face about it, which was completely uncalled for. My wife was so embarrassed and upset she almost cried. I've always loved In-N-Out for the kindness and positivity of its employees, but this experience was the complete opposite. Im a fan of in-n-out burgers. Mainly for its freshness and consistency in how the burgers are made. Every location I have been to has been consistent and clean. Biggest concern is always tables and restrooms being clean. Which at this location is usually always the case every-time I have walked in. Lately, I have had to use the drive through because of time. This drive through has got it down with the orders and making sure line is moving and drivers are not cutting other drivers. With that, they are also efficient with payments and having food ready. Burgers are always good and what I expect from In-N-Out. I always order mine with both grilled and raw onions with a side of spread and chili. Great combo with fries made perfectly. read more

I've been to the In-N-Out on Nuevo Road many times, and I'd describe it as hit or miss. It's not usually my favorite location because it often feels overcrowded, and the parking lot and drive-thru can be pretty tight. Most of the employees who take orders outside and work the drive-thru windows are friendly, welcoming, and provide great customer service. The food is usually hot and fresh, and I've had several positive experiences. I also want to recognize a manager named Noah, who was kind, quick to correct a mistake, and genuinely apologetic. Employees like him make a big difference. My biggest concern came from a previous experience with another manager. While he was friendly to my face, he covered our fries with an excessive amount of salt. My daughter has serious health issues, so this wasn't something we could laugh off. It honestly felt intentional, and it was very upsetting. I contacted customer service afterward, and they were understanding, professional, and helpful in addressing my concerns. Overall, this isn't the worst In-N-Out location, but it isn't the best either. I do have one suggestion: instead of placing condiment packets directly on top of customers' food, it would be much better to put them in a separate bag or provide a small condiment holder for ketchup, spread, peppers, salt, and other extras. It would help keep the food cleaner and improve the overall experience. Overall, I'd say this location is decent. I asked for a Flying Dutchman animal style and they just did two pieces of meat and two pieces of cheese so I had to wait for them to fix it. Been a patron of the franchise for about 35 years, visiting locations across California. This location lacks the friendly wholesome customer service that has gained the franchise their reputation. Pulled into the drive thru on 11/24 at 5:45 pm. I pulled into the left split lane which was about 5 cars shorter. I had my window down and the girl proceed to tell me in a snippy (ghetto) tone that she was going to help the car in the other lane because they were there before me. I didn't need to be told that and especially in the tone she used. She could have easily explained that she was going to help the next car and would be with me in a few minutes heck I didn't even need an explanation. Next girl who was outside with her came to take my order and made sure to let me know the burgers don't come with pickles when I asked to hold the pickles, again a very sarcastic tone. These two are two peas in a pod. I pulled up to the cashier who was great and again the next window to get my order and again greeted properly. Management needs to reevaluate their staff. Definitely one of the worst I've been to. Food didn't taste very fresh, and the service we received was absolutely terrible. Some kid taking orders in the line was arguing with me as if I was trying to cut in front of someone, but instead, I was moving with the flow of the two lines, as instructed by the many signs around. What a fantastic move for the city of PERRIS California, to finally get good taste with bringing In-N-Out. Unlike any of the lines are long, but the service is never a disappointment.
