I acknowledge it was very busy with the drive-thru lined up around the parking lot and many people inside. Stood at the cash waiting to have order taken for over 15 minutes. Staff would glance at us but would not acknowledge us - not a smile, hello, 'just a moment', or anything. We left and went downtown to a local coffee shop and had great coffee. Stop supporting these corporations that don't give a ***t about their customers.
