I wish I could remember the name of the manager which is the sole reason of this review. Granted his niceties and the level of service provided is what solidified the pleasance of our visit. So I was thankful to him and his staff. When road tripping, fast food is just a part of the trip and during /after the pandemic the industry had been hard hit, that can be related in the many low starred reviews found across the web. But to see their reviews go from bad, low starred reviews from a few years back to highly starred recent write-ups, things are looking up for this Wendy's location. This is the best Wendy's that you will ever find. They make the burgers like they used to back in the late 1970's-early 1980's--big, thick, and juicy. I highly recommend this place. Great service too! read more

I went here to eat at the start of a road trip. It was the most conveniently located fast food joint nearby, so we decided it was a good choice. My relationship with Wendy's is not a good one. I was traumatized by a frosty when I was 8 years old, when I got a frosty with a maggot (or at least I thought, it could've been a fry) in it. I freaked out and put it in the trash. I hadn't gotten Wendy's many times sense, I had mustered up enough courage to get a frosty here and there, and once an iced coffee, which was a good way to get calories while recovering from a surgery. Anyways, long story short, I'm pretty much known for disliking Wendy's. Before walking into Wendy's, a man with a big truck shook his head at me because I was standing in the middle of the road on accident. We walked into this Wendy's, and I was anxious but hopeful. I walked in, and to my suprise, a bulbous man named Adam was at the counter. Amazingly, despite his towering presence, he was a gentle, kind man. Adam greeted us, asked us how we were doing, asked us where we were headed, and when we replied, he said he had been there himself. Adam was not only a kind man, he was also efficient at taking our orders. He rapid fired through the four of us like a western man in a saloon. After departing from Adam, we couldn't help but smile as we walked to our table, relaxed and ready to eat. We sat down, and got ready. With beautiful divine timing, our food seemed to magically appear from the kitchen. We went to receive it, and were once again met with Adam's innocent and childlike smile, despite being an older man. We sat down to eat our food, which tasted great, but not anything too special. However, this "not-too-specialness" was masked by our outstanding gratitude and appreciation for Adam, the cashier. We had a conversation with the man who almost ran me over (which wouldn't have been his fault, really) while we were eating, but shockingly, he and his three old man buddies were very nice company. I just wanted to leave this review to thank Adam, and the service he did to us in fueling our road trip. Adam will forever be in our hearts, and I hope the world never takes his innocent smile away from him. read more

5/5 restaurant. Lady at the counter had massive ya hoos and I fell in love. She handed me my baconator with hands of an angel. I sat down right there on the floor so I could see her and ate that baconator. When I finished she smiled at me with her beautiful golden brown teeth and I asked for her digits. She said no so I'm giving this establishment a 4/5. read more

walked in the lobby and they were a little busy, i totally get it. but nobody even acknowledged the fact that we were standing there for about 8 mins waiting for someone to notice us. ordered two frosties, got them pretty quickly. however, i get about halfway through my chocolate frosty and there is a very long hair in the mix. i threw it out my car window and called the store just to inform them and all the manager said was "weird,, nobody even works here with that hair color." and claimed that she would let the team know what happened. this was my first and last time here mainly because of the rude service and icky atmosphere. read more

We were told there was "unnecessary yelling" coming from our vehicle when there was no yelling. Then the orders were mixed up ( we had two separate orders) and we ended up paying for the wrong orders. read more

I don't really know what turned around with this wendys. But whatever it was rocked. I was in the drive through. Ordered quite a bit of food. Enough for 3 people. When I got to the window I handed the lady the money and before I even got my change back all the food was in the truck. It was super fast. And I'm glad I stopped there because I was in a hurry.
