I ordered a 4$ biggie bag and asked for a Jr. bacon cheeseburger. They made us wait for 25 minutes while the people behind us got their food and when i get my food its a chicken sandwich. I go inside to ask them to fix it and tell them i asked for a Jr. bacon cheeseburger. I had been craving their taco salad. It's been a long time since I had ordered it. It was horrible! The tomatoes looked like they had been frozen. No chili and an extremely small packet of chips. Service is absolutely shitty. My family and I walked in to use the bathroom before going through the drive thru and let me start with the fact that there was multiple people in the front that seen us waiting for a bathroom code because seeing what was on the bathroom door, I assume we need a code as anybody else would assume and we got ignored. My brother finally said "Excuse me, what's the code for the bathroom" the big fat guy that you could probably see from a mile away who I assume is a manager then responded letting us know that all we needed to do was push on the door and if it didn't open, then somebody was in the bathroom. We proceeded to tell him that nobody was in there and we needed a code or something. Mind you, when he was trying inform us, he was VERY rude, no manners, acting like he's better than anything and everything around him. So again, we kept trying to tell him that nobody was in there and we needed to use the restroom, he then finally after 5-10 minutes by the way, walks to the bathroom door with a terrible attitude, knocks aggressively, my brother informed him he had already knocked so we know there was nobody in there and he opens the door and goes "and?" making a smart comment. As a manager that's unprofessional and from the way he looks, he should probably reevaluate himself before speaking to me or my family the way he did. With this customer service and mind you, I only needed to use the bathroom, I will not be returning to this location because I don't want to know what they'd do to the food if you pissed them off. If he holds this business the way he holds himself, then I definitely don't want no part in that. read more

Horrible service at 2:00 on a Thursday or Sunday! Waited in a long line- 10 minutes, then the food took 12 minutes. The fries are burnt. They forgot to give me a sauce I ordered. On a Thursday evening I went through the drive through, and spent a good 20 minutes waiting. On Saturday I went inside, employees just liked at us and an employee that had just clocked in asked if we'd been helped and then told us someone would be there shortly to help. I stopped in for a fast lunch break. Covid precautions were in place but we're not over done. The line was a tad slow, but service was friendly. Everything was hot and fresh when I got it. I asked for bbq sauce and did not get hassled to pay for it even when I went pack for an additional pack. The soda machine had a huge selection and was the right mix of carbon and syrup. My wife and I dined in this Wendy's on Thursday, November 10th. It was one of the best dining experiences we have ever had, let alone the best fast food experience we have ever had. The restaurant was really well stocked and both the dining room and restroom were extremely clean! The real star of the experience was the cashier that took our order. Our cashier's name is Santiago. He was by far the best restaurant employee I have ever had the pleasure of ordering from, and I worked in several fast food and sit down restaurants. Santiago was extremely pleasant and genuinely kind to every customer that enters the establishment. He is a model employee and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.
