Well scratch this location. This place has gone into the toilet. It appears there are all new employees. Ordered 2 French Dips. The meat was bunched to 1 side of the bun snd the cheese to the other. 1 container of cold auju that was less than 1/4 full. For 2 sandwiches? We aren't regular Arby's foodies but on a busy Saturday afternoon the Reuben, Gyro and Double beef Sandwiches were all tasty, had sufficient ingredients and were nicely wrapped so they weren't smashed in a bag. We asked for extra sauce, which we got. Unsweet iced tea was bitter but on a hot summer day we let the ice melt and it was acceptable. Only negative was we probably waited at least 15 minutes after ordering which we aren't used to at most Drive Thru restaurants, however food was nicely prepared. Recommend. Tried to get half eaten sandwich replaced because I requested no red ranch as it was on my receipt but got rejected so I just let the store keep the other half. Replacement is not needed if accuracy is being a priority as well! read more

Customer service can improve very rude not very knowledgeable. Didn't have a single item that I ordered and it only sucks because I live 30 minutes outside of town and Pueblo was the closest place for me to get food very disappointed. I normally don't go to Arby's because the location is not convienant for me. However, after cataract surgery this store was in near proximity. Because you can't eat for twelve hours before surgery, I was starving. I had heard the ad for the WAGYU Beef Sandwich. Ordered it, took it home, and WOW, it was so good! So good in fact, after the second cataract surgery on the other eye, I had another! This was so much better than KFC's BBQ Chicken Sandwich. (it was way too "sweet" and messy to eat) read more

Two roast beef sandwiches, two fries (one order was hard and cold and the other nice and hot) and a large order of jalapeño poppers ordered and when I was asked if I wanted sauce I replied with , "yes please, can I have horsey sauce, Arby sauce and a little ranch"? Got home to realize that all they gave me for my $22 order was two Arby sauce, one horsey sauce and one ranch. All of that being said, definitely not the worst part of our experience. My boyfriend and I immediately got a terrible stomach ache and diarrhea right after we ate dinner from here. I literally only had three jalapeño poppers ( didn't want my sandwich without horsey sauce, since I gave my boyfriend the only one in the bag) and I found myself in the bathroom within 15 minutes in terrible pain. Service usually quick, (N/A ambiance in drive through), fried chicken wrap passable, not as good as grilled chicken wrap that was offered in past, prefer curly fries over regular, wife enjoys the beef and cheddar sandwiches, which are a great deal at five for $10, if you prefer this sandwich and can eat five. This store is very clean. Ordering is slow because there is only one cashier at lunch time. The food came out quickly, too quickly, because everything except the roast beef sandwich had been premade. My wife did not like her fish sandwich because she said it tasted like it had been sitting around. My roast beef was too salty, as were the fries. The milkshake was delicious but it was overly frozen because it has been prepoured and sitting in a freezer. In the meantime, kitchen staff were standing around because the orders were coming in so slowly. How about having people work on made to order food? read more

I am an out-of-state visitor and I have come to this Arby's two times since I've been visiting Pueblo Colorado. Both times I visited this location they were out of at least two items including horsey sauce macaroni and cheese and their shake machine was down both times that I came the employees were rude hostile and I even found the need to call the survey on the back of my receipt to express my concerns which I never do. Why would Arby's call their GRAND turkey sandwich when it only comes with 3 oz of meat. Along with everyone else, I'm accustomed to fast food restaurants somewhat embellishing the look of their food in advertising, but the GRAND turkey picture is VASTLY exaggerated and far from reality - at least at this location in Pueblo. Regrettably I went thru the drive thru and made the mistake of not checking until I was miles down the road. So shame on me for not checking but double shame on Arby's for their advertising and lack of delivery. When in town for business, I eat at this Arby's as there's not one near my home. So I put up with poor service that I wouldn't normally. This Place is clean and the food is tasty if they get it to you correctly - expect any variation from the standard menu to fail - I.e. Ask for No Tomato will get u No cheese. Front end workers sometimes don't know their own menu. Lunch drive thru lines can be over 10 minutes long (with just 4 or 5 cars). Wife and ate here after church about 8.00pm. Several people inside eating and about 7 cars or so I counted at drive thru. Came into the rear parking are which is screwed up as far as getting to front of store. Anyway placed our order and received it in timely fashion. Drink bar area was slightly dirty with splattered coke on floor around drink station. I washed hands in restroom and it was clean..overall store was clean. Trash can area was dirty but surprisingly table area was clean. Overall I would rate a 4 but due to parking lot issue as far as how to get to front of parking which really ain't any and store being slightly dirty I give a 3. Food was hot and tastey read more

Great customer service but the food was a flop. The girl who took the order was pleasant and so unlike the normal Pueblo "what do you want" fast food workers. The restaurant looked clean. I ordered the Super, lg potato cake and a tea, as I always do, the hubby has his goto Reuben and curly fry, got it to go. Should have checked the bag, rookie move! Get home totally waiting for those potato cakes, only to be met by cold curly fries. Now keep in mind we are only about 7 mins down a highway from this establishment. I open the sammich ,it looks good, has all its components. I pick it up and its tastes like disappointment. The bun is stale and firm, the roast beef is cold and the veges are limp and should have been tossed out with the lunch left overs. $22 for dinner down the drain. Well lessons learned. Will most likely not be back and if we do we'll check the order (should not have to...but) read more

Yes 5 stars for a fast food, but when you experience such great customer service you have to give it 5 stars! It was also one of the cleanest resturants I've seen in a long time. Even the bathroom was super clean! Plus the food was hot and exactly what we ordered. If you want fast food, and something different, go here. read more

Very clean location and good customer service. My only complaint is that the meat is not cut thin enough, it is very thick compared to the located I've been to in Denver. The sandwich just does not taste the same, it's disappointing. read more

This is a nice stop coming through Pueblo on I-25. Good food, clean and the last good place to eat before heading south to Raton!
