The burgers here are amazing! Definitely better than the Carl Jr.'s right off the highway. The Bingo meat is made with Pueblo green chiles, of course. Don't sleep on their rosemary stuffed mushrooms to top your burger. Fries were underwhelming, so are the shakes.

Steel burger, with added egg and pueblo chile jack cheese!

Really friendly service, and super accommodating. Food tastes amazing. Nice diner ambiance, mom and pop feel

I ordered bingo burger tonight and my expections were blown away from the sweet potato fries to the chicken that I wasn't able to take a picture of this place is a 8.5 out of 10 would recommend:)

    1. Easy access off the highway, and also to get back onto the highway! 2. The burger joint has its own parking lot which is nice considering other small town findings and having no parking at all. 3. It has an outdoor patio and inside seating. Pet friendly outside. The place is moderate in size and from when I came in, can get very busy. Locals definitely know to come eat here! 4. The ambiance of a modern day diner with some artistic flair. You can find wall and floor murals covering their store area. Very tasteful and even better photo op! Music wasn't over-powering nor the smells from the kitchen. 5. Kid-Friendly for sure! 6. Walking into the front door, I observe a clean eating area. 7. Service was wonderful, being that I'm from out of Texas, had to gather my thoughts, but didn't feel like my family and I was pressured/rushed to order. 8. We went with BYO Burgers. Ingredients were fresh, and lastly they cooked my wife and i's burger correctly, a medium-rare and medium-well burger. Sides even tastier. Nothing special. Tots, and 50/50 sweet potato waffle fries and regular fries. They were seasoned and perfectly crisp! Chipotle Ranch was amazing. Full of flavor, not spicy. Great dipping for kiddos and adults. 9. The manager/owner, not sure, he was watching the floor, not over-bearing, but ensuring that the floor was picked up, tables were clean, asked us once how our food was (which is enough for me as if it's bad I'll get a manager no problem, honestly more 1 time is more than you might get from other establishments), and he even picked up our finished items/trash to ensure our tables was cleared as needed. 10. We enjoyed every bite! Give this place a shot, there be plenty of other times to try a fast food franchise.

My husband and I were in town from ND for business. After we were done we knew where we wanted to eat.....BINGO BURGER‼ We got there within 10 minutes of closing. We didn't get any nasty looks and we weren't rushed to place our order, as we decided on what we wanted. This is our 2nd time eating here and the food was delicious. My husband and I both ordered the Veggie Burger and sides. But the bees knees were the staff that were there: Crystal, Zarek, Lisa and Mina were amazing. FYI.....I'm not 100% sure they're not robots because they were so amazing and I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this restaurant for the staff, food and ambiance. When we come back to Pueblo, we will definitely stop in again.

On our way home, we stopped off in town and discovered this joint. It has funky, quirky vibes...which we like. The atmosphere is fun and they don't take themselves too seriously. They do take their food seriously, though. Boss Lady had the Bingo Burger and the monthly special, the Smash Burger. We appreciate that they ask you how you want the patty cooked. There is a variety of sides, but we opted for their regular fries, which were seasoned with their house seasoning. It's salty and spicy, in the best way! The burgers were loaded with veg and were very juicy. They have a selection of local beers but since I'm driving, iced tea was selected. We'll definitely come back here for delicious burgers on our way to Denver!

Wowzaaaa!!! This is going to be our must stop from now on! The service, food and ambiance were wonderful! The burger full of flavor and it's an actual burger none of that thin patties. Thank you for making the best burger!

This was supposed to be a medium rare burger. Does this look med-rare?

Pros: Walking in the hostess was helping another couple but did acknowledge us. She went to sit the couple and another staff apologized and said that she will be right with us. We were sat outside and immediately were given water. Our waiter, who I can't remember his name, talked to us and took our drink order. My husband ordered a beer and me an iced tea. He gave us a few minutes before coming back to take our order. We started with the green chili fries and when they came out they were very good. I do wish there was a little bit of spice to it, but not a con. I even ordered a cup of green chili with my shrimp tacos. And my husband ordered the slopper. I loved the shrimp tacos, that I got the lettuce instead of a tortilla. I would highly order and recommend. Husband loved the slipper. He said if you don't see the fries or bun, assume your eating it all. Our waiter is very knowledgeable and was quick with his recommendations. He answered a burger question when asked and took his time with us. We did not feel rushed. My husband also ordered a beer flight and found some he enjoyed. All the staff worked together and matched our personality. Well, my husband's personality. We ended up ordering 3 cups if green chili with their chips. The salsa had a nice kick, mild kick, because they added green chilis to it. It tasted home made. When we had a minor issue with the bill, our waiter took charge and without hesitation took to fix it. We of course had to order dessert. Our waiter came back within minutes to inform some of the desserts were sold out but offered a replacement. I got the peach pie and my husband got the chocolate cake. The peach pie was a perfect mini size Cons: My husband was surprised the manager wasn't walking around ensuring everything ran smoothly. I honestly don't see it as a con. Also, the parking lot is small and when it gets busy I can see walking from another block over. There are 3 spots for the hotel and 4 spots that are a 2 hour limit. Recommended? Absolutely yes. Great food and excellent staff. Everyone here is friendly and seems excited to help the customers. We will definitely be back. And maybe stay at the hotel and walk over to enjoy a hamburger or more shrimp tacos with a cup of green chili

Since we hadn't been here in five years, I mentioned to our waiter how much I was craving a bowl, and he went out of his way to make it happen. That level of service alone made the visit memorable. I also ordered the Velvet Smoke mezcal cocktail, and wow, it was exceptional. Smooth, perfectly balanced, and not too strong. The smoky notes were present but not overpowering, and the nixta slate liqueurs, or heat and bitters brought everything together beautifully. Great service, great drinks, and a team that's willing to go the extra mile. Definitely worth the stop.

The description on the menu says "Vanilla Vodka, Luxardo Espresso Liquer, Simple syrup". Sounded like a pretty standard Espresso Martini. The glass arrived and it was the color of chocolate milk. I asked the bartender of it had Bailey's or something in it and she said, "yes". I pointed to the menu and noted that the menu didn't say anything about Cream. She said, "That's the way I make it." I asked her if she could make it like the menu and she said, "Yes, but it won't taste good." I asked her if she could make one with just a little of the cream liqueur, and she said, "Are you going to pay for other one?" I was like, "What the hell?!?! You make the drink different from the description and you expect me to pay for it?!?!?" I don't know if that's a Colorado thing or something, but I wanted to just walk out. This bar sucks.

I liked the selections of food offered and was able to narrow it down to 2. I chose the The Hungry Buffalo and chose their bison nachos. It was a simple dish; tortilla round chips, bison, green chili, tomatoes. The menu didn't specify tomatoes and I should have asked. Not fond of tomatoes and there was a lot. Also got a diet pepsi, nothing fancy there. Prices are reasonable, spent less than $20 with tip. Cons: I can see the place getting busy. The green chili on the bison nachos was OK. A little bland with no real flavor to it. I've had better green chili at other casual restaurants. There wasn't a lot of bison on it either. Just a whole mess of soggy chips and bland green chili. Plus the tomatoes took me about 5 min to pick them all out. I wish the menu said tomatoes but that was also my fault for not asking. Would I order them again? No. Recommended? I would recommend the actual whole of a place yes. Food is hit or miss. Depending on what you get. Husband's first experience was sub par but this go around was a little better. I'm willing to go back and try something else. Stars would be 3.5

I absolutely loved the scotch eggs! I skipped the Reuben bombs since I'm not a big Swiss cheese fan, but everyone else at the table really enjoyed them. My husband and son both got the fish and chips and couldn't stop talking about how good they were. My daughter loved the kids hamburger, especially the potato chips/fries that came with it. I don't think there was anything wrong with the cook of the food, but the seasonings were just way off base to me. The Corned Beef was slathered with a Mustard Crème sauce that should have been served on the side. Some may like it, others will hate it. I didn't care for it. Cabbage seemed to be braised in a heavy Cayenne Pepper broth. It was inedible. The Champs were so bland that you had to shake the hell put of the Salt and Pepper. The Corned Beef without the Mustard sauce was actually pretty good, but so much was slathered with the mustard sauce that it just isn't worth ordering. Bottom line, here is how it breaks down: Service: 5/5. The bartender tonight was exceptional! Food: 3/5 at best due to the second entree ordered (fish & chips) being REALLY GOOD. Overall: 4-5*. The Fish & Chips saved this entire meal. There are a number of things to order from the menu at the bar. Obviously I would stay away from the CB, but I would definitely recommend the fish and chips! When I come back to Pueblo, I would definitely consider coming back here.
