Ordered from the Wendy's app and I ordered a chicken sandwich, grilled chicken and 10 piece nugget. Pulled to the pay window to pick up my food. Instead "please pull forward,we're making your food' we are give two crumpled up bag and the window shut in a hurry. So we go home to find both the crispy chicken and the nuggets are hard as a rock" stray cats wouldn't even eat them" and the grilled chick tasted like rubber. My husband went to the Wendy's on Keeneland Dr in Richmond, Ky. He had just got off work and ordered food by 12:10am, they don't close until 1:00am. There was a cigarette butt intentionally placed in his sandwich. He noticed it tasted off but just thought it was him, until he almost ate the cigarette butt. I am absolutely disgusted and livid with how their employees treated my husband. I will not be ordering from them again. read more

If I could I would I rate this particular Wendy's a zero. My family bought the frosty key chain as a special treat to our two children and we take them each out on alternating weekends to treat them to a little ice cream. (This is a big treat for them as we live paycheck to paycheck and don't make a lot of money - which is why we bought the keychain) We only ask for one since we only bring one child at a time and have had no trouble at all at any other locations,... until we came here and were refused the frosty because we weren't buying anything else... - which is why we bought the ice cream key chain in the first place, and it's not like they give a giant enough amount to be stingy over. This completely defeats the purpose of the key chain and the management on duty was extremely rude about the whole thing when I asked why we had to buy something - inking there was a misunderstanding I even read the back of the key chain to her pointing out it did not say you had to purchase anything but she refused and made us feel broke and poor in the manner that she spoke to us. Needless to say, we will not be coming back to the location 411 Leighway Dr. in Richmond! My child was heartbroken and so was I - I had to explain why we couldn't afford free ice cream! read more

Had lunch here today. The only good things I can say about the experience is that the service was fast and the fries were hot. Other than that, it was absolutely horrible. I ordered a number 7 - homestyle chicken sandwich. It tasted like that poor piece of chicken had been cooked within an inch of it's life and then held under a heat lamp for 3 to 4 hours. It was so dry and tough there was no saving it I gave up after about 4 bites and just ate the fries. thought Wendy's prides themselves on preparing everything fresh? So what gives? They definitely dropped the ball today. Another thing that really irked me was when I was in line to order, there was a gentleman in front of me paying for his meal and his card was declined. The lady taking orders proceeded to loudly state his card declined and all the other workers began laughing at him. I don't know if this worker knew the man but, either way it was rude and in very poor taste. It will be quite awhile before I return to this location. read more

It is my understanding that Kentucky restaurants are required to post their letter grade from dept of health inspection. There was no posting and when asked the staff indicated they had not seen it and did not know what their letter was. For this reason, my family went elsewhere read more

I have ate at this Wendy's on the Eastern Bypass about 4 times. Each time the food has been remarkably good, and always fresh. The staff have always been nice. However, I am only giving it four stars because of one incident I witnessed. One visit, the manager went from preparing food to helping the cashier on the cash register. After touching the cash register with her gloved hand, she went back to preparing food, without changing gloves or washing her hands. I thought that this was unsanitary. However, everything else has always been 5 stars. read more

The staff at Wendy's is always very friendly, even when I come in late at night (I don't get off work until after 11 on weekends). They even gave me a free strawberry lemonade one time. I've never had them mess up my order either. 5 stars! read more
