Typical Wendy's food, but the employees are the rudest people I've interacted with in a long time. It's was extremely uncomfortable and I'd suggest the leadership look into why. Food time and I wasn't looking for anything fancy. I didn't care where I went and literally just took an exit near where I felt extra hungry. I pulled off and just headed in a direction until I found a place to eat. Wendy's, you were it. This location appears to have had a partial rebuild. The back of the building looks like the Wendy's we all grew up with. The front of the store appears that they tore it down and rebuilt it with the newer look. It's not like one of those locations that they slapped some lipstick on and reopened it. Inside it is well designed to make it feel comfortable. Small outdoor seating is now available as well. Food is what I expected. I can't complain since they created my order to my liking. Staff were pleasant to an extent. It wasn't busy on the inside which made to overhearing conversations that I really didn't need to hear. Quick stop for a quick meal. This location served it's purpose. read more

This is genuinely my first ever review in my lifetime but I felt I needed to say that the food was actually awful. Me and my siblings pulled up at 10:30 ish and me and my brother literally got sick from the burgers. My sister refused to eat it from both me and my brothers reaction. I'm currently still throwing up it and its almost 2 am. At the very least be cautious with the food here. Worker was super nice though so that's a pro. read more

Four for four! Great deal. Sydney was a pleasant host/order taker. The food didn't take long. Enjoyed the meal, the fries were smoking hot. The restaurant has been upgraded since they had a fire, much like other Wendy's . There was a sign on the soda machine that all soft drinks were flat. The sign said that if you wanted diet coke or sprite you can get it at the counter. I understand that machinery breaks etc. I'm giving the lower review because I felt it was a disservice to not tell customers while ordering that this is the case. Instead you had to get your meal THEN find out and THEN go back to the counter to get a not flat drink. read more

Now that they have remodeled this location, it's very nice inside! The food though is still the usual Wendy's food, which is OK for fast food. I do like their apple pecan chicken salad, which can be ordered as either a half or full order. I do really like the naturally-cut from potato french fries. If I don't get the salad, then I'm usually ordering the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. It's no Five Guys burger, but definitely better than McDonald's. All in all, nice Wendy's location. read more

so when this place was first remodeled it was nice, but now it's kind of falling on hard times. The soda machine today was missing flavors which is irritating. The service is pretty decent in the food is what you'd expect fast food pricey but then again that's what happens when you get options like chili and baked potatoes. My advice is to improve drive thru speed and keep your soda machine going since it's the novelty that makes it fun to come in read more

I just left this Wendy's. They got my order wrong and when I tried to talk to them to fix it the worker did not speak English. They could not understand what I was saying and they were yelling to the other workers in Spanish. They ended up giving me another burger that was exactly the same as the one they gave me the first time. I could not get it fixed because they could not understand me. I ended up leaving without the food I ordered. I live 1.8 miles from this Wendy's but will go out of my way to avoid this location until they hire employees that speak English!! read more

Approached the counter to inform there were no paper towels in the men's room and to order some fries. Scott the cashier indicated I could use napkins. I asked to Oder some fries and he carried on a conversation with I believe was a manager. Scott asked Mary to take my order. She came to the counter then proceeded to take a drive thru order. I like the fact that their burgers are freshly made. Sometimes they seem to be understaffed and can be slow. And when they are understaffed, the priority seems to be taking care of the drive-thru customers over the people dining inside. But it's usually worth the wait. went here last week around 2PM and got the 4 for $4 with a Fanta to drink and a large Diet Coke for my mom. everything was fine until we got up to the pick up window. The guy at the window, Sidney (it said on my receipt) handed us our food and drinks with 1 straw only. My mom waited at the window for the other straw. when Sidney opened the window she asked for another straw he replied "there's one in the bag" my mom told him that she has it in her hand and he goes "oh fo'real" like she was lying to get an extra straw. (???) after we got the food, I took a bite of my nuggets and they were freezing cold. I ate them anyway with BBQ sauce. I ate the other two without the sauce to see if it was just the sauce. it was not the sauce. I ate my burger and it was also freezing.
