Something wrong with this location, portion size way too small even when you request extra in the app, orders wrong, things not seasoned right. Management, you see all the negative reviews? Retrain your employees so they make customers happy. The location on Trooper Rd in Noristown is so much better, which is sad because it's further away but that's where I go now after multiple unpleasant experiences at Royersford. I've been to this location several times now and it's very hit or miss. The portions are very inconsistent... sometimes I get get a decent portion and other times I have to ask for extra everything because they serve have spoonfuls. Today I order for pickup through the drive-thru and I got there a few minutes before my pick up time. I specifically requested extra veggies, corn and salsa yet the bowl was pretty bare. Plus there were less than ten kernels of corn and the rice was undercooked. Looks like I'll be back to driving all the way to the malvern or kop location for chipotle. read more

The blonde at the drive through had a serious attitude. If you do DoorDash, they tell you to go inside even though they are keeping the orders at the drive through. They're right there, but they'll make you go inside anyways, even if you were in there 1 minute before and there were no takeout orders on the shelf! Then, just 5 seconds before you walk in, they will run the order from the drive through window onto the shelves. Actually awful. Had a coupon and they actually yelled at me and jumped down my throat telling me that it was expired before I could show it to them. They told me a different promotion was over and again that wasn't what I was referring to. When they finally agreed to try to scan the coupon from my phone with an expiration date for the end of the year, of course it worked, and they still said they didn't know how it worked. I'm a big Qdoba fan bc they don't charge extra for Guacamole, Queso or the chips if you get nachos and have more choices in toppings and sauces. Plus it's yummy! I decided to check out Chipotle bc every talks big about it and I honestly don't know why after my experience. $3 for guacamole $2 for queso $2 chips. On top of your $12 bowl? This location literally just opened and had no chips! Bc the fryer was broken? No veggies and limited toppings and sauces. Also their carne asada was over cooked and chewy. We were thrilled to have a new Chipotle open near us recently. We have been there 3 times and the first 2 times they nailed it. The last time we ordered on the app, the app did not give my wife her free guac and chips. It charged her for the add on after already redeeming the points. She ordered a lg coke and got diet which is awful. I ordered on my own app and received my burrito bowl shoved into a bag sideways which caused the food to look like garbage. At the bottom of the bag was another persons order for door dash. We tried several times to contact the store but no one would answer the phone. We were not in a position to drive back nor should we at this point. We ate our own order and tossed the other order. Total Failure! It always seems to be the running excuse by a business that fails is: New Employees or Cannot Get The Help. As a consumer who is charged a higher price these days, I do not need an excuse. I do not want to be giving any more grace period for failure. We love Chipotle food, but would like this to end. No more grading on a curve. read more

This location needs help. I went in at 8:15 (they close at 10.) the guy making my food almost seemed like he was rushing and I have no idea why because no one was in there. I got two burritos. I told him the first one I wanted it to be chicken with white rice and the second one with Barbacoa and brown. He then goes to the SECOND burrito and starts putting the chicken in that one. I then said no that was supposed to go on the first one and he gave me a dirty look. How is it my fault? I said the first burrito, meaning the first one you put down. Why would you go to the last burrito you put down and start putting that stuff in there? lol I didn't think that was confusing....It's either someone like this or someone skimping you on the portions. It's honestly just annoying. Then of course trying to complain to corporate or get a correction is near impossible, probably because they know their company is always messing up. read more

We asked twice for it to be turned down and were told no by the very young staff members working. We couldn't even order without screaming let alone talk over our lunch. Very negative experience. Terrible. We were so excited for this location to open but our first time in was absolutely terrible (after a bad experience via an order on Doordash but chalked it up to the chaos of the opening). My husband and I stopped in to place an order for 3 people, after the second item was order I was completely skipped over to the person behind me. The guy running the register also allowed a person to skip a long line of people patiently waiting to get guac and chips. There was only one woman behind the counter that seemed like she had any common sense but she as overruled by the low IQ individuals they have working there so she wasn't able to help the situation. We quickly finished getting 2 of the 3 items we went in for and left and won't be returning to that location. Also, aside from staff being incompetent in their duties, the place was disgustingly dirty with rice and beans everywhere on the floor and table tops dirty. Disappointed. read more
