First time i went my order took 20 minutes to make, just for it to be extremely wrong, had to get it remade. We don't going after that...until today. We made a mobile order thinking it would be a better experience, it was worse. My order was not ready when i arrived (10-15 minutes after i ordered) and i had to wait another 15 minutes in-front of the drive thru while i watched multiple cars go thru the drive thru after me. Once i got my order it was completely wrong. If you want fries, chicken, or frostys on any given day, DO NOT count on them to deliver. They are out of food quite often. The worst place to go when you're hungry. Staff standing around not working but talking about personal stuff so loud everyone can hear it. The longest wait for awful cold food. Staff was unpleasant and agitated with each other. Employee at register couldn't multitask and struggled to take orders and fulfill them. Seconds from canceling order! Staff came out of the back to get personal drinks from machine and complain about other staff. Asked about my order after waiting forever and cashier said she couldn't find the order slip so I watched other people go to the counter and order and receive food before people that ordered before them. Listen, I dont expect much from Wendy's. Never have, never will. But this is just bad. We waited 10 minutes to order. Then another 15 to get the food. While eating we encountered frozen cheese on my sandwich. The nuggets tasted half baked and the fries were cold and way too salty. We also have the chance to witness an older couple storm out due to waiting to order for too long and a younger couple with kids demand their money back due to the wait. I asked my roommate to go here on her way home and get me a 6 piece spicy nug, small fry, and pink lemonade. In my order I got FIVE REGULAR nuggets, a small fry, and a strawberry lemonade. My order should have come out to be around $5.50, instead it was almost $7 since they decided to give me the wrong drink and it up-charged me. I understand that they're probably understaffed, but unfortunately along with almost a half hour wait the staff was not overly friendly :(. I ordered a nugget kids meal and a frosty---the sauce wasn't in the bag and neither was the toy. The machine for the vanilla frosty was down so they substituted chocolate--the frosty was good and the fries were hot. Exceptionally dirty restaurant. Gum in large amounts under dirty tables, debris on dining room floor, human (I hope) feces on the men's room floor, and food debris on the visible food prep floor. We showed up at 1:30 after the lunch rush passed, and there was no wait to order. However, seeing the state of the visible areas of the restaurant, I didn't feel comfortable eating there. We left and used hand sanitizer because we felt so gross after just standing in line. Management needs to handle this or the health department will need to step in. read more

Hi everyone! If you love it when restaurants never get your order right then this is the Wendy's for you! It is very impressive how consistent they are at not getting the order right. I have probably been to this Wendy's over 20 times and never once(no exaggeration) have they gotten mine or my passengers order right. The only upside is that the workers are usually nice. The drive-thru services is fairly adequate and the food tastes better than McDonald's. I usually prefer Wendy's because it actually taste like meat rather than some kind of weird meat mixture. Spicy Chicken sandwich is my all-time favorite out of all:) read more

I have been to this Wendy's a number of times and the wait, way more times than not, is ridiculous. The food is fine but the wait isn't worth it. They really need to figure out a better way of doing things. It took 15 minutes to take three peoples order. They take an order and then wait until they complete that order before taking another order. Their productivity is about the worst I've ever seen. And the person at the register isn't happy to be there and you can tell. I'm sure the reason they don't have more people working is because most of the time they're not that busy so they don't need a lot of workers. Well, that's the problem, they're so and most people know that and that's what I tell everyone that I know. They would have a lot more business if they could speed things up. wow after receiving a very unsettling vanilla shake which appeared to be made from spoilt milk that had started separating, I returned it in hopes of getting my money back. The very rude worker gave me a tude about how the shake is fine and the three people who tried it were just picky. Thankfully, the other worker was very polite and just simply told the rude worker to give me my money back. I went to the Wendy's on State Road and received a much more satisfying vanilla frosty shake. If you're craving some food, go to State Road to avoid an encounter with the rude tude worker on Bay. read more
