I went in and an older woman, I believe it was the manager who acted inconvenienced when she was taking my order because she was having a telephone conversation during their rush. Took the 2 daves singles home to find so much catsup on both of them they were inedible. Enough catsup that they could have sauced 1p burgers with what they had on these 2. I work in the vicinity of Wendy's, and I like to keep things simple. I won't go on a lengthy rant just because someone forgot mustard on my burger--it's fast food, and you generally get what you expect. However, I do occasionally visit this location's drive-thru for lunch. The staff is always friendly when taking my order. I usually go for the cob salad, which I find amazing and probably one of the healthiest options on the menu, along with the occasional cup of chili. I have no major issues with Wendy's. I understand that people in fast food work hard, and I try to cut them some slack, especially during busy lunch hours. The only drawback for me is the parking lot and the somewhat inconvenient exit, but I acknowledge that these are things employees have no control over. read more

Never will I eat from this location again! Rude service along with puking for the night. I'm always polite and nice to everyone I come across; especially those working in the food service industry. Not only was the young girl taking my order at the drive through rude but she seemed as if she didn't want to be at work. Kids meal - they forgot to tell me that the kids meal came in a plain brown paper bag, and they were out of toys. Great service, fast, efficient, friendly and fresh food at this location! Not sure what is going on with some of the fast food restaurants in St. Louis with poor service, but Wendy'a has shown no signs of decline! I will drive out of my way to get a spicy asiago ranch chicken sandwich from Wendy's! Each time the sandwich had been cooked to perfection! Warm, crispy and not over cooked or chewy. So delicious! Fries are also fresh and hot! And they have Diet Dr. Pepper, which is another plus for me!! Even when the drive thru is crowded, the line still moves quickly. Great chicken nuggets and fries! But, there is a big problem with this place. 1st, we asked for drinks, we got them but with no straws. 2nd, we asked for fries, they didn't give us any fries. 3rd, we asked for spicy chicken nuggets and a small coke, but we got no chicken nuggets and a large coke. This place messes up orders way too much I keep on thinking its either on purpose, it is the same people making my orders, or they are just being lazy. Look I'm from a long time Wendy's family when it comes to hamburgers. We're talking decades. Over the past years I've even gifted their gift cards to my family members back in Ohio who have also been long time Wendy's fans. That tradition is hereby ended as of today. If you like excessive grease on and in your food this is the place for you. If you know the difference between a greasy hamburger and a needlessly greasy hamburger then avoid. My household ordered out Wendy's. At first it was noticed that they didn't get the toppings right so we had some of it redelivered. In general though The burgers even the replacement order was repulsive because of all the excessive grease. Even the lettuce buns were 100% saturated through with grease. Not just coated with grease. The meat the bottom of the serving dish all coated in Grease a lot of it not just traces. I should note that this has happened on 75% of the last four orders placed with that Wendy's location. I did speak to the manager in charge and he didn't think there was anything wrong with their product. Also 50% of the orders they simply got incorrect. read more

This is a common destination for me, when visiting nearby Costco. I almost always go the 4 for $4 or 5 for $5 route. Never been disappointed. The food comes out fresh, the fries are adequately salted, etc. On occasion, they miss a special request (like "hold the tomato"), but no biggie. read more

Tried the new chicken sandwich thanks to the current "free" sandwich promo. Of course it required another purchase so more of a "cheap" sandwich than free, but I digress. Anyway, mine somehow came with pickles omitted (all pics show it comes with), a see-thru slice of tomato, 1 piece of lettuce(aprox the size of my thumb or maybe 2 quarters) and a chicken patty slightly larger than a McChicken (albeit an actual solid piece of white meat). If this is Wendys attempt to get me hooked on their new sandwich via cheap sample, it failed miserably. Its equivilent to Jack n the Boxes 2 for $5 spicy chickens. Samples should err on the side of overwhelming, not falling short of expectations. No way I'd consider paying the suggested $4.99 price if this is what I get. Dont get me wrong, for the price of a small fry $2, and the sandwich for free its acceptable. But to think they are expecting people to be happy buying a chicken sandwich meal for$7-$8 in the future is laughable at best if this is what they get. Maybe stick to burgers. If chicken is what you want, go down the street to Chick Fil A or a Popeyes. Better product and $4 or less. read more

He said the inside wasn't open. I am a US Army veteran. Wendy's advertised a free breakfast on Veterans Day. It was morning when I got into the long slow moving drive through line. By the time I got to the front of the line to order I was told the time to order breakfast was expired and they would no longer honor the free veterans meal. I pointed out to the rude condescending person who looked barely out of her teens how long I had been waiting. Her response was to get even more rude and condescending. The drive-thru service was lackluster. She assumed my questions were requests, and I didn't feel like she cared about me in the least. The speed was pretty impressive. All in all, it took less than 10 minutes. They did, however, mix up my frosty's. When I pointed it out to the attendant, she didn't apologize for the mix-up, or say anything. She just held out her hand for the frosty's. Not a big deal, but it made a noticeable difference. They also neglected to give me a straw. Luckily, I had an extra in my car (from an on-the-run from yesterday for water), because I did not feel comfortable going back to request one. She only said thank you once at the very end, and she just didn't seem like she could be bothered to be working there. The fries were only somewhat warm, the weather outside seemed hotter, and they were pretty dry and bland. The actual burger wasn't bad. Nothing to write home about, but it wasn't bad.
